Always crying in the depths of night
Forever alone within the crowd
Sad blue eyes hide from the world
A heart hidden behind cement walls
Memories of things best left in the past
Scars unable to be seen with the eyes
Misunderstood, lonely, and sad
Scared to be lost within herself
Terrified that she will be her own downfall
But not afraid of death
A tear stained face that no one can see
She lies hidden in the shadows of darkness
With tattered and broken wings
She lies hurt in a sea of pain
Unwilling to forget, unwilling to forgive
Unwilling to show the world who she is
