Bounty Iso I:
Quest for the sword:
Brotherly Love
The creature stared deep into small pool. The beast had a body made out of metal. The left eye was dark red. He looked like a walking suit of wicked armor. His body was black and the only thing human about him was his right eye.
The pool showed an image of a busy street. Everyone was faceless except for three people. One was a child, the other was a man in a tux. But the one he paid more attention to was the one with blue hair. “Revenge will be sweet.”

“Arsenia. The place to find any form of weaponry.” Said Iso. Davis looked at a wooden sword. “To bad they don't have my patented Davispheres. What the heck is a kumquat?”
Iso looked at the crowd. Then he saw what he was looking for. “The map of El Loco Conquistador. It can create a map to anything. And it makes great fish wrap, cause it multiplies whenever it damages. I'll give you one copper coin for it.”
The person tending the shop woke up. “It's the monkey king! Huh? Who are you? Does this look like a store to you?” Iso looked at the sign that said, “This is a store. Everything is buyable.”
Lime picked up a pistol. “What does this trigger do?” The bullet hit the man selling the gun. Lime looked around, set down the pistol, and walked away as if nothing had happened.
Davis looked at the man selling kumquats. “Would you like to buy a kumquat?” “What's a kumquat?” “Would you like to buy a kumquat?” “What's a kumquat?” “Would you like to buy a kumquat?” Davis stared at the vendor. “You're dumb.”
Iso looked at his new map. It reeked of fish. He knew that he was looking for the Scimitar of the crescent moon. The map began to change. It showed a cave that was a few miles south of Arsenia. “Road trip!”

The trio stared at the cave. “Dark. Scary. Reeks of dark magic. Perfect place to hide a cursed blade. Who wants to go in first?” Lime and Davis both pointed at each other. “I'll go.” Said Iso.
Iso entered the cave. There were strange pictures of creatures he had never seen before. Then he saw it. The scimitar of the crescent moon was floating above a man made pool.
When Iso grabbed for it his hand went through the blade. “What the?” He heard chanting. Three robed beings emerged from the shadows. They were hags. The sword began to disappear.
“Surprise!” Said a voice. Iso turned to see a creature made of armor. His body was like a cross between a dark elf and a colossus. It wore a long red cape. The only thing that was human was his right eye.
“Who the heck are you?” Asked Iso. The being looked at him. “Of course. You don't recognize me. Of course no one would after a person was slowly turning into a… a… I don't know what the heck I'm becoming!”
Iso stabbed at the creature with his sword. “Ironic. You're sword causes me pain do to the silver. Yet I can't die do to a little curse. Recognize this place?” Iso looked at a rock in front of the pool.
“He who drinks from this pool in the quest for immortality will know eternal life. He who drinks from this pool with dark thoughts will only know eternal torture. Wait. Then that means…”
“Bingo! Give this man a prize! You've won a slow and painful death by your own brother!” Iso couldn't believe it. He hadn't seen Ido since he was 15.
“Tell me if this sounds familiar. `Go on Ido! Drink from the pool! Nothing's gonna happen!' That pool can detect the slightest evil thought in a person's mind. The greater the evil, the worse the curse. I'm transforming into something, and I can never leave this cave!
“Of course it did come with the perks. I've gained the power to disrupt magic. That's why the map led you here! Plus that pool serves as a window. I can look into any reality and find anyone.
“But my favorite power comes with the help of the hags. Watch.” Ido's inhuman eye began to glow. Iso looked into the pool and saw his friends being dragged into the cave by the creatures that were painted on the wall!
“I don't get it Ido. Why are you so angry?” Ido began to laugh. “I've spent 4 long years in this place. It's your fault this happened! The only company I've had is the hags, (But they're not really fun.) the paintings, and the thought of finishing you off!”
“You were always so vindictive.” Ido got angry with that. “Remember the were-beast incident? You slept with dad or mom for a month after that!” “Oh sure, open up old wounds!”
Ido pulled up the hood on his cape. “When I'm done with you, there will be plenty of wounds. I'm just not sure you'll survive long enough to… do something with… them. Comebacks are hard.”
Ido's eye once again glowed red. A scythe began to form from a stalagmite. He grabbed it. It was at least twice his size with a blade carved from stone.
Iso held his sword ready. His brother had been trained before him. His brother was taller then him. His brother had used deodorant before him. (Which didn't really help him at all.)
Lime and Davis were thrown into the cave. They saw Iso and Ido about to face off. Iso charged at him. He tried to cut through his brother's thigh but it didn't work.
Ido aimed for Iso's head. Iso ducked, and only a few hairs were cut. Iso fired a laser with his survival pin. It fired a hole through the scythe. `So his weapon isn't immortal. That's a good sign.'
Ido began to spin his scythe like a windmill. “Can't touch this yo!” “Can it uncoolio!” Iso held his survival pin.
Ido looked around. “Where'd he go?” Iso was nowhere. Davis and Lime charged at Ido. He jumped and stood on the ceiling.
“No fair!” Said Lime. Davis smiled and pushed a button on his Davispere. The ball shot up and hit the ceiling. “Missed me!” “Wasn't aiming for ya!” The ceiling began to crack and Ido fell to the ground. `At least now I have that skylight I always dreamed of having.'
Ido lifted his scythe to attack. He saw that the blade was cut off. He turned and saw Iso appear out of nowhere. “That's what I love about holograms. They can be anything. Even nothing.”
Ido punched at Iso. His hand went right through him. “They can even be the person creating the hologram.” Ido felt two silver blades go into him.
He turned his head around 360 degrees to see Iso. His sword and dagger were stabbed into Ido's back. The sword went right through the stomach. The blade was sticking out of his gut.
Ido's eye began to glow. The paintings on the wall glowed the same red color. Then it was like they were peeling themselves off the wall. So many in various shapes in sizes.
One that walked like an ape, but had arms like an asura and a face like an ogre's beat Iso with the back of its hand. Iso slashed at it but it didn't seem to do anything.
Lime was busy fighting a red creature that looked like a cross between a leviathan and a behemoth. It had webbed claws and 5 sets of razor sharp teeth.
Davis was fighting a giant spider with clawed hands. It had red hair under what appeared to be a helmet. It fired some sort of liquid from its eyes. It smelled like sulfur and gasoline mixed with a powerful poison.
Ido began to paint new monsters on the wall. When he was done, he dipped the brush he had painted with in the pool. The creatures were then able to come to life. This gave Iso an idea.
He jumped towards the pool and dipped his dagger in it. Strange blue symbols began to cover the blade. “Please work.”
He stabbed the ape creature and it screamed in pain. It slowly turned two-dimensional and went back to being a painting. He attacked all the monsters and returned them to being cave paintings. Now came phase two of his plan.
He lifted his sword and ran to the pool. He was about to use a move that he had never used before. “Cool Blue Slice!” He slashed the pool with his sword.
“Is that all you got bro? Because I- Why is it so cold in here?” His eye began to glow gut it died down. “W-W-What the heck is g-going on?”
He ran to the pool. It was frozen solid. “Hags! I-“ But the hags were frozen too. The paintings seemed to be unable to come out.
Iso smiled. “Like it? I've been working on that move since I was twelve. The trick is to swing the sword at a speed so fast, that the wind that it causes can freeze anything on contact. And since the pool controls everything in the cave, I froze it.”
Ido was baffled. “How? Why? But. You. Me. Revenge. Why am I talking like this?” Iso walked out the door. “That won't work next time Iso! When the sun thaws out the pool, you are in for it! And nothing will stop me! I swear by all that is- um. I'll get back to you on that. I'm slowly freezing.”

“Now the map is working.” Said Iso. The map showed a forest. “This'll be easy! All we have to do is go into the forest of the crescent moon to get it!” Iso looked at Davis. “It's not as easy as you'd think. The sword is in were-beast territory.”
