Prologue-HERE WE ARE

We stood upon the edge of the cliff as we awaited our pre-ordained fate. As we stood-fast in our places, did we feel the wind blow through our hair and hear the soothing words of the gods reach our weary ears. The soothing word brought to us by the lady of the winds, promised us rewards for our loyalty and a slow and painful justice to those who had wronged us for their own ulterior- motives. As we heard these words we knew our fates had been sealed.
