A Love That was Always There

Ch. 9

The fight started between Link and Gannondorf. Link kept swinging the Master Sword at Gannondorf but Gannondorf was really strong. Link hit him again with the sword and Gannondorf was finally down. He hurried up and ran to Rauru and Zelda. While he was untying them, Zelda told him "Link thank you for saving us. I knew you could do it." Link and Zelda hugged each other. They then heard a noise. "Hey what was that?" Rauru said. Link knew it was something bad. They then saw Gannondorf moving. "Stand back okay" Link told them. Link went toward Gannondorf. This time Gannondorf was bigger and stronger. Link kept fighting him but he was too strong. Gannondorf picked Link up and threw him on the ground.

Link was hurt bad. "HAHAHAHA I told you that you couldn't kill me." Gannondorf said laughing. Link was on the ground. It felt like his whole body was broken and crumbled up. "Rauru, we have to help him" Zelda said crying. Link couldn't let down all the people. He couldn't loose to Gannondorf. He couldn't let down Zelda. He was thinking of the small time they had spent together and he wanted it to last forever. He couldn't die. He promised her that he would live and he always kept his promises.

With the energy he had left, he got up. "Well Gannondorf, you're wrong, I can beat you!" he said as he was running toward Gannondorf. He took his Master Sword and hit Gannondorf with all the energy he had. This time, it got Gannondorf. With that hit, Gannondorf was going down. Zelda took her magic and with her Locket, she opened it and put Gannondorf in the portal. Link fell down. Zelda and Rauru ran up to Link to see if he was alright.
