Chapter 4: Vegeta's Arrogance

Vegeta looked at the alien called Arkan and thought of Goku, mainly because he looked exactly like Goku. A fight would be coming, but what could Vegeta or any of the Saiyajins do against an enemy who simply absorbed their energy attacks?

Vegeta: Hahaha! All we have to do to kill this bastard is use physical attacks.

Hey, I was trying to make it a little dramatic and you go out and tell how to defeat him! Now what I'm I going to do?

Mirai Trunks: I don't think it's that easy, Father. Goten and I tried to attack him like that earlier, but I only fell on my ass, and Goten kicked his own brother.

Goten: I remember, that was fun.

Chibi Gohan: Fun! Okay then, why don't you tell me how fun it is when I beat you to death!

Goten: Lets fight then! Of course I'll be stronger since I'm younger (makes no sense, or does it? aka look at previous chapter about Goku Jr. I think you'll find that it doesn't explain anything at all)

Trunks: What the hell? I was supposed to be fighting Gohan (attacks Goten and the two chibi's fight by pulling each others hair).

Piccolo: As I said before, Saiyajins are fools!

Vegeta: (watching them slap at each other like little sissy girls) I agree with you, Namekuseijin.

Piccolo: Umm, Vegeta, you're a Saiyajin too. In fact, you're the prince of Saiyajins.

Vegeta: Oh crap, you're right! Damn, those femanine demi-Saiyajins!

Why the hell are they fighting like that! Goten, Trunks, fight normal!

Trunks: Umm, okay (flies at him and fires a few beams that would kill a normal person in one hit)

Well, I guess that's normal enough for DBZ... Anyway, as the two chibis fought, Arkan and Vegeta faced off, reading each others energy levels.

Vegeta: (realizing Arkan's ki is now a lot lower than his) I let my guard down when you knocked me down with your beam in the last chapter you bastard, but now that I have been healed from near death, I'm going to kick your ass!

Arkan: Okay try it. Hit me with your most powerful beam.

Chibi Gohan: Ha! You think Vegeta's going to do that knowing it'll only make you stronger? Well he's (sees Vegeta powering up a Final Flash) pretty stupid actually...

Mirai Trunks: What the hell are you doing Father!

Vegeta: Don't worry, this is part of my plan, (creating an even bigger Final Flash)

Piccolo: I have a feeling that I won't like Vegeta's plan...

Vegeta: (is finished with his beam) Cho Final Flash!

A enormous energy blast headed directly toward Arkan, but once it got to the alien, he simply absorbed it, and was stronger than ever.

Arkan: Ahahahaha! Your plan is fraught foolish Vegeta!

Goten: Fraught? Interesting word choice...

Arkan: Really? Then, your plan is foiled Vegeta since I have taken the energy of you attack!

Vegeta: What are you talking about, jackass? That WAS my plan!

Mirai Trunks: Ah, shit, he did it again! He allowed his enemy to become more powerful so he could have a challenge!

Piccolo: Yeah, now I'm sure I don't like his plan.

Trunks: Papa, what is your problem with fighting!

Arkan: That is the curse of the Saiyajin race, and now that I am stronger than you Vegeta, I'll will destroy you and all that you hold dear!

Vegeta: I don't care about anyone.

Arkan: O.O Oh, well then, I'll destroy you Vegeta! Man, but only killing you isn't any fun...

Vegeta: Ha, you won't even be able to touch me! I'll show you the power of Super Prince Vegeta! (goes SSJ and charges at Arkan)

Arkan: You fool! You're Saiyajin Ki can't hurt me, and your physical attacks are too weak now!

However, with a swing of Vegeta's fist, Arkan was sent flying a hundred feet away. Arkan got to his feet and flew directly towards Vegeta, but in the last second he banked upward and fired a beam downwards, only to find no one below him.

Vegeta: (above Arkan) What a dumbass (elbows him in the face and Arkan falls to the ground)

Chibi Gohan: Uh oh, this isn't looking good.

Mirai Trunks: (watching the fight where his father is clearly dominating) What the hell are you talking about!

Goten: Yeah, I see what you mean, Gohan.

Mirai Trunks: O.o' Huh! You guys are strange.

Piccolo: It's simple Trunks. It seems that your father is going to win the fight unless he gives up right now.

Mirai Trunks: And that's bad because...?

Trunks: If Papa wins, then he won't have anyone to fight, and then he'll be bored.

Mirai Trunks: Oh, I see. If he doesn't have an opponent, he'll probably make us fight him or go crazy and kill himself.

The others look at Mirai Trunks like he's on drugs.

Trunks: What are you hopped up on? That doesn't make any sense at all!

Chibi Gohan: Yeah! What we were trying to get through to you is that Vegeta doesn't want to defeat his opponent so easily so he'll probably allow him to be stronger.

Piccolo: And then it'll be like Cell all over again where Arkan gets too strong for him to defeat.

Sure enough, Vegeta becomes bored with his fight with Arkan, and decides to let him leave only if he came back later with even more power.

Arkan: Umm, sure I'd love to fight you later, but you have to give me more of your Saiyajin power.

Vegeta: Hell no! That last time was to prove just how much more powerful I was. Besides, can't you just take the energy of other beings beside Saiyajins?

Arkan: Of course I can, but I can only absorb Saiyajin energy. With others I have to kill them first, and I only get a little energy out of it.

Vegeta: Well, too bad, do it that way.

Chibi Gohan: O.O What! Vegeta, you can't let him kill innocent people just so that you can fight a strong opponent!

Vegeta: Yes I can because none of you are strong enough to stop me.

Gee, Vegeta you're becoming a little too evil for my liking...

Vegeta: Too bad (sticks out tongue)

Piccolo: Well, anyway, don't worry Gohan, I'll just kill Arkan before he goes on his killing spree.

Piccolo powered up a large beam at Arkan but surprisingly, the beam was hit back at him and he barely got out of the way.

Mirai Trunks: Shit! Now he's too powerful for even Piccolo to defeat! What the hell did you do that for, Chibigokan (aka me).

Well, I said that he would become too strong for Piccolo, so I couldn't not let him become stronger. Besides, the story would kind of end if Arkan was defeated so easily.

Goten: Can't you at least make Arkan get his energy without killing people?

Umm (Vegeta is glaring evilly at me) not unless Vegeta wanted the people to live, and that doesn't seem likely so...

Chibi Gohan: Kuso... what to do? (thinking with his intelligent mind) Hey, you know what everyone?

Everyone: What? Do you have an idea?

Chibi Gohan: No, but I just realized that the authoress hasn't picked on me for the entire chapter.

Everyone anime falls.

Trunks: Probably because you hadn't interrupted the story until right now.

Yeah, this chapter almost felt like a normal story... oh well, continue please.

Chibi Gohan: What to do? (thinking with his not as intelligent mind now because he pissed me off) I know! Arkan, I challenge you to a fight! If you can defeat me, then that means you've taken my Saiyajin power, but if I defeat you, well, then I killed you! What do you think about that?

Arkan: Heh, your power level isn't even close to your green friend over there and I can destroy him instantly. I accept, but do you still wish to fight?

Chibi Gohan: (thinking) I can't just stand by when innocent people die! I already went through that in the past.

Mirai Trunks: Yeah, but you should have seen how I just stood back while the androids destroyed most of my world.

Chibi Gohan: O.o I thought I was only thinking...

Mirai Trunks: Oops, I guess I shouldn't go around letting people know I read minds.

Chibi Gohan: (now looking at Mirai Trunks funny because of his mind reading ability) Anyway, I rather die than see others suffer, so I will still battle you Arkan!

Gee look how pure and good-hearted you are in this chapter...

Chibi Gohan: O.o' Ookay what's your problem? In any case, let's go to a place where others won't get hurt.

Goten: Hey, but you were supposed to fight me, Brother!

Trunks: No, I challenged him first!

Vegeta: I have an idea. Why don't we all enter a tournament so we can fight? Who ever wins gets to kill Arkan.

Arkan: What! I thought you were going to let me kill people and get stronger!

Vegeta: Oh yeah, you can't do that anymore. I was bored so I was just talking randomly, but now I get to fight in a tournament, though it's against weak-ass opponents, but at least I'll get to see how my family does against Kakarotto's (you're talking randomly again...)

Chibi Gohan: But I don't want to fight anymore if you're going to be in the tournament and can easily defeat any one of us...

Goten: Well you already agreed so you can't back out now.

Chibi Gohan: Umm, but, uh, we don't have enough people in the tournament, it's uneven.

Just then, teenage Gohan aka Gohan of this timeline flew over, interested in why he had felt his own Ki.

Gohan: Oh, it's just Trunks from the future but from the past and me as a chibi. Anyway, what are you guys doing here?

Piccolo: Holy crap I haven't spoken for a helluva long time! Anyway, Gohan, we're having a tournament to decide who will get to face our newest enemy the alien called Arkan that looks exactly like Goku. Care to join?

Gohan: Well, (sees Chibi Gohan shaking his head trying to tell him not to) okay then, I'll join the tournament.

Chibi Gohan: Damn, and I thought I was free from torture this chapter...

So the tournament was set to see who would get to kill Arkan. However, it seems that everyone forgot that only Vegeta had the power to defeat him, so the Z-senshi are basically screwed, or are they?
