A/N: Thank you guys for all your GREAT reviews!! Special thanks to Bee!!! ^.~ This is my next Fake fic. It'll be a long running one, hopefully, and the lemon won't be for a long time. It's kinda dark, but I will add some of my special humor in it!! It's an AU fic so…Watch out `kay minna!? ^.~ v Oh yeah!! Some mild OOCness…But it an AU fic, so I trust you guys know this right?

Summary: Dee is an ancient vampire, while Ryo is a hunter. *Don't ask* Dee wants Ryo, Ryo is finding himself strangely attracted to the vampire he's supposed to kill. His superior, you guessed it, Berkley keeps trying to get at him. While Dee has to deal with JJ. It's angsty and comedic all at the same time!! So, let's start shall we minna?

Disclaimer: I do not own Fake!! I wish I did!!! Ryo would so be stuck in my mind, or really, my hentai closet thingy. It's over crowded as it is…I should look into getting a bigger one…Oh well. Here we go with Chapter 1!!!

Chapter One: Sunset

"Damn, it's freezing out here," Bikky said between chattering teeth. He stood next to his partner, who looked like he wasn't affected by the cold weather at all. "Yo, Ryo. Why are we out here again? I never thought Dee came to haunt these parts," Bikky muttered grumpily. Ryo sighed, he looked down at the blonde boy.

"Dee will be coming, it's almost sunset. Besides, our informant told us that Dee wants a challenge. What better challenge to provide than two hunters?" Ryo said calmly. Bikky sighed, his breath coming out as wisps of smoke. Bikky was envious of Ryo, he wasn't shaking from the cold. Suddenly, a freezing sensation went down his spine, which made Bikky snap to attention. "He comes."

"Argh!! That damn JJ, he has to follow me around like a sick puppy all the time! Jeez, I wish I could just stab a silver stake through his heart and be done with it," Dee growled to himself. He didn't realize he had gone down an abandoned alley until an alluring scent reached his nose.

`What scent is this? Whatever it is, it smells good. I've never smelled anything like it. Forests, spice, and all male,' Dee thought grinning. His fangs flashing in the sun's reddening light. He quickly made it to the source of the enticing scent. He saw a tall man, a bit shorter than himself though, standing there. The man's hair was a light brown, but the sun's setting light made it turn auburn. Dee couldn't see his eyes from this far off, but he could see the build of the smaller man. He let his eyes trail over the broad shoulders, slim waist, and long legs.

Ryo froze as he felt someone watching them. `Why is it that I am the only one who gets these feelings? Bikky never once ever felt this way,' Ryo thought. He turned towards the exit to the alley and sucked in a breath. Standing there against the setting sun was the one person they had come to kill. His jet black hair reflected the red light, his pale skin contrasting just right with his hair, his build was that of a predator. All taut muscle, but Ryo couldn't see his eyes. What he could see, was the grin on the man's face, and the fangs glistening in the sun. Bikky froze as he saw the man as well.

"It's him! It's Dee," Bikky growled. Dee's head snapped up upon hearing this, and Ryo could've smacked the boy. Dee felt a growl rising in his throat, how had that boy known who he was. Unless…Dee let the growl roll off of his tongue.

"Shit Bikky, duck," Ryo said as he shoved Bikky to the ground just in time to avoid Dee's razor sharp nails. Being turned into a vampire made Dee the ultimate predator, but the hunters had been trained to deal with that. Ryo stood up and faced Dee.

`So, they're hunters are they. Maybe I can have some fun with this one,' Dee thought. He grinned madly just thinking about it. He would just love to have some fun with the brown haired hunter.

"So, you are hunters. Interesting, I am wondering though…Why would Rose send you after me? He's left me alone for centuries," Dee said in a husky voice. Ryo felt a shiver go down his spine at hearing Dee's sultry voice, but it wasn't from fear. Which made Ryo wary, he didn't trust Dee.

"Yes, we are hunters. Rose sent us after you because you've recently been on a killing spree have you not?" Ryo said in a ruthless tone. Dee flinched a bit, but he didn't understand. He hadn't been on any killing spree, he didn't like the messes that followed. Dee glared at Ryo.

"I haven't been on any killing sprees. They leave too big of a mess for me to handle," Dee spat. Ryo didn't know why, but he believed Dee.

"Bikky, let's go. We miscalculated this time. We'll be back, have no doubts about that," Ryo said as he steeled his eyes against Dee. Dee's own eyes widened as a wicked smile graced his lips. He grabbed Ryo's arm to yank the smaller man against his lean build. Dee's lips crushed Ryo's, and his tongue did a thorough sweep before he let go of the hunter.

Ryo stumbled back, surprise evident in his face. Dee grinned cockily before he seemingly disappeared right as the sun went down. Bikky looked at his wide eyed partner, vowing to get revenge against Dee.

`You won't do that to my partner and get away with it you sick, vampire freak!' Bikky thought as he went over to Ryo.

`What the hell was that!? God! A man kissed me! And it was a vampire no less!! Damn it!' Ryo thought as his eyes went from shocked to furious. Bikky cautiously backed away, he knew his partner's temper really well. When Ryo got pissed, Ryo got pissed. He usually went to the gym to work it out, but there was no gym nearby, only Bikky. Bikky had absolutely no desire to get throttled by Ryo.

"Ryo? You okay man? We'll get that bastard the next time we see him. We'll just tell Rose that he sneak attacked us," Bikky said with a grin. Ryo sighed, they hated lying to their superior officer…But how was their superior going to understand that Ryo couldn't kill the vampire because he kissed him senseless!? Ryo shook his head to clear those thoughts out.

"Let's go Bikky. We're going to have a lot of explaining and sucking up to do," Ryo said sighing. Bikky nodded, he hated sucking up but they did lose their prey this time. Little did they know, but their `prey' was watching from the shadows.

`So, one little kiss did that to you eh hunter? Just wait and see what else I have in store for you,' Dee thought wickedly. Suddenly an annoying voice interrupted his pleasant fantasies.

"DEE!!" came the whiny voice. Dee whipped around to see the younger vampire standing there.

"Ah!! JJ!!! I thought I ditched you!" Dee cried as he started running.

"WAIT!! DEE!!! Please wait up!!!" JJ cried as he took off after his love.

A/N: I know it's short!! Don't kill me!! *cringes* It's sorta like the prologue so I can't do much with it…*sigh* The next few chapters will be good…I promise!! *bows* Ja ne!! ^.~ v
