"going to see them, i need to be with them" "the hell you are, BANPEI: ATTACK MODE 637" banpei changed into a fighting robot. at that moment, Peorth's father slipped out from belldandy's hold and ran towards him, but not before the Dahaka and the prince stood in front of him "what're you two doing?" the prince and the Dahaka stood tall and crossed their arms defiantly, the Dahaka saying "he has been with us the whole time. there is no way that he could've done what you claim he did" "yeah right, he probably made you say that" the prince punched him in the face, saying "wake up you stupid deity, can't you see that this is Joshua we're talking about, he's done more for us than anyone ever could and will when he fights Mikhail. i mean, sure he has the power and capabilities to do something that unspeakable, doesn't mean he wants to. even you Hild, you've got to admit that Josh would never do anything like that, never in a million years. you all should be ashamed of yourselves, accusing him when you don't know all the facts" there was a collective sigh, before Hild spoke up, saying "guess you're right, sorry Josh" he nodded and said "'salright" "so what do you want to do?" asked belldandy as she came over to him "i think it's best for them if i stay away from here for a couple of days. they stopped outside a bar, called the "honking horn". Josh drove around to the back alleyway and parked the car. as he turned the ignition off, he turned to the other two and said "you two stay here and keep the motor running. i won't be here long" they nodded and Josh filed out of the car, went to the back of the car and opened the boot. it opened up to reveal a cache of various guns, ammunition and a jacket. "daddy's home" he said as he grabbed the jacket and put it on, stuffing grenades in the pockets and spare magazines. when he finished that, he attached two sub machineguns and two pistols as well as a sawed-off shotgun. he loaded two shells into the shotgun and closed the jacket, letting it sway in the night breeze as he made his way to the bar.
it was dank, dingy and smelly, showing signs of age. for 12,000 years, it's been a demon hideout, where demons can go and either get rotten drunk or hide because they botched an assignment. at that moment, the door exploded inward as the doorman was thrown through it. three demons went for their guns but caught a bullet in each of their heads. the smoke cleared, revealing Josh standing in the doorway, a smoking berreta in each hand. he spun them on his fingers and said "i need some information" he holstered them and walked slowly into the bar "two hours ago, two goddesses were raped, one was a hybrid, she was the daughter of your queen, Hild. now i want to know who the fuck did it" demons started to try to run out of the club but were stopped because the Dahaka and Asaan were standing in the doorway. "do what the man says, or things can get a bit nasty" said the Dahaka as he held a m-16 urban assault recoilless rifle with laser targeting and a grenade launcher underneath while Asaan had a three barreled lever-action shotgun. one demon tryed to run out the back way, but Josh teleported instantly landed on the back of the demon, pinning an arm behind it's back "owww, what do you want?" "i want that information you piece of shit demon" Josh threatened menacingly, putting a berreta against the demons head "o, okkay, see mikey. i heard he was gloatin bout somethin, he might be the one you're looking for. don't kill me" "thanks for the information and by the way, next time dont run, unless you want this again" and with that he shot the demon in both kneecaps. he turned to leave and went out to the bar and said "Dahaka, Asaan get out of the way" as he grabbed his two submachine guns. they moved as he opened fire. he had a grim look on his face as demon after demon dissolved. when the magazines emptied, he dropped the guns and walked over to the bar. he grabbed a bottle and a glass, saying "thanks mate" as the prince and the Dahaka re-entered the bar. they walked up to him and Asaan asked "where to now?" Josh took a sip and said "we're going to pay a visit to a demon by the name of mikey, an old freind of mine"
at an apartment tenements, in apartment 1a, mikey was sitting back on his easy chair with a can of budweizer beer in his hand, watching the game when the door was sent flying, leaving Josh to stand in the doorway, saying "hey mikey, i heard you had some fun with some goddesses earlier tonight". mikey got up and started running towards the back door, but Josh threw a lead pipe at his legs, saying "hey mikey, where you going? you weren't thinking of leaving so soon, were you?". mikey started to crawl towards the door but stopped as he saw the Dahaka and Asaan walk slowly through the back door. Josh grabbed his broken leg and started pulling him back into the main room. Josh crouched down next to him as mikey said "i have lots of money, take what you want but please, let me be" Josh grew angry at this, saying "Urd and Peorth probably said that too, while you were raping them. no matter, we're going to take you for a ride" before he pistol-whipped mikey, knocking him out.
Josh threw some water onto mikey "hey buddy, wake up" mikey arose from his slumber to notice that his arms were being held by the prince and the Dahaka. he walked up to mikey and said "mikey, mate, i'm gonna make it real simple, tell me who raped them and you live. if not, i will tear the truth from your organs, after they're done with you" mikey turned to see that he was standing on a warf above a swarm of crocodiles "yyou're crazy" Josh came up real close and said "mate, i've already passed that point, lower him into the water. slowly" they moved him so that he was above the snapping jaws of the crocodiles and began lowering him slowly, until mikey said "okay, okay, i'll tell you. it was Mara" Josh sighed as mikey continued "under the orders of our new queen Mikhail, Mara reprogrammed the robot to let me in. she told me that she wanted those goddesses and you to suffer, so we went for it" Josh was pissed at that moment. Asaan turned to Josh and asked "Joshua, what is our plan?" Josh cut the rope and turned away as the screams of the demon could be heard as he said to himself "Mara" he climbed into the car, along with the others and drove back into town. tonight, as Josh had decided, was the night he would end Mara. the rain began to pour down in torrents as the citylights began to appear in the distance...
