Chapter Title: The New Kid

AU. Duh they're in High School. Bit is a neko in this one too. The Liger finds Bit in the desert. This is written for Naomi Hunter. ^_~ thoughts in ' ' and zoids talking / / It might turn out to be a lemon. ^_^ Neko bit ish so cute!

"Class today we have an announcement." Sensei said. The whole class groaned. 'Great wonder what it is some new 'fun pages' gah annoying asshole teachers and 'fun pages' which aren't fun at all.' Brad thought dryly. "No it's not homework..we have a new student." Sensei finished. Brad looks up from the hole he had been staring into the desk, 'A new kid bet it's some crazy ass girl like last time. Or someone who should fall off a cliff and fall to his/her untimely death.' "His name is Bit Cloud." Sensei finished. A boy with wild spiky sun blonde hair and rare aquamarine eyes walked in wearing a blue tank top and baggy blue jeans. Brad's mouth practically hits his lap, 'He is beautiful.' Leena turns around to Brad and whispers to him "He is a looker isn't he? Cute butt too." Brad blushes slightly but then growls, "Leena shut it."

"What's your problem?" Leena asks slightly annoyed. "You." Brad grits out trying his best not to strangle her right then and there. "Your just jealous of me and Naomi-kun." Leena taunts. "Shut-the-fuck-up. You ass." Brad says angrily. Sensei unfortunately heard the latter part, "Brad Hunter what did you say?" Brad was at a lose for words, but then Bit Cloud spoke up. "I think he said he was..." Brad bit his lip he had no idea what to expect from 'the new kid'. "Fishing for bass." Bit finished. Sensei's expression softened. "That's what I thought he said if he didn't he would be out of here."

"He seems like a nice guy Brad he wouldn't of done that if he wasn't ya know?" Jamie says. "Yeah I guess so..." Brad said. "Bit you may pick any seat you want to." Sensei said. 'Probably isn't gay...I better quit while I'm ahead...probably gonna go sit by a girl.' But much to Brad's surprise Bit picked the seat right next to Brad. "Hi I'm Bit Cloud." Bit said turning to face Brad. "Hi I'm Brad Hunter." Brad manages to be calm and collected. "Well nice ta meet ya Brad." Bit says as he smiles. 'He is gorgeous...and his eyes are the color blue you could drown in and his cinnamon colored hair....I wonder what it feels like...oh...I'm acting like a lovesick girl.' Bit thought as he turned around and began to listen to Sensei talk about kanji.......

'Lunch time yes! Time to eat...boy am I starved...' Bit happily thought as he pulled out his lunch and sat at the only unoccupied table which was all the way in the back. That was just fine with Bit. He like being alone...okay so maybe if Brad was there it would be better. 'Gotta stop thinking about..him' Bit thought but that was going to be impossible..the beautiful brunette kept invading his every thought.

Over on the other side of the cafeteria was Leena pestering Brad...again. "Why don't you go over there Brad?" Leena questioned. "You should go over there you two would make a cute couple." Elyse says. "Because." Brad answered simply. Leena gives Brad a forceful shove towards the direction of Bit. "Go." Leena said. Brad approaches the table and asks... "Hey mind if I have a seat Bit?" Bit smiles, "Nope..go ahead." Bit says with a smile.

Suddenly Harry Champ walks in.... "Brad who the hell is that?" Bit asks pointing at Harry. "That's Harry Champ..." Brad sighs. "Man..he really is ugly...where the fuck did he get those clothes..ah the colors!" Bit remarks to Brad...who starts laughing along with Brad. Harry storms up to the table the whole cafeteria goes quiet. "What ARE you laughing at!?" "Ah the colors! They're eye-blinding gez someone please shut the lights off!" Bit said. The whole cafeteria then bursts into laughter. "YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT BECAUSE...I'M..." Bit interrupts Harry. "A fruit?" This enraged Harry even more. "NO I'M HARRY CHAMP A MAN DESTINED TO BE KING!" "More like destined to be a fruit." Bit and Brad begin laughing again.

After two more classes it is time to head home. Brad walks out joining Leena and Naomi, and Jamie, Leon. After walking for a bit Leon, Jamie, Leena, and Naomi have already reached their house seeing as how they all live together. Which leaves Brad to walk home alone..for now. Brad spots Bit just ahead of him and quickens his pace to meet up with him. Bit notices Brad... "Hey Brad." "Hey I didn't know you lived this way.." Brad said. "Yeah I moved here a few days ago...I live at the blue house." Bit said not realizing that someone was eavesdropping on his and Brad's conversation. "Hey I live about 4 houses down from there." "You mean the dark blue one?" Bit asks. "Yep..that's the one." 'Well we know where you live now Bit Cloud...you can't escape from us.' the mysterious figure thought.

'Time sure does fly when you're with a sexy bishonen.' Bit thought. "Bye Bit. See ya whenever I see ya." Brad says. "Ja see ya." Bit says as he walked to his house. He fishes out the key and unlocks the door. And walks into his small house his parents died when he was seven so he has always been alone.

Bit finished up his homework. He then walked into the garage which really went into a underground hangar..like many of the other houses in the city and went to talk to one of the only friends he thought he had. "Hiya Liger how's it going?" /Great. Except for my right leg.../ "Oh..lemme fix that buddy." Bit said as he grabbed the tool box off the shelf. After an hour or so of tinkering he finnally had the Liger Zero fully operational. /Thanks Bit./

The Liger Zero could sense something was wrong with Bit. /Bit what's wrong?/ "Oh nothing..nothing's wrong with me..." Bit said as he had his back turned to Liger. /Bit is it about Backdraft?/ Liger asks. Bit shudders at the mention of that name. /Bit we're safe here./ Liger says. "I hope for yours and Brads' sakes your right." Bit said sadly. /Hmm..Brad...so have you fallen in love Bit?/ Bit slaps his gloved hand over his mouth as a deep blush covered his face. /Yep..in love huh...I know you too well Bit./ Bit quickly turns around, "You cannot tell anyone about this okay?" /Bit no one can understand me but you./ Liger said. "Oh..yeah I forgot." Bit said as he put his hand behind his hand and laughed.

/Bit you better get to bed..it's late./ Liger said. "How late?" Bit asks trying to stiffle a yawn. /11:00./ Liger states. "11:00! I have to get some sleep oyasumi Liger." Bit said. /Night Bit./ Liger said as he too needed to sleep. Bit grabs his blue silk shirt and throws it on the bed. He slips out of blue tank top and slips into the silk top. He then takes his pants off and throws them on the chair. He then throws his gloves onto the nightstand and then curls under the silky blue sheets and a light blue comforter which covered the soft blue futon. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Carmi: He said he was fishing for Mexican bass.
