Kaoru: *Smiles and bats eyelashes at readers* Hi everyone. I hope you will like this chapter. There will be some answers in this chapter so try to stay focused.

Yelana: Why are you telling them to be focused? They are not the ones writing it.

Kaoru: I was accually telling you and Sano to stay focused not the readers. So get back to writing before I have to put you in timeout again.(It will be the fifth time since I woke up this morning, which wasn't all that long ago. About 2 and a half hours ago.)

Yelana: Hey you can't do that I am the one writing. You would not get anything done if you put me in timeout.

Sano: Hey guys stop fighting and we will get the chapter out faster.

Yelana and Kaoru: *Glares dangerously at Sano*

Kaoru: I guess you have a point. You will find out that the Kaoru in the story can look into peoples minds and read them.

Yelana: Hey I never told you that. How did you know?

Kaoru: *Looks around innocently* What? You talk in your sleep.

****(Kaoru's POV)

I turned the shower on and let the water run till it got as hot as I could bear(which is pretty hot). I stepped in and let the water run over my muscles and relax my body. Now if only I could get my mind to relax I would get a decient amount of sleep. That is why I train so hard. I figure if I tire my body and my mind I will me able to get some sleep. My thoughts wondered back to Kakarott and why he hides his true self behind a mask. I looked through his memories and I searched for the answer. My eyes snapped open when I found the answer I was searching for. "Why?" I whispered and got out of the shower.

Misunderstanding

I stepped out of the shower and dried myself off and got dressed. I walked out of the house and into the woods. I passed Megumi and Gohan in the kitchen, but I said nothing to them. I was only thinking about where I had to go to find the information that I needed. I sat down in a small clearing and tried to center myself. 'I know you are hiding something Kakarott, but what it is still escapes me. I guess I will have to find out the hard way. I just hope I don't get caught in the act. It has been a long time since I had to use this power.' I thought to myself as I streched out my mind to Kakarott's and started to look through it

All was good I had not been detected yet. I had to make this fast because I didn't know how long it would take before he found out I was in his mind. I searched through his memories and I found the time when Vejiita came to stay on this mud ball. I saw Kakarott's personality and it was defanitally Sayai-jin. I dug through some more personal memories and found what I was looking for. When my brother frist came here Kakarott did nothing to hide his Sayai-jin instincts. When they battled they were pretty much equal. But Kakarott was holding back. He didn't want to be Sayai-jin if all they did was destroy planets and kill innocent people. He wanted nothing to do with it. When they battled each other Kakarott let his instincts take control and he had almost lost all control over his own body and mind. He never wanted that to happen again so he decieded to surpress that part of his heritage. That is when his all-happy-go-lucky attitude came along. It took place of the void that his natural instincts left behind when he surpressed them into the back of his mind.

My mind was so preoccupied that I didn't even notice I started to pace the hall after I left returned to the house. Goku stopped at the end of the hall and watched me for a few minutes before saying," Aren't you dizzy yet?"

"Why were you watching me?"

"I was on my way to my room and you didn't seem like you were going to stop for anyone so I decided to wait 'till you were done. What's on your mind?"

"Nothing is on my mind. Why would you ask that?"

"Well that is the only reason I know of why people would pace, but maybe you are just restless."

"Well thanks for that, but if you'll excuse me I need some air," I said as I walked past him.

'I know you have something on your mind I just hope it doesn't involve you getting hurt because that would kill your sister. I hope you realize that, but there is nothing I can do for you right now I guess we will just have to wait it out,' he thought to himself as he watched my retreating form.

I walked back outside,'Oh Kami help me. I know that is not the entire reason he is hiding his true heritage from everyone, but I just don't know what it is. I suppose I should go talk to my brother huh?' I thought to myself not really expecting an answer.

'Yes you should go talk to your brother, but no one knows the whole story. Goku doesn't even like to remember it. He was very vulnerable at that time. But your brother saw him.'

'Hang on just one Kami-damned second. Who the fuck are you and how the hell did you get in my head?'

'I am Kami. You did pray to me.'

'But why would you lesten to me?'

'Because you are a realative of the Z senshi and I can hear all their prayers.'

'Oh well if you are Kami why the hell don't you just tell me what happened to Kakarott to make him want to forget his heritage?'

'I can not do that because that would be against everything a Gaurdian does. A Gaurdian is a protector. He maybe able to hear or see things but he is not at liberty to discuss such things with anyone, but the person pertaining to the things in question. Even then it is frowned upon.'

'So let me get this strait. You can see everything and hear everything, but you can't say anything.'

'That is correct.'

'Well what the fuck good are you?! Now get the hell out of my head. Because if you can see and hear everything you know that my patience is wearing thin and I don't give a damn if you are Kami or not I will find you and tear you apart. NOW LEAVE!!!!!' With that one last thought I put up all my barriers and block out evrybody. 'I really hate this planet. I can tell I will not get used to this. And I will remember not to use *his* name again. ANYTIME. I probably should go talk to my brother although I don't know if I want to.

Kaoru: Well what did you think? I wanted to add a little humor in this somewhere seeing how there will be more answers and angst in the next chapter. I hope you love angst.

Yelana: It sucked!*Looks at author* You can't write worth shit can you?

Kaoru:You know what I have had just about had enough of you. I am going to go get Vegy and Kaky and they will teach you not to talk back to your superiors.* pencil scratch on paper*

*Thud.......Thud*

Vejiita: What in the seven depths of hell am I doing here? This is not what I was assigned for in this story. Where the hell am I? *Looks around at torture objects*

Kaoru: Hi Vegy. I just need you to teach my muse here her place. Oh you are in the torture part of my dungeon. Why?

Goku: I am going to have a lump on my head now. How come it is so dark and damp here?

Kaoru: I will explain it again seeing how you didn't catch it the first time. This is my dungeon. You are here to teach my muse her place.

Goku: Oh! Why what did she do?

Kaoru: *Cluches side of her head and mumbles in foreign laguage.* I am the author. She is the muse. Iwrite and she helps, but she is not helping and she is only critizing so she needs to learn her place and start helping me write better. Does everyone understand now?

Vejiita: Where did you get this place?

Kaoru: *Shuffles feet and looks at the floor while mummbling a different language.*

Vejiita: What was that I didn't quite hear you?

Kaoru: I borrowed it from a friend alright. Now will you please deal with my muse.*Looks around for said muse.* Yelana when I find you I will remove all of your internal organs and nail them on the wall and shove your head on a spike in the front yard.*Tail unfoils and snaps back and forth in agitation.*

Vejiita: Hey how come you have a tail?

Kaoru:*Looks at Vejiita evily* Because I am Sayai-jin also. Now if you don't help my find her I will do the same thing to you as I am going to do to her. Am I understood?

Vejiita and Goku: *nod nervously*

Kaoru: I will find you Yelana and When I do you are going to wish I never had. Have you seen Jeppers Creppers or how about Silence of the Lambs? I will make you look worse than anyone in either of those movies unless you come out right now.

Yelana: I am sorry. Please Don't disembowel me.*wraps her dark wings around herself in defencive position.*

Kaoru: Sure you are. I will wait and see what happens. Where the hell did Goku and Vejiita go. *hears moaning in a dark corner of the dungeon.* Did I not just say that this is my friends dungeon? I will never go over there again. Sorry about that I guess they just couldn't keep their hands off each other when they were in a dark corner alone. *Muffled scream in the background.*

Yelana: Were is Sano?

Kaoru: I gave him the day off. *Smiles at Yelana and then runs inot another dark part of the room followed by muse.*
