Hey! time for chapter 3. <note: after I finish this fanfic I'll wait until I get some reviews or e-mails or both, but until then I'll continue writing. Disclaimer: I don't own Dragonball Z


Chapter 3: Help is on the way.


"No" "But mom I..." Pan began. "I said no!" shouted Videl to her daughter. Her mom was hugging her so hard it was beginning to hurt her ribs. It also seemed to Pan that her mom was very scared because it looked like she was going to cry.

"But mom, if dad has become a super saiyan then something must be wrong. I can feel his energy and someone elses level going extremely high." said Pan. "Pan your father is in a fight to protect his mentor, if he has become a super saiyan it means that this enemy is very strong and that means you aren't strong enough to help. Don't worry Pan your dad and your uncle are there already there and your grandpa went to get more help, so there is no need for you to go."

Pan thought her mom's words made sense so she told her mom she won't go anywhere and she'll stay in bed. She did'nt think her mom believed her because she did'nt let her go. But Pan was telling the truth, she wasn't going to go anywhere,...now.
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Now do you believe Vegeta? Why else would Gohan and Goten turn super saiyan if the enemy wasn't strong? They need our help now! Come on Vegeta!" said Goku. "Yeah dad lets go we need to go help them." said Trunks who had already changed into his fighting clothes and was waiting for his father to agree. Bra and Bulma were standing nearby and were also trying to convince Vegeta to go help.

With all the voices going back and forth, Vegeta couldn't stand it anymore, "Alright already, I'll go I'll go!!!" With that everyone quieted down and wished the warriors good luck. "We'll be okay mom, don't worry its going to be six of us against him, we can't lose." Trunks told his mother. Soon Vegeta was ready to go and they all gathered around Goku so he could use his Instant Transimission.
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Let's go Goten!!" "Right behind ya! Bro!!" The two brothers charged Bell going full force. Gohan was faster so he got there first and tried to kick Bell in his back, but Bell blocked it. Gohan went at Bell as fast as he could throwing at least 50 blows in one second. Bell was able to block all these but he was starting to break a sweat. "Man, this guy should be no problem but I'm just to hungry to fight back. If I don't get some more food soon, I could be defeated!"

Goten, seeing that Bell could barely keep his brother from hitting him decided to jump into the fight. He attacked Bell from behind and Bell barely had enough time to block his punch and Gohan's kick at the same time. The brothers kept the pace up and began to wear Bell out soon enough Gohan connected with a punch to the chest.

Bell was surprised that the blow had that much power behind it. "These saiyans are more powerful than I thought." thought Bell. He did'nt have enough time to worry about this this one punch because from behind he got a kick in his head. Then about ten more blows connected before he managed to get away. Bell looked at his bruised body and cursed silently, his chest had a big dent in it with at least 5 ribs cracked, his right arm was broken in about three different places and bones were poking through the skin.

His head had a lump forming where he was kicked, and he could fell the tell tale pressure building up in his body telling him he was bleeding inside. "If this keeps up these two are going to pick me apart! I can't allow this to happen anymore. I must feed!!"

Gohan was still surprised that him and Goten connected with as many hits as they did and from the looks of it, Bell looked ready to drop any second now. He was just about to signal Goten to charge at him when Bell rushed them sreaming at them. Gohan got in his defense stance and Goten floated slightly to the left so he would be ready to attack Bell once his attention was caught.

Suddenly Bell went to the right, away from Goten and Gohan. Gohan was confused a little but then realized that Piccolo's power level was heading that way, but it was moving pretty slowly. "He must have gotten away as soon has Bell was preoccupied, we have to help him!! Lets go Goten!"

Bell flew as fast as his bruised body let him, he could feel Piccolo getting weaker by the second. Stopping Piccolo's regeneration powers was just one of the things Bell's speacial poisen did, besides that it acted just like any other poisen as it weakend his prey from the inside.

He felt the brothers closing in from behind but he knew he was fast enough to stay ahead of them so he did'nt bother to look back."Damn it!" cursed Gohan "He's hurt but he's still fast. Goten!!" "Yeah!?" "We need to go faster if we're going to save Piccolo from that psycho." "Then lets go!!" The brothers powered up farther so they could go faster.

"Yes!! Victory is mine!" Right in front of Bell he could see Piccolo, still bleeding pretty badly. "Dinner time!" He used the energy he was saving and forced himself to go even faster knowing that when he finally feed he would be unstoppable.

He knew Piccolo could'nt sense or hear where he was so he went straight up behind him and grabbed him in the back of the neck and punched him in his back so he could'nt fight back. "Noooooooooooo!!" Bell turned to the scream and saw the one called Gohan charging at him. "I've come to far to give up my food now." thought Bell, with that he tightend his grip on Piccolo's neck until he heard"Crrrraaaaccccckkkkk!"

Gohan stopped, he heard the sound but didn't want to believe what it meant. Even as he saw Piccolo go limp in Bell's hand he could'nt believe what just happened. Then Bell smiled again, and brought Piccolo's neck to his mouth where he took a bite. His teeth punctured the skin and hit the spinal column, then he pulled the column from Piccolo's limp and Gohan watched as it was pulled right out of his back with some of the nerves still connected to it waving like worms.

Gohan's brain just could'nt register this and floated there stunned as his mentor was eaten like hunting game. Bell watched Gohan while he ate as fast as he could so he would know when he attacked and could defend himself. He chanced a glance at Goten and saw he did'nt know what to do because his brother was just floating there.

This didn't bother Bell because with each swallow he felt his body healing itself and getting stronger. Even as he ate he felt the bones in his broken arm pull themselves back in and start mending themselves. Suddenly he felt three pretty high powers coming really fast and hurried to finish his meal before the new arrivals interfered.

Goten did'nt know what to do because Gohan was just floating there, then he felt three familiar powers coming their way and a second later Trunks, Vegeta and his father seemingly materialized out of nowhere. Vegeta looked around and when he saw Bell finishing the last piece of Piccolo his jaw dropped. Trunks and Goku saw this too and astonishment was replaced by anger when they realized that green piece of flesh was the last bit of Piccolo.

When Trunks, Goku and Vegeta overcame thier shock they all powered up to thier super saiyan levels like Goten and Gohan were. Bell slowly looked at each of them in turn not fearing any of them anymore. "Well? Have you come here to fight or just stare at me?" With that all five of the saiyans charged at him. "Just what I wanted" thought Bell as he saw a furious looking Gohan coming at him. "Anger always makes the seasoning."
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pan listened as her mom went to the bathroom and took the time to change into her fighting clothes. She snuck into her mom and dad's room to get there powerpole she was given on her third birthday by her grandpa. She remembered when her mom and dad took it from her because she kept extending it in the house and putting holes in the roof. She felt a little sorry for lieing to her mom but when she felt a power level wink out of existence she knew she had to help her dad and grandpa.

"I'm sorry mom but my blood won't keep me from a good fight." She ran to the kitchen and grabbed the senzu beans she saw her dad put in a drawer on day, she knew what they did having taken one after training with her grandpa and being very hungry she grabbed the first thing she saw. After making sure the powerpole would'nt fall off when she started flying she powered up and took off. "Paaaaaaannnnnnnn!!!" Pan looked back and saw her mom flying after her. Pan knew her mom was fast because she was the one who taught Pan how to fly.

"I'm sorry mom" thought Pan as she powered up to her maximum and flew as fast as she could. "Pan!!" this time it was much farther away and Pan thought she heard something else but decided she did'nt because it sounded like "Be careful" but Pan knew her mom would'nt say something like that.

This was chapter 3 but what will happen next time? With all the super saiyans there will Bell even stand a chance against their combined might? Or will the saiyans become dinner for this crazy beast? Coming soon Chapter 4: Pan to the rescue?
