You looked up at Sagatanus, something was different, he was grinning…..but not the cute grin from before…..this grin scared you…..it reminded you that Sagatanus was the king of demons, someone….that will always be pure evil.

`Now, girl……where is the doppelganger??!'

Sagatanus voice, it changed, it chilled you to the very bone, and you looked back into his eyes…they were empty, completely empty…

`WHERE IS HE!!!!? ?'

`I….I don't know…..”

`Sagatanus!! I'm right here' Sagatanus's head turned slowly until it was fully facing Shadow….you saw in Shadows hand….another amulet.

`Ah, Shadow, I see that you are the one who has my key……give it to my now!!!'

`No Sagatanus, if you want this…let the girl go…'

Sagatanus slowly moved his head back to look at you……the mere movement of Sagatanus had paralyzed you in fear.

 

`Why? Why do you care about this………thing!!!' as Sagatanus said this he grabbed your arm and flung you at Shadow. As Shadow caught you, Sagatanus's key fell out of his hand. You opened your eyes to see the true form of Shadow. He was a tall, muscular man, no older than 19. He had pure white hair with matching eyes. He wore a long red coat that only had one piece of material keeping it closed. You looked at his waist (me: O-O) to see that he had two guns (me: and a sword….hehe). One black and one white. Suddenly you remembered….Shadow….the protector of Sparta….Sparta was…the strongest demon in history….the demon that locked away the powers of the netherworld in order to save humans…..he then married a human widow….that bore one son…..Marc or otherwise known as Sagatanus. The women soon died after birth as well as the baby. That would explain why Sagatanus was an angel…his mother accepted Sparta for what he was. But once in heaven…Sagatanus meet his half brother……Lestat, the first born child of his mother…..who had died in an accident with his father….now that they were in heaven, Sagatanus's mother, went back to her first husband. You remembered that demons or half demons age quicker than any other mythical thing…..suddenly your train of thought was disturbed by…

 

`Are you ok? Did he hurt you?'

`No….thank you Shadow….'

`Do you want me to explain why that happened?'

`No…..please…..just…..leave me alone…'

`If you wish'

Shadow returned you to your room. You didn't know what to do…everything was…upside down…nothing was how it was supposed to be!! You picked up the first thing you touched…as you lifted it to throw it at the wall you looked at it…it was a photo. You saw Sagatanus, Shadow and a girl. You looked at the girl, something about her….you knew her….but…you couldn't remember ……she had short fire red hair with light green hazel eyes. She was standing in-between Shadow and Sagatanus. You looked closer, in the picture, Sagatanus was younger…probably only 14, but he was different…he had light white-blue hair, and caring eyes…

`That's when my bro was still an angel……looked innocent, doesn't he?'

You looked towards the voice. You knew it was Lestat.

`Lestat…' you stammered out.

 

Lestat walked up to you. You then let the tears pour.

`What happened? Artica, what happened!?'

`Lestat, its Sagatanus……something happened…'

`Happened? What do you mean happened?'

You then heard Shadow's voice.

`He turned…'

`What?! You idiot!! You let my brother turn!!?' Lestat ran to Shadow and grabbed him by the scruff of his shirt.

`You know how his true from is!!!! Why did you let him?!'

`While then Lestat, I'm the idiot…because it was me……'

`What? Artica what do you mean?'

`I don't know!! I woke up this morning with that thing in my hand….I thought it was Sagatanus's…'

`Then that explains why he gave it to…Sagatanus…' you looked up though watery filled eyes to see Lestat run out of the room. You then realized that it was all because of you….this perfect place, these 3 perfect people…..had all been destroyed by you….tears started to fall down your face……it had happened again……this always happened to you……if it wasn't you parents, it was your friends…..now it was these guys….. Suddenly you felt two hands grab your shoulders and a warm body hugged you. It was Shadow…

`Artica…it wasn't your fault…'

`Then whose fault was it!!!? I gave him the other half!!?'

`It was meant to happen…'

`What!?” you pulled him of you `Meant to happen!!? Meant to happen!!!!? So its fate that I destroy everything I come into contact with!!?'

`No Artica I didn't mean that….what's Sagatanus special power?'

`……*sniff* he can…….foresee time!'

 

`Exactly…..Sagatanus is the bad guy in this, he saw that this would happen, and he did nothing!'

`……..Shadow!!!!' you ran to him, you didn't care who was with you, you needed someone. He was the closest thing for you to hug. The tears streamed down your face. He knew that damned demon knew what would happen…

`But…'

`Artica?'

`Sagatanus would only use foresight to his own advantage. Why would he use it now? What can he gain?'

`Your right….his trying to……no!!' you watched as Shadow ran out of the room, he stopped at the door

`Artica, go get Lestat, his in the last room on the left' he pointed in the direction you had to go

`Get him and go to the cellar!! I'm going to the main entrance….don't tell Lestat, if you need help, you know were I'm going to be'

“Shadow?'

`Artica please! Just do it!!' with that he disappeared. You followed his instructions and ran to Lestat's room, only to stop at the sound of breaking glass you open the door slightly so you could see what was happening.

`You jerk!!!! Why!! Why!!' it was Lestat, he had something in his hand…it looked like a letter. You looked at the floor; there were pieces of wood and shards of glass everywhere.

`Why….' Lestat collapsed onto the floor, he was crying.

`Why!!! There's nothing wrong with you living here!! There's nothing wrong with you been a demon!! You…can still live here…………Artica?'

You walked though the door, he obviously sensed you, no point in hiding.

`Shadow told me to come get you…he said we have to go to the cellar…'

`The cellar!!!?'

`Lestat? What's wrong?'

 

`He's going to try and kill him!!! Shadow's going to kill my brother!!! I won't let him do that!! If anyone will kill my brother….it will be me…'

`Kill Sagatanus? But Shadow…'

`Artica please…….let me help him, where's Shadow? Please?'

`The main entrance…'

`Thank you Artica'

You were looking down at the floor; you hadn't noticed Lestat walk up to you. You only felt a cool hand lift you chin up. Lestat then placed his lips on yours. This kiss was more passionate than before. He pulled away…

`Lestat, take me with you.'

`Artica…'

`I'm not taking no as an answer'

You arrived at the stair case that leaded to the main door before Lestat, only to be pulled back in disgust. You saw Sagatanus….he was….covered in blood; he had been almost sliced in two from the neck to his waist. There were black feather everywhere. You ran…..you were thinking of nothing…you just wanted Sagatanus to be ok….but you knew that wouldn't happen, no matter how fast you ran. You reached Sagatanus; his eyes….they were….black, pure black. You looked up to see the murder….it wasn't Shadow… (Me: MWAHAHA)

`Lookie at what the cat dragged in' it was Raphael. He was wearing blood drenched clothes…he was also holding…a blood covered scythe.

`Why!!!!?'

 

`Why? Because I want to rule by Satan's side, Sagatanus has always been treated better than the rest of us because he was once good friends with Satan or as he calls him Lucifer….ha!!!! He never deserved the position of lord!!'

`Do you really think Sagatanus got to were he is because of an old friendship? You're sad Raphael, just……sad'

You noticed that you were holding Sagatanus. His cold body…..his warm blood. His almost perfect features….were destroyed by the red substance, his wings were not longer the beautiful black-grey colour that they were before. You looked up at this new voice to see Shadow. Lestat came running down the stairs to stop when he saw his brother.

`Sagatanus….'

`Ah, the vampire feel-' you then saw Shadow walk up to Raphael, *slap* Shadow had slapped (me: yes, slapped) Raphael.

`Your not sad Raphael……your scum…I thought that scum could at least feel shame. That proves that your not even scum, your lower than scum, you don't even deserve to live in the lowest pits of hell!!'

`Quite a lot for one like you to say, doppelganger!!'

`I'd rather be a mere shadow of my true self that be something like you….your worthless, I at least have some value….'

You were shocked, this wasn't like Shadow….he was being so hostile

`Shadow….let me have the pleasure of killing him' you looked behind you, Lestat, he also changed, but in this case, you knew why…

Something wasn't right, that voice….it wasn't possible….you looked down only to see, beautiful sliver eyes looking back at you.

`Sagatanus!!!' Lestat and you said in unison

`Hi…Artica, if you don't mind, I need to leave you lovely embrace…If anyone kills this…thing!! It'll be me!!' Sagatanus flew out of your arms, and straight at Raphael. Sagatanus grabbed Raphael by the scruff of his neck (me: literally) and flung him in the direction of the nearby metal doors.

Raphael stood up `How is this possible…how can you be stronger than me!! I killed you!!!!'

`Yes, you killed me…but were would I go if you killed me dumb-ass!!? Anyway….every time you kill me, I only get stronger!!'

`…..I'll get you….'

`I'm waiting…….' With that Raphael disappeared.

`Ha…..I'll get you….pufft'

`Not before I do!!'

The next thing you saw, if you hadn't seen it with your own eyes you wouldn't have believed it. Lestat had tackled Sagatanus, but not in the “I want to rip you to pieces” way….Lestat was hugging him. You saw Sagatanus's face; he was confused, so very confused. He grabbed his brother by the shoulders and moved Lestat away from him.

`Your not my brother….what did you do to him?'

`Sagatanus…you jerk'

`Thanks *smile*'

`I thought…I thought…I thought I lost you!!!' Lestat broke Sagatanus's grip and flung himself at Sagatanus…and hugged him closely (me: O-O not between brothers!!!)

`Uh, Shadow what happened to him?'

`I…don't…know…'

`I do' you said `it's obvious…his…your brother…he loves you (me: in the non-yaoi way and if you don't know what yaoi is…search it on quizilla!!!)

`His always been my brother…and his never acted like this before…and I've died many, many, many times before'

`But it's never been like this…' you answered `he accepts that you're his brother now'

`You didn't think I was your brother? I'm hurt!!'

`Sagatanus…before a few days ago…I wanted to rip your throat out'

`Oh, thank you, I feel much better now…my brother hated me'

`You hated me too!!!!'

`Yes, I still do…but not for stupid things like me been able to think quicker than you'

`What did you hate me for? I'm a nice guy'

`Mm, well one, you turned into a vampire……you fell at the age of 13……and drinking!!? What were you thinking!!?'

`Don't worry Lestat, just go back to your `all in touch with his emotions' Lestat'

You looked up at Shadow, he was smiling…obviously he loved seeing Lestat and Sagatanus getting alone well. He looked down at you.

`*smile* cute, aren't they?'

`Very…how long will they stay like this?'

`Not long…'

`What do you mean not long?'

`YOU JERK!!!' You then saw Lestat fly past you; he then hit the stair case at one fat speed, all you could hear was a “crunch”.

`What I do?' said a confused and almost concuss Lestat.

`I am not gay!!! My master's not gay….leave it at that!!!!'

`I didn't say anything!!!'

`Oh, but you thought it!! I heard you say to yourself that I'm warm and that Satan's lucky to be able to wake up in my arms!!!!!'

`Oh JA….you can read peoples minds….I forget *smile*'

`That long…come here Lestat, let's see the damage…'

`Cant doc…everything's spinning……like whooow' you then watched as Shadow maneuvered Lestat to his room. You turned to Sagatanus.

`…um…Artica?'

`Yes Sagatanus?'

`I just…I want to apologize…I shouldn't have acted like that towards you…'

`Like what-' suddenly a sharp pain hit your side.

`For that…' you opened your eyed to see that you were in Sagatanus's arms.

`I shouldn't have thrown you like that…your more special to me than some stupid key'

`Sagatanus…' you didn't even notice that you were moving closer to Sagatanus. You placed your lips slightly on his. You moved away and out of his arms after a few seconds.

`You don't have to apologize for anything…I already forgive you…but you can come with me and answer some of my question….please?'

`Of course Artica, I'm just going to go get changed ok? I'll meet you in your room, in about…30 minuets ok?'

`Ok, I'll see you then' as you walked towards your bedroom you heard Sagatanus shout from his

`And Artica…I'm taking a shower ok? Don't want you thinking that I've run away again'

You turned bright red…just thinking about that…incident…made you turn an unnatural shade of red.

`Ooh, Artica…what you thinking about? Parts of my brother I don't want to see hey? *wink*'

`Lestat!!! Sagatanus!!! Stop ganging up on me!!!' with that you walked into your room. Everything was right in the world again, Sagatanus was ok…Lestat was ok…and Shadow showed something towards you.
