AUTHOR: I just relized yesterday that "Herro" is spelled like this: H-I-R-O. So I'll be doing it correctly now. So... don't be confused.

Pans digital clock went from eight twenty-nine to eight thirty and started to beep loud and annoyingly. Pans open her eyes and stared at the device, and slammed it off. (while destroying it in the process) Pan rolled in her bed, then sat up as she remembered what the day was. "Oh crap!" she screamed, getting out from under her blankets and rushing to get her cloths on. She hastily put on her pants, small red top, her orange bandana, gloves, and put her chain in her pocket. She looked at her reflection in her mirror, and while messing with her hair, rushed out of her room. She jumped down the stairs and begun to run out the front door, while saying quick good-byes to her family, but Chi-chi grabbed her collor and dragged her back in.
"You're not leaving without breakfast, young lady!" Chi-chi said sternly.
"But Grandma! I gotta see Herro!" Pan argued.
"You can see your boyfriend after breakfast, Pan." Chi-chi said, throwing Pan into a chair.
"He is not my boyfriend!" Pan yelled blushing. Goten snickered behind her, eating his own breakfast. "Shut up!" Pan yelled at her uncle.
"If he's not your boyfriend then why are you so hasty to see him?" Goten asked smirking. Pan growled, her cheeks pink.
"For your information-- I have to tell Herro about the Worlds Martial Arts Tornament!"
"That's this year?" Gohan asked. "When is it?"
"It starts in three months, me and Herro got to train A-S-A-P!" Pan told her father. "The prize money is 100,000 zenie for first place, 50,000 for second, and 10,000 for third!"
"High prize this year." Videl commented, giving Pan her share of eggs and toast.
"Yeah, I think Hiro will let Grandpa win if he gets to the finals. Or maybe not..." Pan said worridly.
"He would have to get past Vegeta first." Gohan stated. Pan laughed nervously. She was afraid that Hiro would be pinned up against Vegeta, she could tell he wasn't that threated of him when he should be.

Pan ate her breakfast quikly and ran out the door. She ran across the plains in front of her house and then jumped into the air, flying towards West City. She flew over grass lands and roads, untill the farms became tall buildings. She flew past the steel jungle finally landing in front of Capsule Corp. She ran in, walked up the stairs, walked past the living room where Vegeta and Bulma sat drinking there coffie. Bulma looked where Pan ran to and sipped her coffie. "Hiro should be getting up soon." she said calmly.
"We'll hear them arguing soon enough." Vegeta commented, and Bulma nodded her head in agreement.
Pan went down the hall. She reached a door and went inside. Everything there was dark, and she could hear snoring coming from the bed. She tip-toed to the bed side and looked at the sleeper. The boys spiky black hair stuck out of the sheets, and Hiros face was calm and peacfull. Pan smiled at the sleeping saiyan, then screamed at the top of her lungs. Hiro got up screaming as well, and fell over his bed. Pan laughed, and Hiro growled at her. "What is wrong with you, woman?!" he screamed.
"I'm sorry Hiro I couldn't resist." she said, wiping a tear from her laughter. Hiro humphed and got up from the floor.
"What are you doing here anyway?" he asked, hopping on his bed sitting crosslegged. Pan sat next to him and dug into her pocket, then pulled out a ruffled poster that read:

TO ALL FIGHTERS! DO YOU WANT FAME? fORTUNE? ENTER THE WORLDS MARTIAL ARTS TORNAMENT! FIRST PLACE WILL WIN 1,000,000 ZENIE! SECOND WILL BE 50,000! AND THIRD WILL BE 10,000! START TRAINING NOW BECAUSE IT STARTS JULY TENTH!

"What the hell is this?" Hiro asked, staring blankly at the peice of paper.
"Can't you read? It's the World Martial Arts tornament! Strong fighters come from all over the world, train all there lives so they can fight in this tornament!" Hiros eyes sparkled and he leaned in as Pan told him about the tornament of fighters.
"Really?" he asked eagerly.
"Yes really!"
"Can we go?" Hiro asked.
"Yeah, that's why I brought to you in the first place! We start our training today, okay?" Hiro grinned. The thought of the worlds most powerfull fighters excited him greatly. "So, I'll wait outside." Pan said suddenly.
"Huh? Why?" Hiro asked. Pan looked at Hiro, blushed a little, and faced away.
"You need to get dressed." she said shyly. Hiro looked at himself and noticed all he was wearing was blue boxers. Hiro blushed and rushed to his dresser dros, and Pan walked outside his room.
Pan waited patiently outside Hiros room. Inside she could hear ruffling, clunking and a few swears. Then the door opened revealing Hiro wearing jeans, a white t-shirt with a black skull on the front, some kind of leather shoes, and a denim jacket with the sleeves ripped off. And to Pans surprise, new ear rings. "When did you get these new cloths?" Pan asked looking at Hiro closly. "These arn't Trunks's." Hiro mumbled a little.
"Bulma and Bra forced me to go shopping with them. They think this suites me...." Hiro said looking at himself nervously.
"It's okay." Pan said walking down the hall, Hiro following her. "But I really wouldn't know, I've only seen you in rags."
"Yeah well..." Hiros voice trailed when he saw what Pan was wearing. Hiro blushed and looked away. "Do you really..." Hiros voice trailed off again. Pan looked at Hiro curiously. "Have to wear such... revealing cloths?" he asked nervously.
"Huh? You mean my shirt?" Pan asked streaching her shirt down. Hiro was much taller than Pan, so when she streached her cloths Hiro saw her bra. Hiro blushed and looked away.
"Will you quit it?" he asked in frustration.
"Quit what?" pan asked. Hiro growled, and walked, slash, ran to the living room. Pan followed just as fast asking what was his problem. "Quit what? What's wrong?" Pan asked, getting frustrated.
"Nothing, just shut up!" Hiro yelled.
The morning continued on longer than it really was, on account of Hiros and Pans constant arguing. They both yelled at eachother utill Vegeta, litrerally, kicked them out of his house.

"We'll be there soon!" Pan yelled. The city buildings began to fade as they flew over them, and country land started to take over. Mountains and grass started to cover the land, and trees started to show themselves the farther they went.
"Whe're we going anyway?" Hiro asked.
"I'm taking you to a good training spot." Pan informed. "I was planning on training in the Gravity Room at Capsule Corp, but we got kicked out..."
"Gravity Room?" Hiro asked.
"Yeah, it's a room in Capsule Corp where you can change the gravity. Vegeta uses it all the time."
"Uh... is that so?" Hiro asked, more confused about the Gravity Room than before.

The city faded away and the Saiyans were flying over feilds of seemingly endless grass. The blue sky hung over their heads and the sun was shining happliy as Pan lead the way. Pan looked forward and saw many trees, Pan grinned. "This way Hiro!" she yelled, flying faster to their destination.
"Slow down!" Hiro yelled back, following her. They flew into the forest together, and animals fled as they passed. The sound of running water filled their ears and the smell of fresh grass was in the air. Pan landed in an opening in the forest and took a look at her surroundings. The tall trees provided shade from the sun over head, and there was life where ever she looked. Squierls were in the trees and tweeting birds were in the branchs of trees. Pan sat down and sighed, she liked the forest more than the city. Even if it got boring, forests were much calmer, not to mention it smelled better.
Pan turned and looked at her saiyan friend. Hiro was looking at the trees of the forest like it was an enigma. When Hiro would hear a tweet from a bird, he would quickly turn his head in the direction, like somthing dangerous was coming. "Hiro?" Pan asked. Hiro looked at Pan, and asked what was wrong. "Nothing's wrong Hiro, you're just acting a little weird." Hiro looked at the trees once more, and looked like he was choosing his words carfully.
"I just..." his voice faded, and he bent down and picked up a leaf from the ground. "I just never been in a place like this before. This place isn't like Teigra, but it's similer." Hiro said sitting down next to Pan.
"How so?" Pan asked.
"Well," Hiro began, letting go of the small leaf he was holding. "This place is quiet. When we went into West city, it was so differnt from Teigra. It was filled with energy, there was so many people and strange objects there, and it was full of noises. This place is quiet, and calm, but you can still see and hear things, like water and animals. And the tree tops don't block out the sun compleatly, unlike Teigra." Hiro said looking at the tree tops, the sunlight and the shadows of leaves on his face.
"Teigra is really differnt, right?" Pan asked. Hiro nodded as his anser, and was silent. Pan hugged her legs together, and looked at Hiro. "Do you like this place better than Teigra?" Hiro looked at Pan, and Pan started to fumble on her words. "Uh- 'cause you seemed on edge before, I'm just curious!" she finished.
Hiro rested his chin on his hand. "Well, this place is a lot calmer than Teigra. Where ever I was in Teigra it was always so... quiet, esspeacialy in the jungle. There wasn't any life to hear in it." he said lying down, using his hands as a pillow.
"Were... you lonley?" Pan asked, hoping he wouldn't get angry. Hiro looked at Pan, and raised a hand into the air. Pan closed her eyes expecting a slap, but opened her eys when she felt Hiro's hand caressing her cheek. "Hiro...?" she asked, blushing.
"I was lonley. I was scared, and angry for a long time, untill you came. But I'm not like that anymore." Hiro said, leaning closer to Pan. "Pan, you really make me happy." he said, softly grabbing Pans blushing face with both hands.
"Hiro..." Pan whispered. "I..." Hiro cut her off and pressed his lips against hers. Pans eyes widened in surprise, and closed as she began to kiss back. Pan felt Hiros hands leave her face, and felt his arms wrap around her. Pan took her hands and brought them to Hiros wild hair, moving her fingers through the night shaded locks. The kiss felt like it lasted for hours, then Pan felt Hiros lips stop and leave hers.
Pan opened her eyes and looked at the tall saiyan boy. "Why'd you stop?" Pan asked a little quietly. Hiro stood and floated into the air. "Hiro?" Pan asked, standing up. Hiro looked at Pan.
"I'm sorry." he said softly, and began to fly away.
"Hiro! Wait! Where you going?" Pan asked. Pan jumped and flew after him. Pan got in front of Hiro, and asked what he was doing.
"Pan... I need to be alone for a while." he said quietly.
"But Hiro-" Hiro flew away from her side, heading for West City, to fast for Pan to catch up to. "Hiro!" Pan yelled, flying his direction but not catching up. Pan kept flying but then stopped halfway through, and turned around, flying toward her house. "Hiro, what's wrong?" Pan asked outloud, tears slowly forming in her eyes. "I love you..."

In the forest right where Pan and Hiro sat, a small green rabit stood. Its ears flicked, and its three eyes glowed. "Damn that girl." it swore.
