Joey then got onto the horse and Jess got on in front of him. Joey then had the horse start running towards town. They then arrived in town they both got off the horse. As soon as Joey got off he grabbed Jess and held her in his arms and carried her into the inn. As soon as he entered the men looked suspiciously at Joey who was carrying someone with a cloak covering their entire body.

"Who is that your carrying?" A man asked Joey.

"She is a fair wench who I am taking up to my room." Joey said with a smirk. The men let Joey go on his way upstairs. Joey then went into the room he stays at and noticed that Messa wasn't there he then dropped Jess on the bed. She quickly took off his cloak.

"What kind of woman do you think I am? Do you think I will sleep with you just because you saved me two times!" Jess snapped at Joey as she sat up on the bed.

"Yes that was it that's what I've been attempting to do with you this whole time." Joey laughed as he looked around the room to see if Messa was hiding.

"Oh I'm sorry!" Jess said while feeling embarrassed for jumping to conclusions so fast.

"Dammit I can't find her here!" Joey said as he got up from the floor.

"What are you talking about? You have a lover?" Jess asked with an upset look on her face.

"No. The girl who I'm looking for is a little girl! I told her to stay here." Joey said as he became frustrated.

"Ok. Is she your sister or daughter?" Jess wondered as she looked at him.

"No she's an orphan I just take care of her." Joey explained. Just then Messa walked into the door.

"Joey your back!!" Messa ran over and hugged Joey.

"I thought I told you to stay here." Joey said as he looked down at the tiny girl.

"I'm sorry I was worried about you so I looked around for you don't worry I didn't go far. I'm so you're your back and alright!" Messa said as she continued to hug Joey. Joey then picked Messa up.

"This is Jess, Messa. Messa this is Jess." Joey introduced them both.

"I'm glad you saved her like you said you would. He almost didn't save you I think he thought you were nothing but trouble or something but I begged him!" Messa said with a smile. Joey then had a why the heck did you have to say that face on. He then put Messa down on the floor in front of him.

"Oh he did. Humph. I can't believe I was stupid enough to believe everything that came out of your mouth." Jess glared at Joey as she gritted her teeth.

"It's not like that I.. I.." Joey said trying to clear everything up with her.

"Joeys so cute!!" Messa hugged Joey again. Jess had a huge sweat drop on the side of her head.

"Uh ok…" Jess said while being confused.

"Messa can you let go of my legs now please?" Joey had a sweat drop going down his face as he asked her.

"Oh ok! Can we go to another town now? I stole a lot of money today!" Messa told Joey.

"What? Oh so your living off of money that she steals from people? You jerk using a little girl to make money!" Jess went back to glaring at Joey as she spoke.

"It's not like that! She was stealing before I met her. That's how she survives. I get money from monsters I kill." Joey explained.

"Oh no my brother and sister I need to go check on them!!!" Jess exclaimed. Jess then ran out of the room Messa followed Jess and Joey followed Messa. Jess then ran into the room she was staying at with Go-chan and Zak and found them both in the room.

"Yay your back!!" Zak said as he ran over to Jess and hugged her. He then stopped as he saw Messa and Joey.

"Who are they?" Zak asked.

"They are some friends I met." Jess said as she walked over to the bed where Go-chan was sleeping.

"Hmm… Just know I don't trust people as easily as my sister so I'll be watching you both!!" Zak looked at the two and watched them carefully. Messa blushed as she saw Zak.

"How long has she been like this?!?!?" Jess asked Zak.

"For an hour I think she's sick because she threw up on the way up here." Zak answered as he looked at his passed out sister.

"Ok so she's just sick from drinking that's good. I think we need to get out of here tonight before some one see's me." Jess explained as she looked at Zak.

"That probably would be best. Do you want me to carry your sister? We can use my horse to carry her." Joey offered as he looked at Jess.

"Ok but don't try anything on her!" Jess glared at Joey as she spoke.

"What? I'm not some pervert!" Joey growled at Jess.

"Yeah Joey just likes to be really nice to the waitress ladies that dance!" Messa said, trying to defend Joey.

"What?!?" Jess looked shocked as she heard what Messa said.

"THAT'S NOT TRUE!!" Joey screamed as he got on his knee's.

"Sure…." Jess said with a what ever look on her face. Joey then took Messa to the side and whispered into her ear.

"Messa please don't tell anyone anything about me because you twist everything. And you make it seem worst then it is." Joey whispered to Messa.

"Ok Joey!" Messa said and then hugged Joey, he then sighed.

"Just hurry up and get my sister so we can get out of here!" Jess said to Joey. He then picked up Go-chan and went out with Messa and Zak who was keeping an eye on the two. While Jess packed up all their stuff and put on her cloak to hide her face and body. She then walked down and met them all outside the inn. Go-chan was laid across the horse by herself with Joey guiding the horse on the ground. Messa, Jess, Zak followed Joey. Go-chan then started to wake up she looked in front of her and saw Joey.

"Hi hot guy!" Go-chan said with a goofy smile. Joey then looked at her with a confused look on his face.

"Either your sister is still drunk or she's very out spoken." Joey said with a smile as he looked back at Jess and Zak. Jess and Zak then ran next to Go-chan.

"Are you ok Sis?" Jess asked as she looked at her sister with concern.

"Hi! My tummy aches." Go-chan said as she closed her eye's.

"Joey get her off the horse I think it's hurting her!" Jess told Joey. He then picked her up and put her down on the ground. Jess went next to her sister on the ground.

"I think he likes me!" Go-chan said as she winked as she told Jess.

"My goodness how much did she drink!!!" Jess exclaimed as she looked at Go-chan.

"Here's some water maybe it will help her." Joey handed Jess the water.

"Thanks. I sure hope it helps she usually not like this." Jess said while feeling concern for her sister. Jess then gave Go-chan the water she then drank it all.

"She must be really thirsty!" Messa said as she looked in awe at the drunken elf.

"How old are you? How old is Joey?" Zak wondered as he looked at Messa.

"I'm 6!! He's 18! How old are you?" Messa answered happily.

"I'm 7 and I'm an elf p…." Zak said but then was cut off by Jess putting her hand over his mouth. She then grabbed him and pulled him to the side to talk to him.

"We can't let them know we're royalty if they did know they mite turn us in for money or something." Jess whispered to Zak, he then nodded in reply to his sister. Jess then let go of him and went back over to Go-chan. Zak then went over to Messa again. Who was looking suspiciously at the two elves now.

"I was saying I'm an elf person!" Zak continued where he left off.

"Ok…" Messa said while looking at him oddly.

"I think we should stay and camp here over night." Joey explained as it got later at night. They all then camped there for the night and went to sleep.

Next Morning:

Go-chan slowly awoke she looked around her and didn't remember how she got there or who Joey and Messa were. She then quietly crawled over to Jess and woke her up.

"Who are we with? Why are we here? How did I get here?" Go-chan asked Jess, she woke up Jess rubbed her eye's and then looked at Go-chan and hugged her.

"I'm so happy your back you were really drunk! They are Messa and Joey. We came here to get away from the other town I'm not going to tell you anything about that mess because it's way too long! Joey put you on his horse because you were passed out from drinking too much!" Jess exclaimed happily.

"Oh I wondered who they were! I think Joey likes me!" Go-chan whispered to her sister. Jess had an upset look on her face.

"Huh? Are you sure?" Jess replied and questioned.

"Well I think so because he was starring at me at the bar!" Go-chan answered Jess.

"Oh well don't be so flattered I heard he's some kind of womanizer. At least from what Messa told me. And also how he acted when I first really met him after he saved me." Jess said as she folded her arms and sounded upset but blushed when she thought about how he acted at first.

"I think you like him!" Go-chan giggled at her sister.

"I do not!!!!" Jess yelled as her face turned red. Everyone then quickly sat up and looked around wondering what was going on. Jess then covered her mouth after realizing that she woke everyone up from yelling.

"Very smooth Sis." Go-chan giggled.

"I'm sorry everyone. I didn't mean to!" Jess said with her hand behind her head while smiling. Zak walked over to Go-chan and Messa ran past Zak over to Go-chan and bent down and looked at her.

"Are you ok now?" Messa asked curiously.

"Yeah thank you for asking!" Go-chan said with a smile.

"Yay!!" Messa squealed happily.

"That's good you were acting really weird Sis. You also told Joey that he's hot." Zak laughed as he spoke. Go-chan then was horrified by what she did while being drunk.

"That's so embarrassing!" Go-chan said as she put her hands on her face.

"Ohyeah we need to get ready to go to the next town. Sis please don't get drunk anymore." Jess said with a smile and sweat drop going down her face. Go-chan nodded and then got her stuff together while everyone else got their stuff together. Joey then walked over to Go-chan.

"Hi I'm Joey." Joey introduced himself to Go-chan.

"Hi Joey, I'm Go-chan as you may already know but it's nice to meet you." Go-chan said as she smiled.

"Joey what are you doing talking to my sister?" Jess said as she looked at him.

"Nothing. Why are you always accusing me of something?" Joey argued at her.

"Maybe because you're a womanizer!" Jess said as she crossed her arms and looked the other way.

"The waitress was just a waitress she wanted to be a dancer and not that kind of dancer! That's why Messa said that she danced it's not that she was a stripper! Please believe me!!!" Joey said as he grabbed Jess' wrist and had her look at him and tried to defend himself.

"Fine but if I ever catch you doing something like that. I'm going to act even worse to you!" Jess said to Joey, he then let go of her wrist.

"Thank you. I was also wondering why you and your siblings are traveling around?" Joey curiously asked.

"We were from a strict family and we wanted to go and see the world. That's all." Jess said trying not to go into too much detail.

"Oh ok. Hey Messa what are you doing?" Joey said as he saw Messa on his horse with Zak.

"What Joey? Me and Zak are going to ride on the horsy to the next town. Can we pretty please?" Messa begged.

"Oh ok Messa just becareful." Joey said as he smiled at the little girl.

"I guess we should get going now then!" Jess said happily as she picked up her bags. Go-chan then went next to her sis and they all left for the next town.

Later that day:

They continued to walk through the forest though the forest seemed to be getting darker. Suddenly Jess, Go-chan stopped in their tracks Joey also stopped after seeing them stop and stopped the horse also with Zak and Messa still on it.

"What's wrong?" Joey asked as he looked at them and noticed they had serious looks on their faces.

"Something is following us…" Go-chan said quietly to Joey, He then got out his sword. Go-chan also got out her sword and Jess got out her bow.

"Messa if anything happens I want you to go ahead of us to the town ok?" Joey said to Messa, she quickly nodded.

"What ever it is it sounds big so be ready…" Jess said as she got her arrow ready to shoot.
