[ P - Pre-Teen ]

Kip walked into his daughterºs bedroom, where the infant was sleeping. He ran his hand over her softly furred cheek and smiles down at the sleeping child.

"My daughter, the time has come." At this Catherine awoke and started to cry. Kip picked her up and rocked her back and forth in his arms and she stopped crying. He carried her to the space pod that would carry her away from the evil that was developing in the people of the Feline Federation. He then placed the space pod inside the airlock and got behind the controls of the airlock. When she had gone out of sight, he returned to his room and started to cry. Ginger wanting to know where the sound was c oming from, came in and wrapped her arms around her crying husband.

"There, there, sweetie, you know that this not only good for our daughter, but also the universe as well. Tell you what, you calm down and I will tell you a story."

This made Kip smile and he form shifted to his chibi form and snuggled into her lap. Ginger giggled at this and he looked up at her expectantly,

"Well you know the prophecy of the Neko no Kami, right?"
Kip nodded and stroked his wifeºs stomach with his tail, urging her to continue.
Ginger petted his blue furred head gently, paying special attention to his ears. »Well one day he came to the people of Felinia and said, :¡Prepare the troops for the Kitsune no Akuma approaches.¡ But they people of Felinia paid no heed to his warning an d the evil Kitsune no Akuma laid waste to their proud planet. A few Cats had been smart enough to have listened to the might hero and had escaped the planet, flying to one of the galaxies where they kept their extensive animal preserves. They asked the many animals on those planets to let them share their homes with them. The animals agreed and the felines made there home there. But as time passed, the ships that let the people on the different planets communicate deteriorated and the planet bound feli nes fell into barbarianism.
Time passed and they once again developed FTL travel and found the other planets. Each planet had itºs own space fleet with different kinds of space ships. The leaders of all the planets agreed that they should join together and the Feline Federation w as formed. Their first president was your grand father.¡
Kip was feeling much better now and hopped off her lap and onto the floor before returning to his normal size and proportions. He then crawled onto the bed and wriggled a finger at her. She giggled and snapped, turning off the lights.
