Dragon Ball/Z/GT Fan Fiction ❯ That Old Feeling ❯ Goodbye? Not as easy as you think ( Chapter 12 )
DISCLAIMER: Let me ask you this…If I owned DBZ, why would I be making this story online instead of in a studio somewhere in California or Japan? Plus I was 12 when "That Old Feeling" appeared on the movie screen. So there for, I don't own any copyright privileges to these two great creations. Now let's continue with (FINALLY!!!!!)…
THAT OLD FEELING
By (the still living) Papa Bear
We begin this scene with Bulma and Bra descending a huge flight of stairs with Goten trailing a few steps behind them. Earlier, Bulma decided that Bra needed a change of clothes since she found her daughter sleeping in the ones she wore the day before. So now Bra is dressed in a red…well dress.
Bra was about to make a comment on how the dress she was wearing was too sexual for midday, when she saw the dazed look her mother was in.
"Mother?" Then Bra noticed that her father just came back from paying the bills (Bulma got her cards reinstated as of last night). "Mother don't you…"
"I just have to say goodbye." Bulma said handing over her purse to her daughter.
"Well…alright." Bra gave in.
Bulma walks over to Vegeta who is standing in front of a tropical fish tank in the middle of the lobby. They both eye each other nervously for a few moments.
"Well…" Bulma started off.
"This was…" Vegeta started.
"Oh it was…!"
"I'm glad we…"
"Oh me too…"
"I think it defiantly served its purpose…" For one of the few times in his life, Vegeta was speechless.
Bulma offered her hand. Vegeta took it gently in his powerful hands. Again they eyed each other nervously. They were both smiling at each other, but slowly their smiles faded. Then suddenly they grabbed and hugged each other for all they were worth.
"Oh no!" Bra moaned and fell back on the arm of a leather chair, but her butt slid to side and made her fall to the floor.
Vegeta continued to hold onto his sobbing (ex) wife as he realized he was such a fool to leave such a wonderful woman. And Bulma wished that she never let him go in the first place. And the both of them thought that they shouldn't have jumped to conclusions if the other one was telling the truth. (AN: I have no doubt that you reader's are a little confused right now. Don't panic, everything will be explained later on.)
Goten suddenly pulled out a little disposable camera, but just as he suddenly pulled it out he stopped. He looked straight ahead at the couples that were hugging each other briefly and then looked at Bra who was still sitting on the floor, looking like someone just told her she was one # off from winning the lottery (AN: Not that she'd really care.)
He truly felt sorry for her and all the trouble she was going through, and to take a picture right now especially during an emotional moment. Even after he promised he wouldn't take any would be wrong. So with that, he placed the camera back in his pocket.
AN: Yes I am still alive and yes there's more to come. I've been going through a lot of shit lately, and no, no one died or anything but this past month has been a little stressful. In short, it all boils down to studying for exams, annoying little siblings and the hard-drive on my computer failing me. So right now I apologize for keeping you guys waiting for so long. Right now I can't determine when I'll post the next chapter, but I can guarantee you won't have to wait as long. So any way, Happy (late) 2003, Happy (late) Holidays, I just turned 18, gave blood, became a registered voter, and you guys have another chapter to look forward to! ~Papa Bear~
