Disclaimer: I don't own Kingdom Heart's...yeah, so um just read my ficcy already.

And I'm officially not sick anymore, the flu is gone.

Author's note: This chapter will focus more on Sora and Kairi's relationship, so that I don't have to focus on just two people. If not, it'll focus on the other guy's.

Sora's p.o.v

It's been a while since Sky forgave us for not believing her...again. I sit here in my room all alone. It's late, but I can't seem to fall asleep. I soon find myself thinking of her again. For some reason I find myself thinking of Kairi alot lately, why? I don't know, but I keep convincing myself that I don't love her.

I can't love her after what she did to me, she betray me. She forgot about everything that we have been through together, alway's in her own little world where all she thought about was Riku. She forgot about me and moved on to loving him, obsessed on gaining love in which she will never have in her grasp...for she cannot see that he is in love with another.

Either Kairi has changed or is to afraid to face the fact's that Riku will never return the love that she is giving him. Like on the day that I heard her say that she loved him. I remember that day, a day that I still try to get out of my head.

~*~*~*Flashback~*~*~*

I walk away from the pier, where I had tied my boat. Walking towards the paopu Island where I was going to see Riku. The wind was playing around with my spiky brown hair. I walked across the soft golden sand, halfway reaching my destination. I walk into the Seaside shack and climb the stairs. Opening the door, I run across the boards connecting the Destiny Island to the Paopu Island. Setting foot on the little Island, I go and take a seat next to Riku.

"Riku..." I ask, looking up at him. "Yeah?" he replied, not even bothering to look at me. "Do you wanna get off this Island for a while, you know...take a vacation?" I asked, looking up at the sky. "Sora the last time we tried that...well, you know what happened." Riku replied, staring out to the sea. Ever since the whole Kingdom Hearts thing, Riku was never the same...I mean in spirit. He was the same on the outside but on the inside he felt pain...I could see it in his eye's.

"No, not that type of vacation...that was more like an adventure. I mean we should go somewhere like Traverse town."I said, looking for any sign to see if he was actually listening to me. "Alright, but how are we going to get there?" he asked. "Well...somehow, I sent a single to Cid and he's gonna pick us up in his gummi ship." I replied, smiling sheepishly.

"Looking forward to it." he said, never bothering to smile.

So after I told Riku, I went to find Kairi. She was harder to find, much to my dismay. Once again entering Seaside shack, I ran down the stairs. Opening the door, I ran across the soft golden sand. Running under the little bridge that connected the Destiny Island to Paopu Island, I ran until I reached the cove. Walking into the open entrance, I scanned the area for any sign of her.

I found her sitting on the sand, where the raft used to be...I never knew I could see that far, but I guess I learn a new thing everyday don't I? Taking the small jump down from the platform, I walked from the shore over to the small stairs which let to the tall tower with the ladder.

Not bothering to climb it, I jumped into the sandy shore. My shoes were getting wet from each step I took. When I was about to reach her, I was that Selphie was next to her and so I ran for cover hiding behind a near by tree. Luckily, she had her back turned. I didn't want to ease drop but I can't lie and say that they were quiet. From here I could hear everything they say.

"So are you going to tell him! Are you? Are you? Are you?" Selphie asked, bouncing in a full circle around Kairi. I wonder who gave her sugar today?

"What do you want me to do, walk up to him and say 'Oh hi Riku! I just wanna say I love you, goodbye!' and leave?" ....That's exactly what I heard, and exactly when my heart broke. So as quietly as I could, I walked away without being seen. I didn't bother telling Kairi about the trip we were taking, I figured Riku would tell her.....but why should I be mad at Riku? He's my best friend, I should be mad at Kairi......or maybe, at myself....

~*~*~*End of flashback~*~*~*

I find myself slowly drifting off into sleep, peaceful....but also a nightmare.

Normal p.o.v

"Kairi!" Sora whispered, as he sat up on his bed. The dream that he had just woken up from was running in his mind over and over, like a recorder. He soon calmed down, knowing it was only a dream......but still, it wasn't normal. *I know she love's Riku, I overheard her that day...but I can't help and feel....empty. All I ever do now is lie to my friend's and fake my happiness....in a world i can't escape from.*

It was then that he realized....... "I still love her."

Kairi had fallen into a dreamless sleep, waking up in the middle of the night...only to fall into a sleep full of nightmare's.....

~*~*~*Kairi's dream~*~*~*

Kairi looked around her surrounding, nothing but pitch black. She stood there, not able to move out of fear.

Aren't you forgetting something?.....

Kairi searched for the source of the voice, trying to protest.....but finding her voice was lost, unable for her to use.

Aren't you forgetting someone?.....

Kairi once again tried to say something, but soon gave up seeing as it was no use.

The one heart you broke.....without even knowing....

The one spirit you broke.....now maybe never to return...

Kairi's memories all came back to her, flooding her mind...the good and the bad. Hallow

Bastion, Traverse town, Destiny Island.

She saw her and Sora sitting on the pier.

Aren't you forgetting someone?.....

Sora and her in the secret cave, drawing on the walls when they were little.
