"I think that son of a bitch went crazy" said amirah "You just don't walk up on people and kiss them, and now what if I would've beat the shit out of him……..it doesn't even matter".

On her way over to the food, she decided to stop and talk to Adam, only to see if she could even stand to look him in the eye.

"So uhh…..how are you doing?" she asked.

"Nothing, is something wrong?" adam asked.

At that instant Amirah felt hatred for Adam, like fire had been set upon her heart. She didn't know what caused it but she knew something was wrong about it and wasn't she the guilty one, not him .It was the feel of grief, she felt so bad for herself that she decided she hadn't done anything and it had all been Adam's fault, but what did he do. She could've sworn that she loved the man standing before her, would give her life for him, but not at that moment, it was like a sheer curtain, only covering up what was meaningful just to give it a touch of freshness. But this was pure hate, like the kind she had felt for her family, what caused it. She was in a daze.

"Well I guess not" amirah finally said.

"Oh listen, I have something to tell you" he said.

"What is it?"

"You know how I feel about you and how you feel about me, so I said to myself where does it go, but I can't tell you anything else" said adam.

"No its ok to tell me" she said.

"Nope, it will ruin the fun" he said.

When Adam said this to her, she suddenly lost her ability to eat.

"So what do you want to eat?" asked adam.

"Uhh…..nothing" said amirah.

"You haven't eaten in 3 days amirah, I think you'd better eat" he said.

"The thought of food is making me sick, I'll try to eat later ok" she said.

"I'm a little worried about you, are you alright?"

"Yeah, everything is just……..just great" amirah said.

"Ok well I have to go and play the kickball game we've been waiting for since we lost the last one and never played again" said adam "You should play, you know you've been waiting too".

"I'm gonna take a rain check on this one" she said.

"Well I'll se you later, bye and I love you" he said.

"Ummm……sure and I love you too"

Amirah couldn't even say she loved him, as if she was dying and never went anywhere. There was nothing she could do and yet again she felt hatred, running through her veins ready to bleed.
