Christmas on Monster Island

(Author's Notes: Thanks to all that reviewed! I really enjoyed the scenarios that you posted up. I see some liked to play in snow, while others love to dance! Just to remind you, the songs here are of the holiday season, so I hope you can stand it.

Darien: Since it is the Christmas season, we hope all of you are into the spirit! 'Cause now, its going to get hot here! We hope you like it.

Chapter 6

The song slowly came to a close, and when it did, everyone clapped loudly. Lady Devimon gave her partner a kiss on the cheek, which made the protector of multiple dimensions/universes blush big time. He grabbed the microphone again and went to the tree again.

"Well, its safe to say that most of you in here are into the spirit of things, eh?", he asked playfully. His response was a standing ovation of cheers and claps.

"Now, since it is the holiday season, let us relax from hustle-n-bustle… and get into a more traditional way of Christmas.", he stated.

With a wave of his hand, the room seemed to wave and ripple like water. The room then changed from a warm, cozy indoor room into a crisp, cold one. He had teleported all of them outside! To their amazement, they were also bundled up nice and warm in coats.

"Let's not forget these beauties.", DJ stated as he motioned to his left. When they looked in his direction, they all saw horse in elaborate open carriages! The horses were either pure white or black, but they seemed very well taken care of. The driver was bundled up tight, so his face was unidentifiable. DJ laughed as he escorted Lady Devimon to one of the carriages.

"We are on the other side of the island, so you don't have to worry about snowball fights here.", he said cheerfully as he and Lady Devimon sat down.

As the couples went to sit in one of the carriages, DJ snapped his fingers. Suddenly, the song Sleigh Ride came on. It was a light, springy melody that seemed to fit the weather. When everyone was ready, DJ signaled the driver and they were off!

They scattered in all directions, entering the Winter Wonderland. Yugi and Téa were snuggled up together, keeping each other warm and also rekindling romantic moods. Darien and his date Kasumi also stayed together, the flames of romance now flickering brightly.

Erika, Meria, and Jacquelyn were huddled around a very nervous ex-pharaoh. Yami was wondering if he should consider being around 3 girls a good thing or not. Well, he did try his best to please the three lovely ladies.

~On the other side of the island~

Things were kicking up big time for the snowball war. So far, it seemed each side was at a stalemate. However, Medlia took care of that. The girl team hatched a plan, calling for some drastic measure. Morrigan slowly came up to the front lines, where the boys were trying to penetrate their snow fortress.

She gave them a lustful gaze, and the boys just dropped their snowballs from that. Heck, some even melted in their own palms fast. Morrigan then did a little dance/show for them, which caused the snow underneath the onlookers to melt. They fell straight through into the ground.

"Now!!", Morrigan shouted out.

The boys, who were under her spell, shook out of their stupor quickly. They got up from their holes to see that the enemy was now over them. They had snowballs at the ready, and also their fortress captured. One of them mumbled, "Cheaters.".

Morrigan swayed her hips and retorted, "Not my fault that you boys go ga-ga over a body like this.". She let her hands wander over her curves to make her point.

~On the slopes~

A race between a skier and a snowboarder was taking place. The skier was Samuel L. Jackson, and the snowboarder was Hiei. Both were testing their limits to the max, an audience cheering them on.

"Look out, boy! This old man is taking home the gold!", Jackson exclaimed as he whipped through the snow with incredible speed.

Hiei did a jump, 360º spin, and landed just in front of the star. He snorted and retorted, "Don't count this young one out, old timer!".

As they continued to go down Mt. Rodan, they dodged trees, boulders, steep falls, and also various other obstacles. So far, it seemed that the two were evenly matched.

Stephanie exclaimed, "Wow!! Those guys are so cool!".

After them, some other competitors would try their luck. And those who did… may their bones be mostly unbroken.

~At the theater~

A strange rumbling was occurring throughout the Theater Area. To anyone else, it would have been a cause of alarm. However, to DJ's copies, it was cool. The rumbling was actually… the sound of millions of laughs.

It seemed the movie everyone was watching was causing all sorts of laughter fits. People were either rolling their seats, or on the floor, laughing their heads off.

"Man, this is too much! Hahahaha!!", Su exclaimed as she happily giggled at the antics of Clark Griswold. The family fan was just trying to get to the outside window of his attic… and kept on hitting some of the floorboards that kept on smacking him in the face.

~Back outside~

DJ and the others were having a ball riding in the snow, some stopping to walk on foot into the woods. Otaru and his three girlfriends (Lime, Cherry, Bloodberry) took a little stroll through the snow. However, each tried to go with their beau on their own. So, one could imagine the antics that came from that.

As they rode or walked, DJ changed tunes frequently. Now, the song that was playing was Winter Wonderland and it seemed to fit the situation perfectly.

'Say, after this, who want to warm up inside with some hot chocolate and some good food?', he called out telepathically.

His response was a OK, so they continued on to just taking their sweet time in the soft snow. Couples started to throw some snowballs for fun, but weren't too rambunctious.

DJ smiled, holding his date close. He whispered to himself, "This is going to be one of the best Christmas party ever thrown.". Little did anyone know… he had a big surprise awaiting for all. But, it would have to wait until Christmas Eve.
