Fan Fiction ❯ A Visitor from the Past ❯ Raven's Interogation ( Chapter 2 )

[ T - Teen: Not suitable for readers under 13 ]

Disclaimer: I still do not own Teen Titans.
Author's notes: Sorry but this chapter is much shorter than the last but soon I will have episode two up and running. Now on with the show.

As the image faded away, Raven was standing stock still staring straight forward with her expressionless face as though willing herself not to cry. The other Titans were looking in any direction except toward Raven.

Robin: I think that is enough we'll leave you two alone to talk and see of we can find you a room.

Artirion: Thank you.

Once the Titans are safely out of the room, Raven speaks in a dangerously low version of her usual monotone.

Raven: How long?

Artirion: About five days, when I first woke up, I saw you and your friends in a park and panicked. If you saw me you would have no doubt reacted the way you did on the roof. Calling me a ghost or demon, so, though it took all my restraint, I waited. I figured if you were in a surrounding that was familiar to you and with your friends all around you, you might ask questions before attacking, trusting your friends to protect you if I attacked.

Raven: Why did you not seek me out personally?

Artirion: For mostly the same reason, you would have thought me a demon and in a fit of despair and hate at me for using the body of your beloved, attacked and destroyed me.

At this point Raven turns and he sees her amethyst, orb like eyes misting

Raven: Oh Artirion, I've missed you.

She runs forward and buries her face in his chest crying her heart out. Being about a head and a half taller than her is more than happy to hold and comfort her. Unknown to them the other Titans are watching from the security room.

Starfire: I never knew that Raven felt such pain over this loss

Cyborg: I never knew this even happened to her.

BB: I never knew she ever had a boyfriend, much less a serious boyfriend.

Robin: It seems there is a lot about Raven none of us know. Cyborg, can you think of a room you think we can put him in?

Starfire: Why do we not let him sleep in Raven's room? She has that huge bed and has never had anyone to share it with.

BB eyes Starfire very suspiciously.

BB: How would you know?

Starfire: Because Raven told me so, she came to me one day to ask if I wanted to go with her to her favorite café and after drinking one of the traditional Tamarainian drinks I had pre-paired just unloaded her problems on me. A burden I was more than happy to accept.

BB: I see. What was the drink?

Starfire: We call it Zoran, earth people have something like it; I think it is called Vodka.

BB looked shocked at the realization that even on Tamoran they have alcohol.

BB: You gave Raven Vodka?!?!

Starfire: No, this drink is much stronger, that's why she only needed one to make her loopy, two to make her spill her feelings, and three to make her physically ill.

Robin: Alright, if Raven wants he can stay with her, but just in case why don't we hold the room on the eighteenth floor open to him.

Cyborg: Should I install the deluxe security package?

Robin: No, I don't think so. Raven trusts him and I think we can trust her judgment.

BB: And tomorrow we get to see just how powerful he really is.

Author's notes
This is my first fic, I WANT REVIEWS!!! You want me to make you a better story then tell me what's wrong with my writing. I'm not sure what Flames are but, I'll accept them, no review will be turned away. Oh, and as an after thought I kinda know this sounds like a bad soap opera, but I'm an amateur cut me some slack.

Next Episode- In the Demon's Company, or Slice and Dice?
