Pan and Herro soared over the blue of the oceon, from all sides all they could see was the sea and the morning sun. The powerful smell of salt filled the air and there nostrills, and seaguls flew by there sides. Occasionaly they would pass a few islands, but almost non of them were inhabited by people. They continued to fly for hours untill Pan saw it. "There!" pan screamed, pointing forward. Ahead was land, and many tall buildings. "That's it, West City!" They flew into the city, over many crowds of people hustling and bustling, and they could see there reflections in the windows of buildings. Herro wished he had fifty eyes, there was so many things he didn't reconize and so many things he was curious about. Cars drove below them and some flew right passed them, Herro was amazed.
Pan flew to the ground, and landed in front of a restaurant. Herro landed, and (ignoring all the stares) followed Pan into the restuant. "May I help you..." the waitresses voice trailed off when she saw what Pan and Herro were wearing.
"Table for two please." Pan said.
"Okay... Follow me." Pan and Herro followed the waitress into the restaurant. Pan and Herro sat down and ordered everything on the menu. Within minutes Pan and Herro were consuming many amounts of food, the waiters and waitresses were coming back and forth servering them more and more food. "More please." Pan asked, handing the waiter her tenth bowl of raman. "And bring more steak!" Herro added. A few hours (and 200 somthing plates and 150 bowls) later, Pan and Herro walked to the front of the restaurant, patting there bellys.
"That was the best food I ever had." Herro sighed happily.
"I told you you'd like it." Pan said grinning. They got to the front, and the waitress handed them a peice of paper. "What's this?" Pan asked.
"The bill." she said flatly. Pan looked at the tiny peice of paper; it had more zeros in it than Pan could count. Pan looked at the waitress and laughed nervously, and the waitress handed them both rubber gloves.
Pan and Herro washed the seemingly endless varity of plates and other glass. In the excitment of eating real food Pan forgot they had no money to pay for the food. Herro was frustrated. He didn't know why people made such a big deal about bits of paper, and in his anger he kept accidently breaking plates, making there bill go higher. "This is all your fault." he grunted at Pan.
"Well exscuse me, the thought of eating real food must have gotten me excited." she snapped.
"What do you mean, 'real food'? Was the food I gave you in Teigra not good enough for you?" Herro asked angerly.
"The "Food" you gave me in Teigra tasted weird! I can't belive you lived off of the stuff! I'm sure most of the things I ate moved once or twice!"
"Oh, I'm so sorry that Teigra doesn't offer a buffet in the middle of the desert!" Herro growled, and started to wash her dishs harder in anger making it crack.
"What are you so angry about? You got to eat the best food you had in your life, and you're attacking me!"
"Because it's your fault!"
"My fault?!"
"Yeah! You strolled in here and started ordering dozens of food, and you didn't-" Herro was cut off by a loud cracking sound. Herro looked down at the plate he was washing and saw that he broke it with his strengh.
"That's another 30 dollers on your bill." the manager said, writing somthing down on a peice of paper. Herro growled, and gripped the counter so hard it started to break.
"I hate you..." he said to Pan.
"Shut up and wash the dishs." Pan replied.
The people in the restaurant happily ate there food and talked to there familys and or dates meerily. The clanging sound of forks hitting the plates and chatter filled the restaurant and everything was peaceful. Then suddenly the front entrance flew open and six masked men came rushing in, four carring guns and two carring large sacks. Three armed men went into the restaurant and got in front of the exits, and the two men with the sacks went in front of some windows and peered outside. The biggest man went in the middle of the restaurant and fired his gun at the roof. The customers were scared and confused, and screamed when they heard the gun shot. "Listen up! We're staying here for a while! I want everyone to get on the floor, and put your hands on the back of your heads!" The customers obeyed, but the manager started to stealthely crawl to a telephone. He got to the telephone and put his hand on it, but stopped when he felt somthing cold and hard pressed against his head. He looked and saw one of the armed men behind him, with his gun on the managers head.
"Pick up that phone, and I'll blow your brains out." The manager moved his hand away from the phone, and proceaded to lie on the floor.
"Okay, I want everyone to shut up!" the leader barked. "And-"
"Will you shut up!" Herro screamed coming out of the kitchin.
"Don't tell me to shut up! I'll scream all I want!" Pan yelled following Herro out of the kitchin, and starting to scream. Herro covered his ears and tried to walk away from Pan, but Pan kept following him and screaming at him. Everyone stared at the pair, and the large masked mans face started to turn red in anger.
"What the hell?!" he asked angerly.
"They been acting like that for an hour and a half now." the manager explained. The masked man growled and approched the two arguing saiyans.
"Hey! Lie on the floor!" he commanded.
"What?!" Herro asked still covering his ears from pans constant screaming.
"I said on the ground!" Herro growled and faced Pan.
"Pan, shut up!" he yelled.
"No! You shut up!" she yelled back pointing at Herro. The two continued to argue with eachother, not even noticing what was going on in the restaurant. The masked man growled, and snapped.
"Ah! Just die!" he screamed, and shot his gun at Herro. The bullet flew and hit Herros head, making Herro silent. Herro scratched the back of his head and looked round.
"What was that?" he asked.
"What was what?" Pan asked.
"I felt somthing hit the back of my head." Pan looked passed Herro and pointed at the masked man, whos face (along with everyone elses) was in shock.
"I think he did somthing." Pan said. Herro looked at the man and saw his gun.
"What is that thing?" he asked.
"That's a gun! I think this is a stick up." Pan piped in. Herro looked at pan in confusion, he didn't understand what a gun was, or what a "stick up" was either.
"That's bad?" he asked.
"Yes, it's very bad."
"Oh okay." Herro said getting face to face to the masked man. The man was still in shock from seeing Herro standing and didn't move. "If Pan says that's bad," Herro leaned his head back, and slammed it against the masked man, knocking him out. "then I can't allow it." he finished. The robbers started shaking, then started to shoot at the saiyans. The bullets had no affect on either of them, and they started to beat the criminals into submission, until only one was left. The skinny crook was afraid, but ran to Pan wrapped an arm around her neck and placed the gun on her head.
"B-back off! Or this bitch gets it!" he warned. Herro growled angerly, and Pan easily flipped him over her shoulder. Herro walked to him and lifted him up and off the floor with one arm.
"Call her that again, and I'll..." Herro brought chi into his palm, freaking the robber out immensly.
"H-how are y-you doing that?!" he asked, fear showing in his voice.
"I'll-" Herro was cut off when he felt a pair of small hands on his. Herro looked at Pans face and both of her hands holding his back. Herro made the chi dissapear, then threw the criminal on the floor. "Stay there!" he commanded.
"Yes sir!" he gasped. Herro looked at Pan and saw her smiling. Herro blushed, humphed and looked away.
Soon afterwords the Police showed up and aressted the criminals. And as a thanks, the restaurant lifted there bill and they were free to go. Herro and Pan went into there air flying over the city. The sun already was setting, and Pan was curious why Herro did what he did in the restaurant. "Herro?" she asked.
"What?"
"Why were you so angry at that robber guy?" Herro was silent for a few seconds, but then said:
"Because he called you a bitch."
"But you used to call me a bitch all the time."
"I know!" he yelled. Herro humphed and looked away from Pan. "But I don't call you that anymore, because it's not true." he said. Pan raised her eyebrows in surprise. "And if I don't belive that then I'm not letting anyone else call you that." he finished. Pan smiled and flew closer to Herro and grabbed his hand. Herro blushed. "W-what are you doing?"
"I'm leading the way, I have to take you to Capsule Corp." Pan told him, blushing at her actions. "Remember that guy Vegeta? He lives there, I'm pretty sure we'll get a lot of ansers there." she said. Pan tugged on Herros hand and started to fly to Capsule Corp.
