Disclaimer: I have never and will not ever make a profit from Dragon Ball Z and any of its merchandise. I have created this story for the soul purpose of entertaining myself. Akira Toriyama has all the rights to Dragon Ball Z.

Author's Notes: Okay, cats and kittens, this is…something special. This fan fiction has been fermenting in my mind for many moons now. It stars all of our DBZ heroes, but focuses mainly on Piccolo and a super Namek of my own creation named Tram. There will be some obscene language and YAOI! Therefore, this is not for under aged readers!

A large white object dropped towards Earth like a falling star. Its hard, spiky, outer body ripped through one of the mountains and pulverized the rock into dust. A thick layer of earth shot up into the air where the object had landed. The animals of the forest, startled by the sudden chaos, fled towards the edge of the woods.

The large white object cracked open with a pneumatic hiss. A thick stream of pressurized smoke spilled forth from the object's interior as a dark figure stepped out from it. The smoke quickly cleared, revealing a giant creature. The creature took in his surroundings and focused on a single energy feed. It came from nearby. The surge of energy was like a beacon to him. It pulsed in his veins. He wanted it. He had to have it. He would get it. After all, it was what had lured him to this miserable, backwards planet.

Something hissed at his feet. He looked down and watched in fascination as a primitive looking worm of some kind reared up and showed its fangs to him. He kicked at the thing with his foot and winced when the animal bit into his calf. Before the little beast had time to recoil, he had grabbed it by its head and crushed its tiny cranium within his fist. He threw the lifeless body to the ground and focused his attention on the energy that was calling to him.

He rose into the air and flew towards the promise of power, and the pleasure of fusion.

Piccolo frowned as Goku wildly broke free from the surface of the water, causing the Namek to be splashed. The Saiyan held a huge wriggling fish in his arms. He had taken Gohan fishing with him and was trying to show Gohan the best way to catch one of the slimy creatures.

"Wow, dad that was great!" Gohan's enthusiasm showed in his face.

Piccolo grumbled to himself. It still amazed him how much he put up with the childlike Saiyan. "Goku if you ever- Aaah!" he cried out as Goku flung the fish towards him. He barely had time to move out of the way of the creature's gaping jaws. The fish landed right where he had been sitting. Piccolo glared at Goku, who was now holding his stomach and laughing full and hard.

"Goku, you moron!"

"You should have seen your face, Piccolo!" Goku said. "Hey, where are you going? Aw, come on don't leave."

"Yeah, Mr. Piccolo. Dad will be good. Right dad?" Gohan asked.

Goku was grinning and holding up two fingers in the peace sign. "I promise that I won't bother you anymore…today."

Piccolo growled at the lack of seriousness in the Saiyan's voice.

"What?" Goku whined.

Piccolo supposed that if he and Goku were to remain friends, he would have to tolerate the Saiyan's shenanigans. That did not mean that he could not yell at him. A Namek was entitled to some respect.

Piccolo gave Goku an earful and Gohan just watched the two and laughed.

"How would you like it if I threw a fire ball at you?" Piccolo threatened.

Goku's eyes opened as wide as saucers. "Whoa! Whoa! Wait a minute!"

Goku ducked beneath the water a split second before a fireball almost grazed his head. When he popped up later, he seemed a little flustered. "Hey, that wasn't fair. Why did you-?"

He noticed that Piccolo was staring in the direction of the mountains. He had seen that look of concentration before on the Namek. He knew it well. There was something wrong.

Goku stepped out of the water and got dressed. "What is it?"

"I don't know. Whatever it is its gone."

"What did it feel like?" Goku asked.

"Me."

Goku stared at his friend. He did not doubt Piccolo's perception. The Namek was very good at sensing things that he and the others could not. If Piccolo said that there was something out there, then there was. The question was what had he sensed? Also, would it pose a problem for them all?

Half of him wanted to check it out. The other half wanted to get Gohan home. Chichi would not like it if she found out that Gohan had been in the mountains. She was irrational that way.

Piccolo, sensing Goku's restlessness, told him to go home.

"Are you sure?"

"It was nothing," he assured him.

"Well, if you're sure…come on Gohan. Your mom is gonna love this catch."

Piccolo watched as the father and son left with their oversized meal. He cringed at the thought of eating a slimy, smelly animal like that. He thanked the fates that had made him into a Namek, for he could not imagine being able to enjoy the human habit of eating.

When he was a child, he had seen the animals of the forest eating different things and had wondered what it was like to consume solids. He had tried small things first-berries, then apples. They seemed harmless at first. However, the liquid within the fruit had not been enough to satisfy his thirst. In the end, he had suffered for it. That was why whenever he saw Goku or Gohan eating, he got nauseous.

Piccolo receded into the forest. Now that Goku and Gohan were gone, he could focus on his training.

*****

Seeing the strange Namek on the backwards planet had been a shock for him. On the other hand, it had explained a great deal of things. Like, why he had been drawn to the planet, and why he had come to this very spot to await him.

When the smaller Namek first saw him, he had been sitting on a boulder, watching the younger Namek as he meditated. The surprised Namek stared at him and finally found his tongue.

"Who are you?" he asked.

"I am Tram," he said. "Who are you?"

"Piccolo," the smaller Namek answered.

"Piccolo," Tram repeated the familiar Namekian word. "I will call you Picoo."

Piccolo frowned at the odd twist of his name. "How did you get here?"

"I flew," Tram smirked.

Piccolo's gaze narrowed in irritation. "I meant how did you get here on Earth."

"Earth is it?"

"What do you want?" Piccolo asked bluntly.

Tram raised a brow in interest. The Namek obviously did not trust him, even though they were of the same people. Tram figured that the time that the small Namek had spent on the planet had tarnished him. It was not a problem. He could overcome it. It would be a challenge, making this one see his way of things.

"What does any super Namek want?"

Piccolo gasped as he heard what Tram had said. "You're a super Namek?" A muscle in his cheek jerked. Another super Namek meant trouble for Earth. The power of a super Namek was volatile. Piccolo had never forgotten what Goku had told him about Piccolo's father. Nor had he forgotten the battle with the super Namek, Lord Slug. They had both almost destroyed Earth in their quest for domination.

Tram's laughter pulled him from his thoughts. The super Namek was taller than he was, and was brawnier as well. There was no way that Piccolo could take him. Not if what he had claimed was true. So, it made sense to back up when he hopped down from the boulder.

"You are a strange one," Tram reflected. "I can feel the true extent of your powers. Why have you let it gone to waste? You could have taken control of this planet and all of its pathetic inhabitants. You could have been a powerful ruler."

"You super Namek's are all the same. You're all too mad with power to understand what's wrong with wanting that."

Tram did not like his response. He was wary of this talk. He wanted to fuse and he wanted to fuse now. Whatever loyalty the smaller Namek had for the feeble creatures of the planet would be diminished once Tram had absorbed the smaller Namek into his body.

"Come Picoo," he said, "your destiny waits."

"What are you talking about?" Piccolo backed away as Tram neared him.

"We will fuse and you will no longer have to worry about these useless, pale creatures."

Fusion, he thought, with him? No, never!

The super Namek must have seen the flash of defiance in Piccolo's eyes because he scowled at him with displeasure. "Stubborn little dragon…"

Piccolo could feel the Namek's energy surging from him in waves. It was so thick that he could feel it rippling over his skin, even though it was not visible to him. This was the power of a super Namek. It… frightened him. He knew now that his chances of fighting and beating Tram were slim. He had no other option but to run. He flared up his ki and was within the air in seconds. He did not hesitate to triple his speed. He could not afford to make any more mistakes.

He headed away from the city and blanched when he saw Goku coming his way. A second figure beside him made Piccolo curse aloud. Goku and Gohan pulled up along side Piccolo and they continued to fly.

"Piccolo, what's wrong?" Goku asked. "Gohan said that he thought that you were in trouble."

Gohan and Piccolo had an unexplainable bond between them. It was almost a paternal thing for Piccolo. For Gohan it was sheer adoration. Whatever it was, it sure came in handy sometimes.

"Damn it, Goku! Why did you bring Gohan with you?"

Goku blinked in confusion at Piccolo's outburst. "Is it that bad?"

"Mr. Piccolo? Who is that?" Gohan was looking over his shoulder as they flew.

Piccolo looked and felt his heart pump faster as he saw the super Namek just a short distance away.

"Is that a-"

"A Namek, yes!" Piccolo answered.

Goku heard the strain in Piccolo's voice. He knew that something was wrong. If Piccolo was frightened about another Namek, it could only mean one thing.

"A super Namek…" Goku realized. "How did he get here?"

"I don't know, but he wants to fuse with me. I can't let that happen. He plans to take over the world," Piccolo said.

"That won't happen. Let's head over to Bulma's place. I've got an idea."

"Are you sure about this? We'll be putting the city in danger," Piccolo replied.

"Not for long and we need reinforcements. Vegeta is as good a back up as any," Goku explained.

Piccolo nodded in reluctance. He could only imagine what the unpleasant Saiyan prince would say to Goku's proposal. There was no way that Vegeta would help any of them. Especially not a lizard as he had taken to calling Piccolo.

When they arrived at Capsule Corp, Vegeta was already out on one of the balconies of the huge building. The Saiyan prince had sensed their distinct energies and seemed impatient to know what had brought the three of them there.

"Vegeta, we need your help," Goku told him.

"Really?" Vegeta said sarcastically, raising one dark eyebrow.

"There's a super Namek who is following us. He's pretty strong. He wants to, uh, be the strongest fighter in the world," Goku lied. "The guy won't leave us alone. Do you think that the prince of all Saiyans could show him a lesson in manners?" Goku added for extra effect.

"A super Namek, you say?" Vegeta glanced at Piccolo and smirked. "If he is anything like the lizard, then he should be no problem."

Piccolo growled at the insult.

"Maybe I'll fight you as well, lizard, but after I beat this Namek who has cowered you all."

Piccolo sweat dropped. It amazed him how arrogant the prince could be. The fact that Goku had conned the conceited warrior into taking on a super Namek surprised him even more. Sometimes, Goku could be really smart when the occasion called for it. Other times, he seemed a bit brain damaged.

"Piccolo," Goku was talking to him. "I want you to take Gohan with you."

"But dad-" Gohan started to protest and was interrupted by his father's stern voice.

"Gohan, this isn't the time to argue! Do as I say! This is important!"

Gohan's lips trembled as he saw the grave expression on his father's face. The happy, fun dad that he had known all of his life was gone. The Saiyan warrior Goku that his mother had claimed to detest had taken his place.

Gohan sniffled and nodded. Piccolo ushered him into the building and gave him a consoling smile. "Its going to be okay, kid."

The building was empty. Obviously, Bulma and her family had gone out for the day, not knowing that their home would be the setting for an all out battle. Piccolo found a bunker like room that Dr. Briefs had probably built in case of a natural disaster. He shoved Gohan into the room and closed the door behind him.

"Mr. Piccolo! What are you doing? Open the door!" Gohan pounded his little fists against the door.

Piccolo used his eye beams to weld the metal door shut. "I'm sorry, Gohan, but this is for your own safety. I can't let you get hurt."

"Mr. Piccolo, if you do this, I'll hate you forever!" Gohan threatened.

Piccolo knew that the boy didn't mean it. He was just angry. He knew that in time he would come to understand why he had done what he did.

"Mr. Piccolo?"

He could hear the tears in Gohan's voice.

"Mr. Piccolo, please!"

Piccolo tightened his resolve and left the upset Gohan. He would deal with Gohan's mistrust of him later. Right now, he had to help the others. They were risking their lives for him, and he couldn't stand back and do nothing.

*****

Vegeta stiffened in surprise as the Namek disappeared right before his Gatling Gun Blast attack hit him. The green lizard reappeared before him, a yellow ball of energy already releasing from his hand.

"Fuck!" Vegeta tried to avoid the blast, but it was too late. The blast penetrated his armor and sent him hurtling down from the sky. The force of his body took out a portion of Capsule Corp's eastern wall before he dove several feet into the ground.

"Vegeta!" Goku rushed to the prince's aid, but the Namek blocked his path.

"You pale skinned creatures are so fragile," Tram remarked. "Where is the Namek?"

Goku narrowed his gaze and scowled at the green alien. "You'll have to go through me to get him."

"That can be arranged," Tram said. His green eyes began to glow. Two points of orange light shot out at Goku.

Goku avoided the laser beams easily. "Is that all you've got?"

"No," Tram split up into three Nameks. "I've got this too."

Suddenly, the three super Nameks opened their mouths wide and released a hot, pale yellow blast of energy. The three beams of light hit Goku from all sides. Goku cried out as the energy scorched his flesh. The pain was unbearable. The heat was so intense that Goku's gi caught on fire. Goku fled from the blasts and quickly slapped at the flames that almost consumed him. He looked at the smirking trio.

"That was just the warm up," the Namek in the middle told him.

"You monster!"

"No, not monster," he said. "I am Tram." He held up a hand, the other clones followed suit. A loud, noise stirred the air as tiny coils of blue energy spun into miniature tornadoes within the palms of the Namek and his clones. The tornadoes fell in on themselves and turned into large orbs. The orbs grew rapidly until they were three times as big as the aliens that wielded them.

The hair at the back of Goku's neck stood up. He had never been afraid of anything or anyone in his entire life, but this encounter with Tram worried him.

The energy off this guy is incredible!

The middle Tram rose higher and told Goku, "I enjoyed the practice." He threw the orb at Goku. Goku winked out of its way and appeared a couple of feet out of its reach. Nevertheless, something unbelievable happened. The orb jerked to a stop and reversed its course, heading straight for Goku. Goku tried to dodge it again. Out of the corner of his eyes, he saw the other orb being released. He flipped out of that one's way and gasped as it grazed his calf.

"AAAAAHHHHH!" It felt like acid had eaten away at his skin. He could feel his blood seeping down his leg. He had no time to evaluate the damage as the second ball collided with the first one and became one enormous sphere. "Oh, no!"

The sphere rebounded and came after Goku. Goku darted in front of Tram, hoping to divert the blast to the owner of the terror orb. At the last second, when the sphere was almost upon him, he quickly moved out of the way and watched as the sphere hit Tram.

"Yes!" Goku yelled in victory, but he had celebrated too soon.

The sphere collapsed in on itself and its power returned to Tram's immense and staggering reserves. Goku's jaw dropped. Tram laughed hysterically. "I grow tired of this game," he warned.

Goku watched the Namek in disbelief. This was a game to him?

"Goku! Look out!"

Piccolo's voice drew his attention. He turned around, but not in enough time to avoid the third blue orb that was heading straight for him. Goku made a last ditch effort to get out of the way. The orb moved with Goku and enveloped him completely. Goku screamed in unimaginable pain. Piccolo flew towards him and without thought, entered the orb and pushed Goku free. Goku, now unconscious, fell, his impact causing a crater in the ground.

Piccolo writhed in pain as the orb ate at his flesh. He knew that it was the end for him, but it didn't matter, not when he had been responsible for Goku and the others getting into trouble.

Suddenly, the orb vanished and Piccolo's burns started to heal. He looked up at the super Namek and frowned.

Tram's clones had returned inside of him. The super Namek studied Piccolo for a moment before he asked him, "Why did you do that? Why did you risk your life to save him?"

"He is my friend."

"He is a weakling," Tram said, "and so are you for getting in the way of his death."

"I don't expect you to understand. If you're going to fight me, then get on with it."

Tram threw his head back and laughed.

"What's so funny?" Piccolo questioned.

"You think that I want to fight you."

"Well, don't you?" Piccolo snapped.

"You are no good to me injured, little dragon. But, if you want to try and beat me…"

Piccolo glowered at the overconfident Namek. "You know, no matter how strong you think you are there is always someone else who is stronger than you."

"Interesting that you should be the one to tell me this when I am the one who is stronger than you." Tram began to grow, literally.

Piccolo gasped in astonishment as the super Namek outgrew the buildings around them.

"No way!" Piccolo exclaimed in disbelief. He backed away from the colossus villain and decided that maybe he had bitten off more than he could chew.

*****

Piccolo shuddered as the door shook from the creature's impact. He had been at it for nigh on an hour. He would soon be in if he kept attacking the door. Piccolo had not even attempted to fight the Namek after he had grown to such proportions. Instead, Piccolo had hidden from him in one of Dr. Briefs' reinforced steel rooms on the second floor of the Capsule Corp building.

"Why must you put me through this insulting ordeal?" Tram shouted.

The steel door dented. Piccolo readied himself for the creature's onslaught. He was not going to let the fiend get him, no matter what the Namek had said.

"I can smell your fear," the creature said. "It does not have to be this way."

"It won't be, because nothing is going to happen!"

He laughed. "You are such a foolish little dragon. Our destiny is already written. No matter how much you fight it, we will come together as one."

"No! I will stop you!"

"Your friends couldn't stop me, and some of them were stronger than you are. Save yourself the humiliation and stop resisting me."

"I can't! I won't!"

"You will, little dragon."

The door crashed in. Piccolo did not wait. He attacked the larger Namek. He managed to land a couple of blows to Tram's midsection. Tram did not even grimace. Piccolo elbowed him in the throat. As he doubled over in surprise, Piccolo gave him a double axe handle over his back. Tram crumbled to the ground. The entrance way was now clear. Piccolo jumped over Tram and made his escape.

*****

The Z team had assembled at the Briefs' house to discuss the problem of Tram's obsession with Piccolo.

"Let the fucking monster have the Namek!" Vegeta commanded.

"Vegeta, your suggestion is totally unacceptable," Bulma told him.

"Well it wasn't a suggestion!" Vegeta had not forgotten the intense pain that he had suffered when he had wakened and found the blue haired woman hovering over him. The super Namek had burned a hole into his chest, but the fall alone had broken almost every bone in his body. The woman and her father had been able to reproduce a rejuvenation tank. Their efforts had healed both Kakarott and himself, but it had not been able to diminish the shameful fear that he tried so diligently to hide behind his anger.

"Piccolo is my friend, and I'm not going to let him get destroyed by some freak!" Goku said in outrage. "There has got to be a way to beat him. We just have to find it."

"That's right Kakarott. He is your friend, not mine. So you go and get yourself killed trying to help him."

"Vegeta!" Bulma sent him a look of disapproval.

"Quiet woman! You have no say in this! It is not as if you can do anything to help!" the Saiyan prince snapped.

"Well there is no need to get ugly. Ooops," she pointed at his face, "it's too late!"

Vegeta growled in anger and took a step towards her. Goku stepped between them and said, "This is no time for fighting, guys. We have a serious problem here. If Tram gets Piccolo we'll be in big trouble."

"Yeah," Krillen agreed. "Remember how evil Piccolo used to be? Imagine how much more evil he'll be once Tram joins with him."

"Dad, we can't let it happen," Gohan's voice trembled with emotion. "Mr. Piccolo needs us."

"I know son. Don't worry, we'll figure something out."

"How are you going to do that, Kakarott? You do not even have the sufficient brain capacity to create a plan. You had better leave the thinking to me," Vegeta said snobbishly and crossed his arms.

"Gee, thanks Vegeta," Goku said. "I think."

Bulma smiled at the Saiyan prince. She gave him a wink of approval. Vegeta stalked off towards the balcony in mock disgust at the show of her affection.

"You can just feel the love in this room," Krillen quipped.

Bulma punched him in the head. She was not in the mood for his jokes, not when she and Vegeta was the butt of one.

"Hang in there, Piccolo. We're coming to save you." Goku hoped that they would not be too late.

*****

Piccolo did not know how long he had flown, but when he landed, it was already nightfall. He could not sense Tram's energy, which meant that the super Namek was not in the area. It bought piccolo some time to rest and think.

Tram would not stop hunting him until he became one with him. If that happened, an unbelievable force would be unleashed upon the Earth. Piccolo could not let that happen. He had to put an end to it. He had to sacrifice himself. It was the only way.

{No!}

Startled by the strange voice in his head, Piccolo gasped in surprise.

{You will not destroy us!}

"What? Nail, is that you?"

{Yes. I cannot let you kill yourself.}

"I have no choice. Tram is too strong. He will come for me, and I will not be able to stop him. If I end this now, he won't become more powerful and the Earth would be spared," Piccolo reasoned.

{Nevertheless, you would be gone, Kame would be gone, and the dragon Balls would disappear forever.} Nail explained. {Do you want this to happen?}

"No, but I don't have a choice!"

{There is always a choice.}

Piccolo focused on the encroaching darkness. Nail was a wise young Namek. If he believed that there was another way, then there had to be one.

"What should I do?"

*****

It was so simple, but Piccolo feared that it would not work. He had never tried the technique before. Nail had ensured him that it was possible. He had explained that Namekians who had endured the ancient ritual had forever been melded. Through the ritual, a different joining would take place, one that Tram could not break, but Piccolo had to be willing to do it.

{Have you decided?} Nail pressed.

"You're not the one who has to do it," Piccolo snapped.

{Although I will not be with you when it occurs, know that I will be praying for your success.}

"Why are you helping me, Nail? I killed you. I took your life and made it my own."

{No, Piccolo. You forget that it was I who made you fuse with me. I would have truly died if you did not. I still live within you. At least now, I will get to see my little brother Dende grow up.}

"Is it so bad, being fused with me?" Piccolo asked out of curiosity.

{Not at all. You look just like me. I could not have fused with a better-looking Namek.}

Nail's good-natured ribbing relieved some of Piccolo's tension. However, the fact that Tram would soon find him was wearing on his nerves. What will happen if Nails' primitive plan did not work? What would they do then?

{It will work.} Nail tried to mollify him.

"It has to work," Piccolo said, more to give himself encouragement than to compliment Nail's outrageous, but clever idea. "Let's get this over with."

Piccolo released the hold on his power, allowing it to be sensed by anyone who was near enough to feel it. Almost immediately, he felt a surge of power coming from the east. The energy from the person's ki nearly doubled him over it was so strong.

"He's coming." Sweat dotted his forehead. His heart raced. Blood rushed to his ears.

In the distance, a streak of blue ki energy brightened the moonless sky. Piccolo wanted to run, but he held his ground. He had to face his enemy for the final time. He had to keep him from fusing with him.

*****

"THAT'S YOUR PLAN?"

Krillen covered his ears as he heard Bulma yelling at the Saiyan prince. She and Vegeta had been discussing Vegeta's plan for quite some time now. The other Z fighters were getting restless.

"DO YOU HAVE A BETTER IDEA?" Vegeta retorted.

"You want him to die…You evil, twisted little-!"

Goku put a stop to the verbal spat by saying, "I think that it's a great idea. Now Bulma, if you give me the DragonBall radar, I'll get the Dragon Balls as fast as I can."

"I'll come with you, dad!" Gohan volunteered.

"Me too," Krillen said. "You're not leaving me here with these two."

*****

"Little dragon."

"Tram."

"I am pleased that you have accepted your fate. We will fuse and become invincible."

"Yes."

Tram stepped towards him. Piccolo came forward. Piccolo watched as Tram held out his arms to begin the fusion process. He had not thought that it would happen so soon.

What now? He thought.

He had stopped walking, and Tram grew wary. He put down his arms and told Piccolo, "There is no need to fear the inevitable. We will fuse."

"You are a super Namek. You have all of the power you need already. Why do you want me?" Piccolo had to know.

"You are special, Piccolo. You possess a special power all on your own. You possess something that is indefinable, but I can feel it emanating from you. It will make me stronger. I know this." Tram closed the gap between them. "You are the descendent of Kame, a Namek of noble birth. Untold ancient secrets run through your veins, and soon, they will run through mine."

"Perhaps," Piccolo muttered and leaned forward to kiss the super Namek. When his lips touched Tram's, Tram stiffened in surprise. He could do nothing but let the smaller Namek finish his unconventional assault.

Piccolo pried open Tram's mouth with his tongue and explored its recesses. He sucked Tram's oral organ into his own mouth and gently nipped at the sensitive appendage with one of his fangs. He tasted the sweet, purple blood of the shocked super Namek. Piccolo dragged his tongue over the sharp point of Tram's left fang, letting the tip pierce him as well. Through this intimate kiss, they tasted each other's life force, and commenced the ancient and lost Namekian art of dual mating.

They had shared each other's blood. The act was irreversible. Piccolo could feel his body responding to the primitive ritual. His suppressed Namekian instincts had awakened and had taken control of his entire being. He knew what to do. Nail had been right in assuming that it would come naturally to him.

"You tricked me," Tram said when Piccolo had released him.

"No, I did not. We are fused, but in another way."

Tram snorted in disgust. "In a fool's way! How could you have done this to us? Do you understand what you have done?"

"I did what I had to do to survive. You left me no option. Hate me if you must, but know that I have beaten you." Piccolo wiped his mouth with the back of his hand, removing any remaining blood from his lips. His action seemed cold.

Tram roared at the sky in defeat and took off into the air. Piccolo watched him leave. He could feel his anger. Already, they shared the same body.

{You did not complete the ritual.} Nail observed.

"I am not ready for it. Nor is he," Piccolo said.

Nevertheless, there would come a time when the need would be so strong that they would have to consummate their joining. Nothing would come between them then, not even Tram's hate.

*****

Goku watched as Piccolo trained with Gohan. The Namek seemed perfectly all right. He had appeared a month ago, hovering above the Briefs' home just as Goku was about to take off in search of the DragonBalls.

"Piccolo, you're okay!" Goku had been relieved.

"Yeah," the Namek had muttered.

"What happened? Where's Tram?"

"Nothing happened, Goku. Tram will no longer be a problem."

Piccolo's cryptic answers had left Goku feeling confused. The other Z fighters had been curious as well. No one more than Vegeta, who had demanded to know "what the lizard did to defeat the super Namek."

Piccolo and Vegeta had never been close, and Piccolo's secret continued to remain just that, a complete mystery.

Goku supposed that some things were better to be left unknown. If Piccolo chose to keep the details away from them, then he probably had a good enough reason for doing so.

"There's something different about him," Chichi said. She had brought them refreshments. She had grown use to seeing the alien around both Goku and Gohan and had accepted it. Piccolo was no longer someone to fear. He would not kill Goku and he had kidnapped Gohan to train him to protect them. She understood that now.

"What do you mean, honey?" Goku said.

"He's quiet. I know, I know, he has always been quiet, but it is a different kind of quiet somehow. It's almost as if his mind is somewhere else, even when he's with Gohan."

Goku studied Piccolo. The Namek seemed distracted, even though he blocked every assault from Gohan. "Gee, Chichi, you're right."

"Of course I'm right. I'm always right," she boasted. Then she called out, "Gohan, Piccolo, refreshments!"

The two fighters came over to sit beneath the tree where Chichi had laid out a checkered blanket. She had prepared more than drinks for them. There were small cakes and hearty sandwiches for her husband and son. For the Namek, ice cold water.

"I do wish that you would at least try some of my cooking, Piccolo." Chichi told him.

The alien sweat dropped. Goku smiled. Piccolo never snapped at Chichi the way that he did when others irritated him. Goku figured that Piccolo respected Chichi because she was Gohan's mother. Piccolo loved Gohan like a brother. Gohan thought of the Namek in the same way, which made the bond between them grow even more. Goku still could not believe that Piccolo had given up his vendetta against him, and all because of his affection for Gohan.

Piccolo would make a great father, Goku thought. Now, if only he would talk to Kame…

"Hey, look! It's Krillen!" Gohan's voice broke Goku's line of thought. Goku looked up to see his best friend coming in for a landing.

"Hey guys, Chichi," Krillen greeted them. "I thought that I'd come by and see how you guys are doing."

Chichi frowned. She knew what Krillen was up to. "No Krillen! Goku is spending quality time with his family today. If you want to go fishing, you'll just have to find someone else to go with you."

"Fishing? Aw, come on, Chichi! I promise that it won't take too long!" Goku begged. He began doing his over excited dance. The one that made him look like a little boy who was in need of a toilet.

Chichi crossed her arms and said, "I've had it with your disappearing acts, Goku. If you go fishing, don't come back!"

"But honey-"

"Whoa, Chichi! I didn't come here to ask Goku to go fishing with me. I was in the area and I honestly came by to see you guys," Krillen explained, "and…to tell you that Bulma and Vegeta are going to the beach. You guys want to come and watch the sand fly?"

"Vegeta is going to the beach?" Goku and Chichi said simultaneously.

"This should be interesting," Chichi thought aloud. "I'll have to find my bathing suit."

"Are you going too Mr. Piccolo?' Gohan asked, looking hopeful.

Piccolo wasn't that sociable. He stood up and said, "Sorry Gohan, but I have to continue my training. You go on and have fun."

"I will," Gohan beamed at him with intense adoration.

Goku watched as Piccolo left. Yeah, Piccolo would make a great father. Goku wondered when the Namek would create his own little bundle of joy.

*****

The sound of the waterfall flowing over the rocks below soothed Piccolo's senses. He was meditating. It was a process that increased his energy level and made him one with his surroundings. As a descendent of Kame, the guardian of Earth, he had found that he was quite susceptible to the earth's vibrations. A change in the planet's atmosphere was like a siren in his mind. That was why he refused to see Kame. He knew what the old man had to go through. He also knew what the old man would expect of him. Kame was looking for a new guardian to take his place. Piccolo was his first and only choice, but Piccolo was not interested. He did not think that he ever would be.

The sound of a pebble falling into the water disturbed him. He opened his eyes and focused on the figure across the river. Awareness passed through Piccolo. Shaken by its intensity, he whispered out, "Tram."

"What have you done to me?" Tram demanded.

Piccolo stood. He could feel Tram's anger. How odd, he thought. Were they truly as one? Did the joining cause them to share everything? Was nothing spared?

"I don't know."

Tram laughed. "You don't know. Of course, you do not know. You are of Kame's blood. The power comes to you naturally…yes."

Something was not right. Piccolo sensed it.

"That power was to be mine!" Tram hissed.

He was mad. He had lost his mind.

"What are you doing here?" Piccolo asked him.

Tram's face suddenly went blank. He looked around. He seemed disoriented. "Where am I?"

He began speaking in his Namekian tongue, a language that Piccolo unfortunately did not understand. Piccolo felt responsible for Tram's illness. He started to believe that the ritual had damaged Tram. A mentally unstable super Namek was a danger to everyone, including himself.

"Tram," Piccolo caught the taller, more muscular Namek's attention. "Come to me."

Tram hesitated for a moment. Piccolo held out a hand to him. Tram smiled and muttered, "Little dragon…"

"Yes, come." Piccolo repeated.

Tram flew over the river and landed before Piccolo. Piccolo had intended to kill the super Namek, but his instincts stopped him. It was as if his whole being rejected the idea of finishing off his-his mate. He could not do it.

"Little dragon," Tram touched his face. "I can feel you, all of the time. I can't take it any more."

"I'm sorry, Tram." Piccolo embraced him. "You will stay with me. I will take care of you."

Tram went limp in his arms, leaning his weight against him. Piccolo set him down gently. The taller Namek had exhausted himself. Piccolo sat back on his heels and studied his mate. There were smudges of dirt on his clothes and face. He had been wandering.

I've turned half of his mind into soup, Piccolo thought. Have I only made things worse?

Tram muttered his pet name for Piccolo in his sleep. Piccolo felt color rise to his cheeks. Apparently, despite his mental distress, he still held Piccolo as an important figure in his life. Piccolo caressed Tram's head and bent forward to kiss his brow. In that same instant, he pulled back in surprise at what he had done.

What has come over me?

He sat down cross-legged and concentrated on harnessing his energy. He laid his hands upon Tram's chest and channeled his energy around him. Soon, he had created a new set of clothes for Tram. He had maintained Tram's colors giving him a dark blue sleeveless shirt, pants and white waistband.

Piccolo wondered where the super Namek had been hiding for all of these years. What had drawn him to Earth? Had he felt Kame's presence? No, he had not. He had come for Piccolo, not Kame. Had there been a link between them even before the ritual? Did Kame know what was going on? Knowing the old Namek, he probably did.

Piccolo growled in irritation, the prospect of visiting the old man was not appealing. Considering the circumstances, he would have to disregard his hate for the old man and see what he knew of the situation. First, he had to get Tram somewhere safe and out of harm's way.

*****

"Are you certain that the neuro chamber will keep him asleep?" Piccolo asked Dr. Briefs as he stood in the doctor's lab. He was watching the super Namek at rest within one of Mr. Briefs' experimental compartments. Piccolo had brought his mate here, where he could be isolated from doing harm on to himself and to others.

"Yes, he will remain asleep as long as you want him to," Dr. Briefs said.

"I will be back soon," he said, and spared another glance at his mate. "I will be back, Tram," he promised. He left the lab, missing the puzzled look that the doctor gave him.

*****

Kame walked out to the edge of his look out tower and awaited the young Namek. He knew why Piccolo was coming to see him. He already had the answer.

Suddenly, Piccolo rose before him, his cape fluttering in the wind. He landed three feet away from Kame, a scowl on his face. Kame hid a smile. He knew how hard it was for the young Namek to come to him. He knew that poor Piccolo hated the fact that he had to ask Kame for something.

"You know what I'm here for, old man," Piccolo said.

"I can't give it to you, son. Tram is dangerous. You must destroy him."

"I can't do that," Piccolo snapped. "I performed the ritual! I will not kill him! I can't!"

"He will be the end of you," Kame said.

"You've been wrong about your predictions before. All I want is to make Tram normal again. If you won't help me, then I'll kill you."

Shocked by Piccolo's determination, Kame stepped back in fear. He suddenly wished that he had not sent Mr. Popo on a special mission. Sweat dotted his forehead. Piccolo was being irrational.

"If you kill me, you will die as well," Kame pointed out.

"I've been dead before. So have you. I still don't know why Bulma and the others wished you back. You're such a pain in the ass," Piccolo said.

"Son-"

"I'm not your son," Piccolo interrupted him. "Now you must have a cure, a potion or something that can make Tram well again."

Kame narrowed his gaze. "If I do have a cure for him, you would owe me a favor, wouldn't you?"

Piccolo growled out his disgust at Kame's cunning.

"I believe there is a potion. To get this potion, you will have to assume the role of Earth's protector when I have decided to relinquish it," Kame said.

"I hate you."

"You don't mean that, son."

Piccolo began walking towards Kame's home. "Who are you to disagree with me?"

Piccolo's icy remark made Kame reflect on all that had passed between them. He realized that even though Piccolo had cast aside his evil vendetta against Goku and himself, the darkness was still there. It was waiting within him for the right opportunity to be released. Kame figured that once the young Namek accepted his role as Earth's protector, he would reject his darker half. Alas, once again, Piccolo had set him up for a disappointment. With Tram in the picture, Piccolo would be even more uninterested in becoming Kame's replacement.

"Are you coming, old man?" Piccolo bit out in impatience when he realized that Kame had not moved.

Kame smiled at his blood relative's surly behavior and slowly followed him. Such a temperamental soul, he thought. The suffering one must go through for the sake of love…

*****

"Sweet heart, I brought you some tea." Mrs. Briefs entered the lab and cheerfully placed the food tray that she was carrying on the table. She noticed that her husband was staring at something. She walked over to him and stared into a small glass window that was in the door.

"Oh, it's Mr. Piccolo! Such a nice young man," she waved at the Namek, who appeared to be asleep. "He sure has grown since the last time I saw him."

"Honey, that's not Piccolo."

"It isn't?"

"No. This is Piccolo's friend. Mr. Piccolo seemed very worried about him."

"Oh. Poor young man. Well I'm sure that things will work out. They always do." Mrs. Briefs kissed her husband on the cheek.

Yes, Dr. Briefs thought. I hope that they will.

*****

The small blue vial rested in the palm of his hand. It felt fragile and empty. Piccolo wondered if the old man was trying to trick him. Perhaps the vial contained poison.

"I assure you that it doesn't," Kame said, reading his thoughts.

"If it does, I will kill you. If it doesn't cure him, I will kill you. If you even try to come between us, I will kill you," Piccolo threatened.

"No need for such hostility."

"Humph." Piccolo turned to leave Kame's quarters. He'd had enough of the old man's presence.

"Son."

The sternness in Kame's voice made Piccolo stop.

"Despite my feelings regarding your mate, I will do everything I can to try and help him. He is a Namek, and we are so few. If you should need anything, do not hesitate to ask."

Piccolo bit back a curse. He would do everything in his power not to see Kame again. He tucked the vial within his waistband and flew from the lookout tower. He was eager to see Tram, even though they had only been apart for a short while. Piccolo supposed that since they were mated, the urge to protect him had grown strong. It was an uncomfortable feeling to be sure. Piccolo had never cared for anyone besides Gohan. However, the feelings that he was beginning to have for Tram were not the same kind of brotherly feelings that he had for Gohan. These feelings were the feelings of a person in the first stages of lust.

"Little dragon…"

Piccolo stopped in mid air. He had heard Tram's voice loud and clear. Tram had called out to him. Was he in danger? No, his voice had not seemed agitated. Then why had he called out to him?

Tram's soft laughter entered Piccolo's mind. The deep, but gentle sound brought warmth to Piccolo's cheeks. Tram was, uh, definitely not in danger.

One thing troubled Piccolo. How had Tram been able to communicate with him when Tram was still asleep? Was his power so strong that it could diminish the barrier of having an unconscious mind? The mysteries of the super Namek were still unknown. Perhaps in time, Tram would reveal his awesome powers to Piccolo-without causing utter destruction in the process.

The laugh came again. It was filled with amusement. Piccolo frowned and said, "You and I are going to have a long talk, Tram." He flared up his ki energy and sped towards Capsule Corp.

*****

"Honey, I think that Mr. Piccolo's friend has finished taking his nap."

Dr. Briefs looked up from his work at his wife's voice. "What was that, sweet heart?"

"Hello, young man!" Mrs. Briefs wiggled her fingers at the square glass window in the door.

Dr. Briefs walked over to the door and peered into the viewing window. It appeared that the Namek had awakened indeed. What was he doing? He had climbed off the metal table and was looking up at the ceiling.

"I guess I miscalculated the effects of a neuro chamber on a Namek."

He had first built the darn thing in the hopes that he could convince Vegeta to test it out for him. The Saiyan was strong enough. It would have made for an interesting experiment. Bulma had been opposed to the idea. She had said that Vegeta was highly sensitive about being asked to do things.

"He's a prince," she had said. "Not your guinea pig."

She was right, of course. Not to mention the fact that Vegeta would have killed him just for asking.

"Honey?" Mrs. Briefs tugged at Dr. Briefs' lab coat.

The Namek was powering up. His ki flared out from his body in an intense yellow light. He backed up and shot a blast of energy from his palm. The ball of light hit the ceiling and tore open a hole. Debris fell on the metal table and floor. The Namek flew out of the room through the gaping hole, making his escape.

"This is bad." Dr. Briefs felt sweat bead up on his forehead. Piccolo was not going to like this. Not one bit.

*****

The hole in the roof at Capsule Corp was what first caught his attention. Piccolo flew down to meet the Dr., who had appeared on an upper level balcony of the huge building.

"I'm sorry, Piccolo. He woke up earlier than I thought he would," Briefs explained.

Piccolo frowned and said, "There was nothing that you could do." He took off in a flash.

Dr. Briefs sighed and went over to the intercom. He had better get a tech crew to repair the ceiling before it started to rain. Then he would tackle the problem of improving the neuro chamber.

*****

Piccolo could not feel Tram's energy anywhere. It was as if the super Namek had disappeared off the face of the planet. He was either dead or unconscious. Piccolo reasoned that he was not dead. He was too strong to have died so quickly in such a short time. That meant that he was asleep somewhere, unprotected. Piccolo had never been worried about anyone else but Gohan. Now, his link with Tram had added the super Namek to his worry list. Piccolo did not like the additional anxiety.

"Damn it, Tram. Where are you?"

He heard the super Namek's laughter. It sounded as if the Namek was right there with him. Piccolo looked around and gasped when he saw Tram flying several feet below him. The larger Namek had been flying with him, but for how long.

Piccolo halted in mid air. Tram stopped as well.

Why had Piccolo not felt Tram's energy?

Tram flew up to meet him. Piccolo asked him, "How did you do that? How did you hide your power?"

Tram smiled at him and said, "Wouldn't you like to know?"

Piccolo could not figure him out. If he had so much power already, why on Earth had he wanted to take Piccolo's power? It made no sense.

Tram came closer to him and cupped the back of Piccolo's head. "I could teach you, little dragon." He lowered his head and kissed Piccolo's lips. "We could rule this miserable planet. Yes…"

Piccolo pulled away from him. The madness was still inside of Tram. Even now, the taller Namek was muttering incoherently, about nothing. Piccolo reached into his waistband and retrieved the blue vial that Kame had given him.

"Tram, drink this," he ordered.

"Why?"

"It is water," Piccolo lied. "You must be thirsty."

Tram took the blue vial and said, "Yes, I am thirsty." He pulled the cork free from the vial and drank down all of the liquid. After a moment, he looked at Piccolo and said, "It does not taste like water." He dropped the empty container.

"You tricked me again…Why? Why did you-?" he collapsed and Piccolo caught him before he could fall out of the sky.

Piccolo slung him over his shoulder and took him to a place he visited frequently in the forest. It was a place where water flowed in abundance and where natural openings in a large rock face allowed Piccolo to seek shelter from the elements. It was a rather primitive way of living, but Piccolo had done it all of his life. He was quite used to it.

He set Tram down within one of the openings and sat down to take stock of what had happened. Again, he marveled at Tram's awesome power.

I could teach you, little dragon, he had said. Piccolo did not doubt that he could, but what would Piccolo do with all of that amazing energy? He was not interested in world domination. He had given up his quest to destroy Goku. His soul was at peace with himself. Why would he want to complicate things by becoming Tram's student? His life had never been the same since the super Namek had shown up.

But in the end, Piccolo would not have wanted it any other way.

*****

He awakened to the feeling of light touches running along his body. He shifted his weight, but found himself trapped beneath something hard and heavy. He opened his mouth in protest and stiffened as soft lips silenced him. The taste of those lips was so familiar. Awareness rushed through him all at once.

"Tram…" he whispered.

The lips moved to his cheek and then his ear. An agile tongue traced his earlobe, and then darted inside. Piccolo gasped. The tongue licked upwards to the pointed tip of Piccolo's ear and traveled further. It left a wet trail along Piccolo's head and gently skimmed over one of Piccolo's antennae. Piccolo shuddered at the intimate act. His antennae were both highly sensitive. Even more so when Tram took one of the delicate appendages into his mouth and slid it down his throat.

Piccolo moaned. He could feel Tram's knee rubbing against his nether regions. The friction that his knee caused made Piccolo very hard. Piccolo writhed beneath the brawnier Namek. The sensations that Tram's mouth was producing in his antennae was too much for him. He trembled and bit into Tram's chest to silence his cries. Tram winced and released Piccolo's antenna.

Piccolo's labored breathing filled the cave. Tram eased up on his companion and straddled his hips.

"Well then, isn't this a predicament? My body wants to pleasure you, but my mind wants to punish you instead."

Piccolo groaned as Tram rocked back against Piccolo's swollen member. It was damn near bursting.

"Do you see what you have brought upon yourself, you meddlesome Namek? You will always be this way, hard and hungry. Is that what you wanted? I did not, and now I must live out the rest of my days in this pathetic state," Tram told him. "We could have ruled the universe."

"You could have. I didn't want that," Piccolo said.

"I can make you want it," Tram threatened, and reached behind him to stroke Piccolo's growing member. Piccolo bucked his hips. Tram gave the smaller Namek's endowment a slight squeeze and then removed his hand.

"You see? You are like a puppet to be lead around by your-"

"Get off of me," Piccolo demanded angrily.

Tram laughed and lowered his mouth to kiss his flustered mate. Piccolo turned his head away, causing Tram's lips to graze his jaw. Displeased with Piccolo's action, Tram roughly gripped Piccolo's chin and turned him towards him.

"It is too late to regret what you have done."

Piccolo squirmed and pressed his lips tightly together when Tram tried to plunder his mouth. Tram's fingers tightened on his jaw, causing his mouth to open. Piccolo froze as Tram's tongue entered his mouth. The soft organ licked at the roof of his orifice. It swept over his teeth. It coaxed Piccolo's tongue into motion. Piccolo eagerly sucked on the lithe member.

Tram slowly pulled away. His lips grazed Piccolo's own. "Mmmm…"

Piccolo leaned forward in desperation. He was alive with need. He wanted more of Tram's kisses.

"I can taste your power."

Tram's words shocked him. It appeared that the super Namek had a one tracked mind.

"Get off of me," Piccolo growled, and shoved the Namek away from him.

Tram fell against the cave wall and laughed. His laughter followed Piccolo all the way out of the cave.

"Bastard!" Piccolo cursed. He had never been so angry in all of his life.

"I do not like this side of you, little dragon."

Tram was standing behind of him. Piccolo suddenly turned around and threw a fist at him. Tram caught it before it could do any damage. Undeterred, Piccolo struck with his other hand. Tram caught it as well.

"Maybe I imagined this power of yours," Tram taunted.

Piccolo channeled his rage into hitting the super Namek. Unfortunately, none of his blows met their marks.

"Try again," Tram insisted.

Piccolo doubled his efforts. His kicks and punches came lightening fast, but Tram blocked them all. "You're letting your anger get in the way."

"Shut up and fight!" Piccolo yelled and finally landed a punch right across Tram's face.

A stream of thick purple blood rolled down the corner of his mouth. Tram licked up the bright trickle and said, "Good. That's better."

Piccolo stared at him guardedly. What is he doing?

"Don't stop now," the super Namek said. "The fun has just begun."

*****

Piccolo and Tram had been fighting all afternoon long. When night finally came, Piccolo was reluctant to stop. The fact that he was exhausted did not diminish his determination to beat Tram. In the course of their fight, Piccolo had learned Tram's fighting style. At the same time, he had been taught several fighting moves that had enhanced his own techniques.

When Tram stopped their heated training, Piccolo's objection to it did not surprise him at all.

"Why stop now? Are you afraid that I'll beat you?" he asked.

Tram smirked. "No, Picoo," he said, using his pet word for Piccolo's name. "It is getting late. You must rest."

"I'm not tired," Piccolo claimed.

"I am," Tram lied.

He removed his clothing and entered the river that was nearby. He let out a sigh of pleasure as the cool water touched his heated skin. He turned around and blinked in surprise as he caught Piccolo blushing.

How interesting, he thought. The little dragon is modest.

Conquering the universe had always been a priority for Tram, but meeting Piccolo and being forced into a ritual bond with him had changed Tram's directives. He was ready to conquer. He had never been more ready. However, this time, the prize was not the universe. The prize was the noble Piccolo.

"You look…hot," he heard himself say. "Why don't you come into the water?"

"I can wait," Piccolo replied.

I can't, Tram thought irritably.

He dunked beneath the water and remained beneath its surface in contemplation. He was concerned with his emotional attachment to the Earth born Namek. He had never been one to care about emotions and other detestable sentimental rot, but it bothered him that Piccolo did not want to commune with him. He had half a mind to force the weaker Namek to do his bidding. He realized that he did not want to resort to such actions with his mate. Piccolo was already wary of him. Tram did not want him to fear him as well.

When Tram resurfaced, he found that Piccolo had fallen asleep standing up. Tram smiled.

What a foolish dragon.

He quietly came out of the water and approached the slumbering Namek. He blew softly into Piccolo's ear and grinned as the Namek was startled awake. Tram's proximity made the smaller Namek frown.

"Are you still angry at me Picoo?" Tram asked him.

Piccolo did not answer him. He went around Tram and drank from the river. Tram was tempted to throw him into the water just to get a reaction out of him. He hated feeling this way. He hated feeling cheated out of what he was entitled to. He felt that Piccolo was being cold to him because he wanted to punish Tram for insulting him.

The sound of knuckles cracking alerted him that he was clenching his fists. He could not believe that his ritual bond with Piccolo had affected him so deeply that he could subconsciously restrain his anger on his own. This ritual bond is a meddlesome thing, he thought. Nevertheless, he could never harm Piccolo. He had never wanted to. The ritual had only complicated things between them. Tram wished that he had had some control over their joining.

The gentle splash of water mired his thoughts. Piccolo had entered the water. Tram focused on the sleek body just before it disappeared beneath the surface. He considered getting into the water again. Piccolo would be at a disadvantage. He stepped towards the water's edge but halted when Piccolo resurfaced and glared at him.

"You are still angry at me," Tram said in wonder. "Why don't you put that anger to good use? Show me your power," he beckoned, "your true power."

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Why are you hiding it? Are you afraid that your silly Earthling friends will not accept you if they knew about your powers? Come now Piccolo, they are weaklings. You are better than they are in all things. Kame's blood runs in your veins. Do you even understand what that means?"

"Don't you ever speak of that old man in my presence," Piccolo growled.

Tram smirked. So the little Namek hated his sire. There was hope for him yet. The universe could still be conquered. With Piccolo by his side, they would be unbeatable. No one would dare to contradict them. In order to achieve his goal, he had to convince the noble Namek that it was their destiny to rule this pathetic solar system. It seemed that the only way that he could obtain Piccolo's utter devotion was to make the Namek want him. It was no hard task, considering the fact that the little dragon found Tram's physical appearance quite appealing. It was a challenge that Tram could appreciate.

He bowed to Piccolo. The look of surprise on Piccolo's face almost undid him. He hid a smile, collected his clothes, and returned to the cave to await his curious mate.

*****

Tram awakened from sleep. He had decided to rest after Piccolo had entered the cave. It had given him some time to allow the smaller Namek to get comfortable enough to let his guard down. The gentle breathing that came from Piccolo assured Tram that Piccolo was asleep. Tram crept over to him and studied the relaxed features of his mate. Piccolo looked delectable. It was unbelievable that someone who looked as innocent as he did could have so much power running through his veins.

My Picoo, Tram thought in adulation.

He lay down beside him and wrapped an arm possessively around his waist. He leaned forward and licked Piccolo's antenna. The Earth Namek moaned in his sleep.

Tram stared in annoyance at Piccolo's garments. He could not very well tear the things off him. That would only awaken the cranky and unreasonable Namek. Tram contemplated his predicament. It irritated him that he, the most powerful super Namek in the universe, was afraid of awakening his weaker half. Tram never let obstacles hinder him. He had always found a way of getting what he wanted, and he wanted Piccolo. Maybe if he concentrated enough and used just a small amount of energy, he could melt the clothes right off Piccolo's body without hurting him. It was worth a try.

He touched Piccolo's shirt. His energy made a muted sound as it shot out in yellow electrical currents. It singed the violet cloth, and a hole in the material soon appeared. Tram laughed wickedly, on the inside of course, so as not to wake up Piccolo. The hole continued to widen, until Piccolo's shirt completely disintegrated. Tram immediately tried the technique on Piccolo's pants. He licked his lips in anticipation. He was already hard with need. When the last of the fabric had diminished, Tram took his time to absorb Piccolo's handsome, muscular body.

Yes, his little dragon was well put together.

Tram moved down until his head was near Piccolo's hip. Using his tongue, he licked at Piccolo's sleeping member. The organ was impressive, even at rest. Tram took the lifeless appendage into his mouth. He laved and caressed the length of it with his tongue. He carefully nipped at the sensitive flesh with his teeth. The fierce desire to pleasure Piccolo compelled him to do nothing else but give his mate satisfaction. He hungrily consumed the thick member. He relaxed his throat muscles and took him in all of the way. A moment later, Piccolo's rod became hard, and swollen.

Tram released the now glistening shaft and watched, as it stood rigid and proud away from Piccolo's body. He held the prominent length in his hand and nibbled at the skin beneath its base.

A groan from Piccolo announced his consciousness. Tram looked up at him and moaned. "Mmmm…"

"Tram," Piccolo whispered huskily.

"Picoo…" he gave him a long, torturous lick.

Piccolo's breath left his lungs. He clutched at Tram's head and cried out as a flurry of sensations claimed him.

Tram felt the feelings swamp him as well. The ritual had connected them and the intimate act had a power all of its own. Piccolo's pleasure was Tram's and Tram's was his. This odd occurrence puzzled them both, but their desires were too strong to ignore.

Tram greedily devoured Piccolo. As Piccolo's whimpers filled the air, Tram's muted cries vibrated through the smaller Namek's magnificent cock. Piccolo reached for Tram's antenna and stroked the slim, sensitive feeler. It twitched in his hand and he ran his nails over it. Tram released Piccolo's shaft and trembled as he crept up his mate's body. He pressed his lips to Piccolo's waiting mouth and dipped his tongue into the alcove of his oral orifice. He thrust his tongue into him, mimicking what he longed to do with his own throbbing staff.

Piccolo embraced him and heard a rip as his hands tore at Tram's blue shirt. He shoved the ruined material from his shoulders, broke free of Tram's kisses, and looked in awe at his strapping chest. Tram's power was clearly defined in his physical structure. His pectorals were huge and hard, his pink banded abs, taut and flat.

Piccolo took one of Tram's dark green nipples into his mouth. He rolled the little nub with the tip of his tongue. While he nipped and tugged at the little nodule, Tram placed a knee between Piccolo's thighs and widened the smaller Namek's legs. Piccolo realized what he was doing and began to protest, but Tram silenced him with another overpowering kiss.

Tram sucked on Piccolo's tongue at the same time that he found Piccolo's untouched nether orifice. Tram rubbed at the soft area that stretched between Piccolo's heavy scrotum and his virgin passage. Piccolo squirmed beneath him restlessly. His hard member pressed into Tram's belly.

"Be patient, Picoo," Tram told him.

He licked one of his fingers and Piccolo cried out as he forced the saliva slick digit into him. Piccolo writhed uncomfortably at the invasion.

"Tram," Piccolo called out in unease.

"You will enjoy it, Picoo. I promise."

The super Namek added a second finger to his mate's stretched portal. Piccolo clenched his teeth in pain. Tram saw the tension in his face and tenderly licked across the smaller Namek's lips. Piccolo opened his mouth to capture the agile, purple tongue. They kissed for several minutes, Tram's fingers still moving within Piccolo.

Tram's manhood ached for release. The large and solid member was pressed against the inside of Piccolo's thigh. Tram slowly inched it upwards until it was aligned with his busily moving fingers. Piccolo felt its slow ascension and shuddered.

"Don't think about it," Tram told him.

Piccolo blushed as if to say, How can I do anything but think about it.

"Not that Picoo," Tram grinned. "I meant the pain."

Piccolo gave him a tremulous smile. It was clear that he was still unsure about what was to come.

Tram's patience had run out. He had no other choice but to initiate Piccolo into their intimate union at once. He reasoned that the sooner that he could be inside of his mate, that the sooner that Piccolo would overcome his fear. The super Namek had some idea that the Earth born Namek would be appalled by his rough performance, but Tram figured that it could not be helped. It was his nature to ravage. It was better if Piccolo got used to the fact now rather than later.

Without warning, Tram removed his fingers from Piccolo's body and drove his hard cock into him. Piccolo cried out as the rigid member invaded his tender flesh. He writhed as Tram's fullness stretched his aching interior. Piccolo placed his hands on the super Namek's chest in an effort to push him away. Tram caught Piccolo's wrists and pinned them down above his head. He held them there and continued to thrust into Piccolo. The sensation of the smaller Namek's tight chute drove him to nirvana. Never had he imagined that being with Piccolo would be this way. Oh yes, he had known how it would be to fuse with another Namek, for he had done that many years ago when he was just a child, but this was different. This was fusion in the ancient rite. This was a sexual amalgamation, something deeper.

Tram was blinded with desire. He could not wait any longer. He began to move within Piccolo, ruthlessly. Piccolo groaned beneath him. He fought to free his hands, his body bucking below the larger, stronger Tram. His resistance produced a harsher response from the overexcited super Namek.

Tram was taking him hard and fast. Piccolo hurt.

"Tram, please…stop," he entreated, but the Namek was in the throes of lust and he could not heed the cries of his mate. He was taken by the slick warmth of Piccolo's snug sheath. In the lust-fogged recesses of his mind, he did become conscious of the fact that Piccolo was not crying out in pleasure. He slowed his movements for a moment and apologized to his poorly abused mate.

"I am sorry, Picoo. It is just that you feel so good."

He pushed his shaft in and out of the astonished Piccolo for several more times. On the last thrust, he changed the angle of his stroke, coming in direct contact with a special sensitive gland within the startled Namek. Piccolo tensed and released a long, throaty moan. The muscles in his stomach as well as all over his body tautened defensively against the exquisite, yet unfamiliar sensation that traveled through him. His stuffed channel clenched over Tram's burgeoning cock. The ripple effect nearly crushed Tram.

"Ah… Picoo," Tram whispered in rapture. His bliss was so great that he did not realize that he had switched to his Namekian tongue. He babbled on and on in his native language about how wonderful Piccolo felt, and how much he adored doing this ancestral joining with him.

Piccolo bucked his hips to get closer to the ecstasy driven Namek. Tram stilled his hips and allowed his mate to take the reigns of their coupling.

Piccolo arched into him with a fierceness that rivaled his own. The smaller Namek even used his inner muscles to clutch at Tram's throbbing trunk. A growl from deep within the super Namek's chest confirmed Tram's pleasure.

Tram's cock touched the mysterious gland again. Piccolo threw his head back and panted as the sensation jolted him. He focused his exertions on getting Tram's organ to touch the inexplicable spot.

It was tiring work, this ritual joining business. Both Namek's bodies were wet with perspiration. A drop of the salty liquid glistened off one of Piccolo's feelers. Tram leaned forward and licked it off. The double sensation of his tongue on Piccolo's antenna and his cock within Piccolo's passage made Piccolo tremble with pleasure.

"Picoo…" Tram cleverly licked at the outer shell of Piccolo's ear.

Piccolo sighed in ecstasy. He felt addicted to the various sensations that Tram was making him feel. He strived for more. He was literally impaling himself upon Tram's firm phallus.

Tram wrapped his fingers around Piccolo's swollen cock and pumped his hand up and down the turgid shaft. Piccolo whimpered. He moved his hips to obtain the full gratification of Tram's dual ministrations.

"Yes, Picoo…yes." Tram murmured.

He thrust into Piccolo's welcoming sleeve. The stimulation made them both moan. The cave resounded with their cries.

Tram could not get enough. He rammed into Piccolo, roughly claiming him. Piccolo flexed his inner muscles and growled as Tram's merciless strokes pummeled against his sensitive gland. An insurmountable pressure began to build within the smaller Namek. He clutched at Tram's arms for support. He felt waves of contentment course through his veins. His cock, still ensnared in Tram's grip, felt like it was being scorched. Tram tugged on the throbbing stem and Piccolo exploded.

A thick flow of semen spilled over Tram's fist and pooled into the ridges of Piccolo's stomach. Tram soothed him with tranquil words.

Tram was soon to follow the sated Piccolo, for Piccolo's sheath was rippling over him. It felt like a tight glove squeezing down on him. The spasms manipulated Tram's pulsing staff. Tram slammed into the clenching channel and flung his head back, letting loose an air splitting cry as he achieved his climax. His hot seed seared Piccolo's passage.

He released Piccolo's length and tenderly kissed his spent lover on the lips. Piccolo could barely respond. The larger Namek laughed at his mate's euphoric state. "We should do this often, Picoo. Perhaps we should incorporate it into our training."

"Our training," Piccolo repeated. "Since when have we become training partners?"

"Since today," he answered. "I will teach you all that I know."

"Why, Tram?"

"I want to," he said simply.

"Are you sure that there is no other ulterior motive?" Piccolo asked warily.

Tram thought about it. He honestly wanted to increase his mate's power. He felt that Piccolo should have some edge over others who would seek to claim Earth for themselves as well. However, Tram had not given up his plot to conquer the planet for himself. His plans had merely taken a temporary hiatus. There was time enough to execute his scheme, but first, he had to see to augmenting Piccolo's already budding energy.

"No, Picoo," he lied. "There is no ulterior motive."

His words seemed to calm the smaller Namek. Tram touched his forehead to Piccolo's. "I will make you see that it is our right to rule this planet, Picoo," he said in his Namekian tongue. "And when that day comes, we will be an unbeatable team. We will claim this planet, and then the universe."

Piccolo's eyes slid close in exhaustion. He was asleep within minutes. Tram embraced his ritual mate and smiled conspiratorially.

"No one will dare oppose us."
