Angelic Devil: Story of the Child

A young woman sat under a tarven she was shaking in the falling snow which had left a soft layer of fresh snow apon her body and baby could be heard crying.

Kratos looked up seeing the woman then gave a soft sigh as he looked over her body he saw she had not eatten in a few days and was still feed the small child. He slowly approached the girl them smiles some "Ma'ma...you need to get outa the snow...its not good for you...and I'm sure your child will freeze soon..." He gently pulled off his jacket putting it around the woman "...PLease...If you have no money I will help you pay..." He gave a soft caring smile.

The woman looked up at him she had deep green eyes almost hyponitysing. "...I...wouldn't...be able to re...pay you...sir...." When she looked up a bady could be seen all he had on was a diaper he still had his cord telling Kratos that the baby was a newborn.

Kratos looked at the girl again she looked young much to young to have a child in his eyes. "Its ok lets get you and your child outa of this weather...ok?" He gently helped her stand up. Her skin was freezeing to the touch he knew that if he had not come along this woman would have been dead in hours and the child in minutes. He walked into the tervan the woman wrapped in his jacket that was much to large for her "One room please...two beds" He looked around the place the person he had come here for was not here yet...good.

*Yu.....ki......he......lp.....*

IT WAS ASYEL! Yuki closed her eyes *Asyel......its ok.....I'll do what I can to find you...hol...* Yuki had passed out.

Kratos saw she was falling and was barely able to catch the young woman and the child in his arms. He picked her up gently then walked to the room. He laid the woman on the bed then gently took the child from her arms laying him in the crib that had been in the room. He looked at the woman with a soft smile she was laying in the bed the covers over her he was laying beside her but he was worried it would not be enough. He had started to fire and was laying there the woman was in his arms. *What was she doing all alone...With a child this young....*

Asyel stood there she was hurt badly blood was all around her most of it was black meaning it wasnt hers....It was Yuki's...... "No....she....she must have...have gone into...labor...." She looked around for any sign of the mother or child. She pushed platuim white hair outa her face then her crystal blue eyes looked around there was no pupial in her eyes. She looked around worried Yuki had never been a mother before... she knew this was bad....very bad....Her eyes drifterd across the scene of the battle the once tree filled area there wasnt a tree standing. She walked over to a body then rolled over a girl her short black hair was covering her smokey gray eyes.

"They......." She held up a squicky toy that was broken "They...killed....it..." She growled under her breath "....Wheres....Yuki...." She looked around the landscape the blck blood stood out to her "Did she go into labor?!?!" She tried to stand up but Asyel had to help her stand. "...Shit!....She's a new mom she dosent know what to do...and in this weather...we gotta find her!" She closed her eyes almost passing out.

"Zelos!" Asyel looked at the man starting to get up he pushed the hair outa his face "You ok?" SHe looked at him as he gently picked up sen adn laid her on a blanket then started to make a fire in silence. "Zel..."

Zelos looked up at her rage in his eyes "We have to find them...." He closed his eyes sitting by teh fire then looked at Sen running his hand through her short black hair.

Kratos had fallen to sleep by the woman when he awoke she was still there curling into his arms closly gently clenching her hand on his jacket gently that was still around her. *Shes...so young....but why....dose she remind me...so much..... of some one else....* He shook his head gently and when he went to get up she getnly grabbed his arms... He just noticed she was awake "How are you feeling Ma'am?" He looked over her... He did'nt know why he had a soft spot for this girl.....

Her green eyes had pain in them and fear at the same time they where filled with fire and hope "....Vahn....where's Vahn?" She looked around the room seeing the crib then she walked over picking the baby up.

Kratos looked over at the girl tehn sat up gently "I kept him in the bed with us till he was warm then i laid him there...I gave him half a bottle when he was crying...I know hes young but...you where out and well..." He just looked at the girl "...Lloyd?" He shook his head a bit "....I'll get some food" He got up adn walked off quietly.

Asyel sat there she would heal Zelos and Sen but she didn't have the mana at the moment. She looked at the fire then moved a bit closer she was cold and she didnt have a jacket on.

Sen moved a bit as she laid there Zelos had soon fallen to sleep by her side. "Asyel...Have you gotten a hold of Yuki yet?" She looked at Asyel worried.

Asyel just shook her head no.

"So what is you name Ma'am?....I am Kratos Aurion" He looked at ehr he was sitting on the large window seal looking out at teh blizzard "Well I guess my client wont be coming any time soon..." He looked over as she child started to fuss lightly "So he's Vahn? Wheres his father?"

Yuki looked up at Kratos "I'm Yuki Sasaki" She gently picked up Vahn "Shhh...I don't know what you want..." Kratos could easly tell that this woman was a first time mother. She gently bounced the baby trying to calm him. ".....Shhhh please..."

"Yuki.....he's hungry you need to feed him..." He looked over her body once more she had scars on her legs, arms and her neck aswell he wandered what had happened to her.

Yuki looked at him then to teh child then getnly sat on the bed "...." Sh elooked at the baby still so she didn't have to look at Kratos she heard him close the surtians then walk outa the room. She gave a soft smile then started ot feed Vahn.

A man stood over a large culdren watching the water it showed Yuki feeding Vahn "I see that she has broken the rules.... a child...." Red eyes watched teh image.

"Yes father.... the boys father is human aswell....." Krad a young man had large bat like demonic wing growing from his back long back hair pulled back into a small pony and dark blue eyes.

"Lets show her what we do to the rule breakers shall we...son?"

When Kratos reentered the room Yuki was sleeping and Vahn was laying in the crib quiet asa mouse looking at teh blizzard through the window his mouth was wide open and drool was running down his cheek. *Why...dose this all...seem so...familiar*Yuki moved slightly when Kratos closed the door it was loud and sounded like it slammed. "Hello Vahn having fun looking out the window...Your mother must have opened the curtians" He also looked out side then to teh baby who was laying there.

Yuki's eyes opened and she looked at him "Kratos....thank you...I'll find a way to repay you...I promise..." She sat up she needed new cloths badly but she didnt seem to notice this was the usual outfit she wore.

Arlain sat on his thrown then looked aournd the room the table sat in the middle of the room several figurse sat there "Krad...Have we found her friends yet?"

Krad's eyes met Duo's they had always been enemies. "No father....Duo will help me look tomoro" He looked at his father then over to the doors as a woman walked in.

She looked over to Arlain "Love what is going on here it's dinner we need to be togather at the table" She sat down at the table. The looked to the table she was the only female sitting there a smile came apon her face when Arlain wlaked behin her kissing the top of her head gently
