The Time Has Come
As I apporached the Motel, I saw a peculair figure walking out of room 190. I parked in the parking lot and got out of my car, gun ready. "Lauran, finally your here!!" Deteceive Moore said. I jumped back like 2 feet. "My lord, don't do that! Wait why are you here, I was suppose to call you when I arrived.....I'm so confused." I said closing my car door. "Yeah yeah, Chief told me to come down here to make sure you were ok." Detective Moore said. " He cares about you Lauran-----" I interruppted him. "NO HE DOSEN'T!!!!!!" I yelled. Detective Moore put his hand on my shoulder. "Yes he does......he's your father....C'mon give me a smile stop crying. He lifted my chin up with his free hand and pressed his cheek againest mine and whispered " C'mon on now you know that isn't true....alot of people care for you Lauran.....please beleive me on that." With that he leaned away from my cheek and kissed me on forehead. "Detective Morre??......What the.......um...I.....uh...." I was obviously stunned by his actions. "Heh heh.....you're cute when your completly clueless...." "Uh.....um......you.......arrggh!" I replied. He looked at me then grabbed me and held me close. "Lauran I may be your commanding officer.....but do you know how much I love you? I've loved you ever since we were kids growing up in that small Texas town Orphnage.......we both moved up here when we got older....we learned proper english.....went tp law school.....I became your commanding Detective........but I loved you every since then..." He said lovingly.
