The Bible Says--Part 1

The Revelations of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ and of all things that he saw. Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand--The Revelation.

I enclosed myself inside of the filthy bathroom, making an attempt to get away from the drinking and lusty teenagers and the extremely loud music that filled each crackling floor of the old small house. I sigh as I glance around at the disturbingly grotesque features of the bathroom, from the colors of the wallpaper to the vomit on and around the toilet. /How the hell did I let Goten talk me into coming to this place?/ Feeling a little nauseous, I try to stare at myself in the mirror for I was a little light headed due to the drug induced night that was barely over knowing Goten.

I turned the cold side of the faucet on, letting it run for a few seconds. I cupped my hands together under the running water letting it fill then shoving my face in to it. Letting the water drip down my chin I stare at the face before me.

“Hey! Is anybody in there?!”

Startled by the sudden abrupt banging at the horribly painted door, I seemingly nonchalantly opened the door to be bombarded by a boy and a girl around my age holding another girl who obviously wasn’t good at holding down her liquor. Suddenly feeling a little abashed for her, I exited the tiny hole in the wall bathroom and back into the wild raucous house party; the smell of marijuana and sex filling my nostrils.

I looked around the dark upper level of the house in hopes of spotting Goten but instead spotting a petite brunette (and a few orgies) who had seemed to be following me the entire night. On that note I ducked into the crowds of people trying to make my way back down the tiny stairway in search for Goten but to no avail.

/Where is he?/

Once on the main floor I squeezed through countless people mildly thinking about leaving him and searching for him in the basement at the same time until him and some girl propped up on a tattered piece of furniture two seconds away from having the fuck of a life time caught my eye.

/So I guess we really are going to be here all night./

“Trunks?” I looked into the face of the brunette from earlier, annoyed that she still hasn’t stopped her search for me…but I must admit she was a lot prettier up close. /Oh what the hell…/

“I’ve been looking all over for you.”

I growled as I awoke to a throbbing headache and the painful sunlight that insisted on shining in my sensitive eyes. I groaned as I tried to sit up but realized that something was holding me down. I looked through squinting eyes at the torso that was laying completely on top of me. Unsure of the gender or even caring about it, I semi harshly knocked whoever off of me and stiffly sat up. Taken aback for a second by the environment of the room I remembered what I did last night (to a certain extent) and that I had agreed to attend a party with Goten, hence the room full of reckless teenagers and hellions. /Shit./

With nearly all the strength in my body I endeavored getting up, thanking the many hours on the hardwood floor for my aching and stiff body.

“What the-,” I said aloud just now aware that I didn’t have a shirt or any shoes on….and next to my right foot was…what’s her name? /I don’t think I ever found out./ Well anyway, let’s just say her appearance cleared up whether we had sex or not. I put my hand on my fore head feeling as though my hang over had worsened within the last few minutes.

“Trunks?”

I looked up to see handsome features in the doorway, mildly aware that it was Goten, with the sun shinning so brightly today. “What the hell happened in here? What happened to you?” He half smirked.

“Well apparently, this girl I don’t even know her name, got me drunker and higher than I already was and I ended up fucking her into a coma… and as far as everything else…I haven’t a clue.”

“Well then what happened to your shirt?”

“I don’t know that either.”

“You must have been pretty out of it last night.”

“I guess…,” I said trudging to the opposite side of the room kicking bottles and cans all the way. I dug through piles of garbage and broken furniture debris in search for my belongings for a good while before I gave up. The house was in such terrible condition after last night the qualities of it were beyond being recognized.

“Judging by what kind of place this is somebody probably stole your stuff,” He chimed, “No shit,” I mumbled as if I had already came to the conclusion even though the idea hadn’t even crossed my mind. “What time is it?”

“Um,” He paused taking a quick glance at his wristwatch. “Almost eight o’clock,”

“Your mom is going to kill you,” I said mockingly.

He rolled his eyes. “Let’s just get out of here.”

~~~~~~
I quietly snuck inside of my room via the window, relieved by the fact of knowing that my mother was inside of her lab around this time of morning and my dad…either sleep or stuffing his face. He hasn’t trained a second since Bra was born. Nobody trains hardly anymore. No reason to in peaceful times.
I stripped myself naked, as if just awaking and got inside of the shower. I let the warm soothing water hit against my skin, needing the almost massaging feeling of the drops of water to ease my aching muscles. Lazily I made a half assed attempt to wash the filth of last night from my body; from the follicles of my hair to the stickiness of my dick to the tips of my toes. After deciding that I had had enough of this for I was starting to lose my breath in this heated bathroom, I turned the water off and grabbed a towel. Once inside my room, I dried myself off and lotioned up to refrain from getting ashy later on. I threw on an old wife beater and some jogging pants and went downstairs.
/I thought she was in the lab…../
“Hi honey,” My mom said cheerfully to me from the dining room table as I made my way down the steps.
“Hi,” I hesitantly responded, as I noticed she had an opened bible in front of her. For the past few weeks I’ve noticed that she has been reading the bible a lot more than what I’m used to and making frequent trips to…church perhaps? Not that it’s a bad thing I guess but it’s a little surprising especially for her.
“Sleep good last night?”
“Yep,” I respond reluctantly not looking at her, “You’ve really been reading that book a lot lately,” I changed the subject conversationally as I sit down next to her.
“It’s not just a book, Trunks. This is the Holy Bible. You should try reading it sometime,” I rolled my eyes. /I’ll pass./ “What made you start reading that anyway?” She looked at me apparently getting a little annoyed by my careless and ignorant attitude toward God.
“Well you know how old fashioned and homely ChiChi is and I decided to go to church with her one Sunday and it really got me thinking…you know Trunks I’m not the young woman I used to be and it’s about time I turned my life around and get right with Jesus before it’s too late.”
“Oh,” I simply stated, bored with this conversation. When it came down to things pertaining to religion, I had my own beliefs. Society has been embedding these kinds of things to be true within our heads since the beginning of society. No one knows the truth, the meaning of our existence or why we are here, and I’m definitely not going to listen to a book that’s suppose to be the word of God but it was translated through man. And it surely won’t dictate my lifestyle. Before translation of man, the bible could’ve meant anything and no man is perfect.
