Time brings many changes

But you know what…it WOULD make a GREAT birthday present. Anyways…if I did own it, you would know. Trunks would be the main character, he would have a wife named Blue, and they would live happily ever after!!! But I don't own it…so…phewy.

Please don't sew me…All I've got is a few pennies…that's about it.

The bright yellow dome of Capsule Corp rose high above the streets, but in comparison to West City, which was, ironically, West of Capsule Corp, it was very short. Trunks had never understood why someone in their right mind would paint a building this shade of yellow. It was the small things that mystified him. He could understand why evil tyrants would want to destroy or rule the earth, but as to why someone would paint a building yellow?

Trunks dropped to the ground about 30 yards away from Capsule Corp, so he could walk the rest of the way and not have anyone notice him. Getting closer to Capsule Corp he noticed a building in the background. It was taller than the regular CC building,, was gray and said "Capsule Corp.". Well…it had been 27 years since he was last here, and this world had a great economy due to the fact that its population was in the tens of millions and his was in the tens of thousands. Even so, Capsule Corp was also very successful in his world. Of course, when your company's spokesman was the person who saved the world, it was kind of hard not to like the company.

Now Trunks stood in front of CC's main house. On his walk here, many people would wave and smile at him. Probably because they thought he was the Trunks of this time. Maybe he should have kept his hair longer when coming here, but his mother had insisted that he keep it short. "It makes you look cute" she said. Cute. Right. But the part was it wasn't only his mother that said he was cute. Every other girl he would pass would say he was cute. Even in this time many girls would look at him and blush. He just shrugged it off. They were probably only looking at him because he was THE Bulma Briefs son. And, he was fair game. Wait a minute. Was Chibi married? He didn't know. Would have to ask him.

He opened the door to Capsule Corp, and was greeted by the receptionist.

"Hello Mr. Briefs, how may I help you?" she asked, with a very professional smile.

"Um…is my mother here?" He asked, a little nervous about how to act. He and Chibi weren't that different, were they? Of course, you never know what impression the Saiya-jin No Ouji could have on an impressionable little boy.

She smiled (was that good?) and replied, "Yes, Mrs. Briefs is upstairs on the second floor with Mrs. Son." She said.

He headed towards the elevator, entered and pressed the second floor button. As he waited the few seconds it took to get to the second floor, he remembered what the receptionist said. Did she call his mother "Mrs." Briefs? No way. That would mean his mother was now married to someone. Did his parents finally get married? Another thing he would have to ask them. He was so busy in thought, which he didn't even notice the elevator had stopped and was ready for him to get off. He got off, and headed towards the living area down the hall. He stopped in front of the doorway to see who was on the other side. He felt his mother, Chichi, and no one else.

He reached for the handle and opened it. His mother had cut her hair and it was parted very oddly. Chichi had cut her hair and it was no longer in a bun, but instead held away from her eyes by two gold clips.

Bother women stared at him for a moment. Then Bulma smiled.

"Mirai! Long time no see, eh?" She asked, wrinkles being caused in her face from just smiling.

Trunks looked at his mother and smiled. She looked younger than his mother. Much younger. Perhaps it was because she wasn't so worried everyday. She came closer to him, and embraced him in a tight hug. He leaned a little over and hugged her back. He was taller than his mother, and ever since he came out of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, he was taller than his father.

"Its so good to see you again, Mirai, how have you been doing?" Bulma asked, leading her time-traveling son over to the table where Chichi still sat.

" Things have been getting better. After I defeated the Androids I trained until Cell came, then I defeated him and came here, to check up on you guys. Mom has me as the official spokesman of Capsule Corporation, since everyone listens to me because they found out I was the one who defeated the androids. After I defeated Cell, I came back here." He finished. He was kind of shy over the fact that now everyone would listen to him. It was even more embarrassing that they made a holiday for him, a city, and he was voted the most "Sexiest man alive"(much to his mother pride) earlier this year. He still didn't get the whole obsession girls had over him.

Bulma looked at him, worried, "Nani? That's all they did? After Mr. Satan supposedly "defeated" Cell, they named an entire city after him. Wouldn't they do more for you?"

Mirai Trunks looked at her, and blushed slightly, and bowed his head in embarrassment.

"Well, actually. They DID name a city after me, they actually named 4 different cities after me and a few others." His blush depend, "and I was voted the "Sexiest Man Alive" earlier this year, and I've got my own Holiday." His entire face was now a very nice cherry red.

Both Chichi and Bulma giggled at his shyness. It was so funny to see the son of Vegeta blush.

Trunks Blushed even more.

Sorry that was so short. I had meant to make it longer, but I've been caught up with things. I am soooooooo sorry to those who wanted Bra in this chapter, but I didn't get to her. I will update soon, so, please don't kill me. I'm trying. The M and , buttons are working a little better again, so, hopefully there is less type-o's in here. Also, its in Word format, so I can spell check. Hope you like this chapter. And please review; they make very nice Ego boosts.

Hopefully in the next chapter I will get to Bra, or at least get Trunks to meet himself. So sorry about Bra not being in this chapter.
