IT WILL BE UP SOON I PROMISE!
Umm…how about this, if you guys want to see some kind of specific torture to Kurama, let me know, give me suggestions and when it's Avi's turn, you'll see the one's I really liked. AND if I get enough suggestions, I'll ask for a vote for like the top 3 or something like that.
I'm sorry but Tzuki's chapter is her own and so is Ria's so no suggestions for them.
Okay…I'm gonna give my reviewers their props and then, it's gonna be short but hey, at least its an update right? Besides…it comes into play later on in the story, first person to guess correctly gets an Agiel (thing Ria is using to Torture Hiei.) Okay… so to my reviewers in order of when they reviewed! Chapter 9: Family Matters

As the door slid open to reveal an unconscious Kurama to a very determined and pissed off Zuzuko, Avi had disappeared to the control room to watch the fun. Nearly immediately after sitting down in one of the plush chairs, a crystal ball fell from nowhere and landed on top of her head, hard. Avi growled to herself and plucked the thing out of her hair with an arduous roll of her eyes, looking into the completely clear ball to see the bored face of the Goblin King.
“Good,” She looked at the clock. “Evening Jareth. To what do I owe the displeasure of this call?” She asked, glaring at rubbing the top of her head where a bump was already beginning to form.
“Oh just playing messenger Avaria. I've got some people here just dying to speak with you. We'll chat later.” He drawled out his response and soon, the image of the king in his throne room was replaced by the enlarged image of her husband Trinion, sitting in their Lothlorien Talon, also known as their tree house. His starburst green eyes looked out at her with such happiness at being able to see her after so long and his lips formed a familiar smile. His dirty blond hair was out of its usually half up half down and fell about his head in long strands, framing his pale, regal face beautifully. Trinion was an elf, and he one of two reasons she had elvish blood within her veins along with demon. The other was a mass of transfusions she'd received, considering she was in a good deal of battles back in Middle Earth.
“Trinion!” She squealed, smiling brightly at the image.
“Avi! Oh Mellethnin I've missed you so much!” He replied to her with a smile just as bright.
Suddenly both Trinion and Avi heard the shouts of a child. A little girl had quickly found her way into Trinion's lap to look into the large crystal ball with her big beautiful eyes. Her eyes were a golden edged deep green, but had slanted pupils like a cat. She had beautiful auburn hair that fell in long waves down her back, but at the moment it was in two long braids that hung down to about her waist. She wore a shimmering dress of a light blue, silk looking fabric with belled sleeves and silver embroidering along the top hem.
Mom's hair.
Dad's eyes.
Her name was Celebriel, named after the people Avi considered her own grandparents.
“Mommy!” The little girl squealed at the sight of her mother, staring at from the other crystal. “Mommy I miss you! When are you coming home??”
“Oh, baby. I miss you too. You and daddy both. I'm afraid I don't know when I'll be home but it will be soon, I promise!” Avi replied to her daughter, an elfling the equivalent of a human 5 year old.
This little girl was Avi and Trinion's pride and joy, their daughter. What they had told Celebriel, was that mommy was going far away to visit some old friends and take care of some loose ends. Celebriel didn't understand why exactly she and her daddy couldn't go with mommy but her only protest had been a small tantrum the day Avi had left for Makai. Avi would never tell Celebriel what she was really there for, she vowed never to expose the child to this sort of thing, but seeing her now…having to see her little girl from so far away, and knowing what Avi as in the midst of at that very moment.
It was killing Avi inside.
Revenge. Torture. Lost innocence. Pain, blood, death. Avi had no intention whatsoever to expose her little girl to such awful and horrible things. Avi had no intention of letting her past interfere with her life in Lorien. Unfortunately, the powers that be had other plans.
“Mommy?”
“What my little elin?”
“Can I stay up late?” It was such an innocent question that Avi couldn't help but giggle and Trin had a face that was just priceless.
“Only if Daddy says it's okay.”
“Can I daddy?” the little girl turned to look at her father.
“Um…” Trin looked a little clueless as he thought about his answer. “No little elin, you need your rest and it's already past your bed time. Say goodnight to mommy, then it's off to bed. I'll be there in a few moments to tell you a story.” He finally decided.
“All right,” The small child pouted and turned back to her mother's image in the crystal. “Goodnight Mommy! I love you!” She waved spastically and then hopped off her fathers lap, running into her room to get ready for bed.
“Avi, you didn't have to go. Tzuki told you to let it go several times back when you were on Earth.”
“It was just one of those things Trin. I felt I had to do it, I just wish I could have picked a better time. I feel so horrible about having to leave you and Celebriel…but it's far too dangerous for her here, and I don't feel right about leaving her with anyone else but you.”
“I suppose the real question is, is it worth it? But that's up to you to decide. I do hope you'll come home soon.”
“So do I. I miss you all so terribly. Now then, go and tuck our baby girl in and make sure you give her a kiss for me. I love you Trinion.”
“I shall. Love eternal Mellethnin.”
“Love eternal.”
With that, the images in both extra large crystals faded and Avi sat back, watching Zuzuko through the monitors. But now she was truly wondering….
Would this all be worth it in the end?
What if something went wrong? What if she never got to see her husband and daughter again?
Is this really worth it? And even more fleeting…
Is this even necessary anymore?

Please review me. I know it was short but that's about all I can really give you people at this point and honestly, I wasn't planning this one until at least two more chapters in. By the way…the term foreshadowing applied to this chapter. Think about it. Thank you all who have stayed with me this long…I'm so very sorry that it's taking so long!
