Goten made his way up to Bra's room. He stopped at her door. He studied the door for a moment before knocking on it to make him self known.

"Who is it?" Bra called from inside the room. "Bra it's me, It's Goten." Goten called from the other side of the door.

Bra looked at Pan who was in the room talking to her friend. "Pan what am I going to do?"

"Let him in?" Pan had told her. Pan explained how Goten was the five years that she was not there. How miserable he was.

"He was like that?" Bra was confused; she thought he was happily married to Marron. "What about Marron? She is his wife after all."

" He puts on a front, he does not love her. He is in love with you, and always will be. I know he is. I can tell, and I am more confident now. He looks at you, the same way Trunks looks at me with such admiration towards the one he loves.

"He loves me. Do you know how long I have wished that to be true?"

"You're entire life?" Pan replied with a laugh and a bit of sarcasm. I better go and let you two talks, be nice to him Bra.

Pan left to find her husband. Goten entered the room to find Bra sitting on her bed.

"Bra Chan?" Bra looked up to see the man she had loved, the man she would always love.

"Goten…I…" Before she could say anything, Goten shushed her.

"Bra doesn't say anything. I know why you left. I know it is because I hurt you. I'm sorry."

Bra stared at him. He was apologizing for what? She should be apologizing. She was the one who left. Ran away from everyone who loved her

"I'm the one who should be apologizing Goten, I was scared, I was the one who ran. Not you." Bra laughed at her idiocy.

"Bra I know you had left because you loved me, and I had foolishly chosen Marron. Bra I thought I did love her. Honestly did and some inkling of me even might, but when you left I realized my heart was with you." Goten told her. However, it did not explain why he married Marron.

"Why are you married to Marron?"

"She's my wife." Goten said obviously. (I heard this question and answer on the Guiding light.)

"No, what is the reason you married her?"

Goten smiled, and replied. "Simple to give Jordan a mother." He really did not have any other reason on why he married Marron.

"Jordan is real cute, she looks just like you."

Goten laughed as she scratched the back of his head and gave the famous son grin. "Hehe, yeah except for her big violet eyes and Red hair huh?"

"Yeah, speaking of that have you heard from Cassie."

"Yeah, she came and tried to take Jordan away, there was a whole custody battle over her?" Goten explained. "I won only because of some of the things Cassie did."

Goten took a seat next to Bra on the bed. "Lets not talk about Marron or Cassie; I want to know what you've been up to." He removed a strand of hair from her clothes.

"Nothing much. I haven't been up to nothing at all." Bra said.

"No boyfriends or anything like that?" Goten asked hopeful she would tell him she had not had a boyfriend.

Bra was not sure what she should say, she however fabricated the truth a bit. "There's this guy I'm close to, he comes over to the place I'm staying every now and then, and we have fun if you know what I mean."

"So there is someone."

"I wouldn't call him a boyfriend; he's just someone I know."

"So he's no more then just a friend."

Bra smirked. "I didn't say that, I said he wasn't my boyfriend."

"Then he's just a friend?" Goten was not going to let up until he got a straight answer.

"He's more then friend, but less then a boyfriend." Bra smiled.

"What the hell is that suppose to mean?" Goten was now confused. "Bra is you seeing anyone are not?"

"Goten you are a married man, I'm a single enterprising female in the world. I can date whomever I want, and if you must know his name it's…"

Goten put a hand up to stop her, "Don't tell me. I'd rather not know." Goten said leaving.

He walked out into the hallway. He turned to look back at Bra before shutting her door. He noticed a strange aura around her, as if he knew she was lying.

"Bra I know you're laying. Every person has one person they are meant to be with. Pan is Trunks' person, and Bulma is Vegeta's Person, the same with Gohan and Videl and Mom and dad. I may be married to Marron, but my person is you Bra." He silently said through the door.

Bra sat silently and cried. She wanted so much to tell Goten she loved him, and that the person she was referring to was Gohan and man she views as father figure.

Author notes: I will stop it there, so will Bra and Goten come together and what about Marron. Can she be able to let her husband go to another woman? Will Jordan accept the fact that her father is in love with someone who is not the woman she views as her mother?
