AN: I own everyone. Except Echo, Cassie and Lucas. Echo belongs to Cassie. *Evil grin* Cassie would eat me and Lucas is just crazy. Yay!

--

"No! Lucas! Stop!"

"Fuck you! I'm saving her!"

--

Bideru sighed, fixing her hair into a high ponytail, the little bits and pieces spiked here and there. "Damn. Can't ever look straight human, can you Bideru?" she smiled as she looked at her eyes. "Hadda have mommy's eyes and daddy's hair." Bideru sighed and flicked down some pieces of her bangs as she walked out of the room fixing on her clean white boots and the blue spandex about her tiny form.

"Bideru... Bideru!"

"Yes Echo?"

"... Are you all right?" Echo asked, deeply concerned as she approached her sister, closing the bathroom door behind her as Bideru stared in the mirror.

"No."

"Ana's gonna be... okay, right?" This caused a wince from Bideru, she frowned and looked downward beginning to answer.

"He seems so upset." Echo added quickly, changing the subject.

"Lucas?"

"Yes."

"Don't bother with him. Stupid boys are meant to be left alone."

"Why don't you ever make that choice?"

"... My choices are my own!"

"... Someone should make your choices for you, Bideru. You've picked a game you know you can't play."

"Silence. I can play this game. Don't you worry about it; it's just a game with a videotape. I just don't have the VCR hooked up yet," Bideru fell to silence as deep violet eyes stared at Echo through the mirror. "Yet."

Bideru walked from the bathroom, leaving Echo to stand alone. "Yet? When are you going to hook it up, you have the time." And thus echo returned to her scientifical lab.

Lucas paced in the sand, kicking some in the water every now and then. "Ana... Oh Ana..." he whispered beneath deep breaths. Cassie watched his feet intently.

"I wanna see when you wear a hole the sand!"

"Won't be long," Jessi commented curtly.

"Yeah, really, it's already started. I think the sand would catch fire if we put kerosene on it!" Heather commented as well, but more cutely.

"Shut the fuck up you bitch, no one wants to hear something from someone they fucking hate!" Lucas hissed at Heather.

"But..."

"Why don't *you* shut up? People don't wanna hear your voice anyway. It's fucking annoying." Tim growled angrily at Lucas, immediately sticking up for Heather - who blushed lightly.

Lucas glared for a moment then continued pacing.

"Hey, Bidee-Chan. Where ya goin?" Cassie commented quickly as Bideru had just found her way to the edge of the barrier that made the island they were on `invisible.'

"Somewhere." She muttered as she flew through the barrier.

"Where's that? I wanna go!" Cassie whined.

Lucas glared. "Shut up. You're annoying me."

"Well YOU are annoying ME. So before I bash your head in with clumps of sand and water I suggest *YOU* shut up!"

Lucas stared blankly this time, then snorting loudly he continued walking.

--

"Eis." A familiar voice chimed from the doorway.

"Oh. Here to see me are you?"

AN: I know. It's not as good as the other chapters. I'm tired. I want cookies. I want sleep. ;-;
