Chapter 21: Kaworu vs. Roshika, Ninfa vs. Shozen!

 

 

“Right ahead is the Throne Room” said Shozen as they arrived at a huge door made of gold.

 

“I know” replied Roshika.

 

“Prepare for any attack inside” said Shozen as he extended his arm. He shot a blast of air form it, taking down the huge door.

 

The throne room had the throne in the middle, two pillars. One on the left and another to the right. It had two huge windows, one to the left and another to the right.

 

Inside there had been a bloodbath. Capital soldiers lied dead in the ground. The Emperor was sitting in his throne tied up to it.At his right there was Kaworu, Nemesis Right Hand. At the left of the Emperor there was another woman.

 

“Let go of him” said Shozen as he gave a menacing look towards Kaworu.

 

“Who are you to command me?” asked Kaworu with a smile.

 

“I remember that quote” said Roshika.

 

“Ninfa, kill the green one, I kill the other one” said Kaworu, ordering the woman, named Ninfa.

 

“As you say” she replied.

 

Ninfa was a woman dressed in black robes, with long black hair. Her eyes were yellow. Quite a beauty she was.

 

“I need to take on a woman?” said Shozen. “Looks like so” replied Roshika as he prepared for fight.

 

“Enough talk” said Kaworu.

 

“Remember Roshika. The Emperor's safety comes first” whispered Shozen. “Understood” whispered Roshika.

 

 

Kaworu began the fight by doing a quick attack.

 

“Air Needles” he said.

 

“Too basic” said Roshika as he evaded it and ran towards Kaworu. Roshika does a kick but so does Kaworu. Their legs clash. Kaworu quickly ends the stalemate by moving to the right and jumping. With a swift kick he hits Roshika in the face sending him towards a wall. But before Roshika reaches it he extends his arm and sends an blast of air from it which sends Kaworu backwards.

 

Ninfa and Shozen begin their fight when Ninfa suddenly disappears and appears behind Shozen. She draws a Wakizachi, a small sword more like a dagger, and tries to stab it on Shozen's back. When she releases the attack Shozen turns and holds her hand. He lifts her by the hand and throws her towards a pillar of the throne room. She hits it straight.

 

“Poison Needles” she said as she opened her mouth.

 

From the mouth 7 needles with their tips soaked in a purple substance were shot. Shozen surprised evades 5 but gets hit in his right leg and on the chest.

 

“Damn... she got me” he said as he fell to his knees in the floor.

 

“Lightning Wave!” yelled Kaworu as he hit the floor with the palm of his hand. It send a wave through the floor towards Roshika.

 

“Rock Creating: Wall!” said Roshika. In front of him rocks suddenly appeared and formed a wall which stopped Kaworu's attack.

 

“Electricity doesn't pass over rocks” said Roshika. “I know that” said Kaworu.

 

“Thunderstorm!” said Kaworu. Suddenly inside the very own Throne Room a blue cloud appeared. Rain began to fall from it, soaking Roshika and the rocks in front of him. Roshika seemed to have taken out what looked like a black box and pressed a button on top of it. He put it on his pocket after he let go of the button. Then the rain stopped and the cloud disappeared.

 

“This guy... he's good with every type of technique!” thought Roshika.

 

“Lightning Wave!” said Kaworu.

 

This time the electricity passes over the floor with water and spreads even faster. It eventually reaches the rocks.

 

“THEY ARE WET!” thought Roshika.

 

The electricity climbs over the rocks due to the water.

 

“Too slow” thought Kaworu with a smile. The electricity finally reaches Roshika.

 

A yell is heard.

 

“Roshika!” said Shozen as he grasped for air.

 

Suddenly Roshika jumps.

 

“WHAT!” thought Kaworu.

 

“SHONSEKYU!” yelled Roshika. He puts both arms together and from it a huge ball of fire, rock and lightning appears.

 

The ball heads straight towards a shocked Kaworu.

 

“I CANNOT MOVE!” thought Kaworu as he looked at his feet. They were frozen. The blast hits him straight on sending him flying through a window.

 

“That's it!” thought Shozen as he smiled. But he had no time to smile as Ninfa was walking towards him.

 

“Dammit I am too tired from the last fight. I cannot have another fight” thought Shozen as he looked at Ninfa walking towards him.

 

“I am coming!” said Roshika as he ran towards Shozen. Suddenly in front of him a wall of rock was lifted from the ground.

 

“Don't you think you can dispose of me that easily!” said Kaworu as he appeared once more in the Throne Room.

 

“Crap!” thought Roshika.

 

“Time to die!” said Ninfa while fighting against Shozen. She sped up with the sword charged from behind.

 

She raises her sword ready to give Shozen a last blow. Shozen counters by grabbing the blade of the small sword with both hands.

 

“Metal conducts electricity” said Shozen to Ninfa. A blast of electricity came from Shozen's hands, hitting Ninfa in an instant. She receives the impact.

 

“It... is... not... that... STRONG!” she yelled as from behind she revealed a fist with a long needle in the center of it.

 

“WHAT!” thought Shozen.

 

She unleashes the fist, it is coming straight to Shozen's face. He quickly turns his head but his neck gets the impact.

 

“This poison is lethal” said Ninfa as she still received the impact. The needle was made of metal so it conducted electricity. The electricity which passed through Ninfa's body was passed to the stabbed Shozen electrifying him as well. After a second he stopped the electricity.

 

“Crap... she got me... quite well... I am too tired, I could not send a bigger charge” thought Shozen as he tried to breathe more. Ninfa fell to her knees in front of her.

 

“Sorry green man... death is upon you” she said as she breathed even harder.

 

Meanwhile Roshika and Kaworu stared at each other.

 

“You used the water that had fallen in me and made a ice technique so you could freeze my feet without me noticing.” said Kaworu.

 

“Aside from that I train with Shozen. He uses electricity mostly and I have gotten a bit used to it” said Roshika.

 

“We are at the same level. We are practically equal” said Kaworu with a smile.

 

“Yes, it looks so. Still, I represent the good site don't you think” said Roshika while giving a serious look to Kaworu.

 

Kaworu extends his arm towards the floor.

 

“LIGHTNING CHARGE!” yelled Kaworu as his hand suddenly began to glow in blue. In the center of his palm a white ball surrounded by electricity was created. He runs towards Roshika at full speed.

 

“Crap!” said Roshika. He began to raise the ground from below to avoid Kaworu. He swiftly avoided the rising ground from below.

 

In a split second he hit Roshika in the stomach with the attack. A yell comes from Roshika's mouth and a burst of blood falls from it. The impact is so strong it sends Roshika backwards towards the wall Kaworu created. He breaks that wall and falls to the floor.

 

“But.. I have better techniques. Remember this is a second floor, the ground takes a while while it's raised from the first floor to here” said Kaworu.

 

“One things for sure... this ain't coming too nicely. We are both tired from the fight against Unyon.” thought Shozen. Ninfa in the meanwhile began to stand up.

 

Roshika slowly began to stand up as well. After he was up he slowly drew out his swords and looked towards Kaworu.

 

Roshika quickly runs towards Kaworu.

 

“This fool! What is he doing!” thought Kaworu. Then in a sudden move Roshika turned to the right, towards the Emperor.

 

“NO!” said Kaworu. Roshika swiftly broke the ropes that tied the Emperor.

 

Kaworu grabbed a knife he had and threw it towards Roshika. Roshika swiftly avoided the impact and ran towards another window.

 

“Stop!” yelled Kaworu as he followed Roshika.

 

“GO! RUN!” yelled Shozen.

 

“GROUND RAISE!” yelled Roshika. The ground was raised but Kaworu easily avoided the attack and began to shoot lightning rays towards Roshika. Still Roshika evaded them as he held the Emperor tight. He extends his hand and with a blast of air he breaks the window and jumps through it.

 

“NO DAMMIT!” said Kaworu as he threw himself to follow Roshika. Roshika lands on the backyard and continues his escapade while holding the Emperor. Suddenly behind Roshika two Numbus appear.

 

“What the...” said Kaworu surprised. Roshika smiles while he runs.

 

“Close to the An Church!” yelled one of the soldiers.

 

The Numbus and Kaworu begin to fight.

 

Ninfa meanwhile is still a bit shocked due to the blast,

 

“You let too much electricity pass through you, your nerve system will be affected for a few minutes” said Shozen with a smile. Suddenly two more Numbus appeared and ran towards Shozen.

 

“What!” said Ninfa surprised.

 

The two Numbus instead grabbed Shozen and ran away.

 

“STOP!” yelled a still useless Ninfa. Kaworu suddenly appeared.

 

“Ninfa, time to escape!” said Kaworu as he grabbed Ninfa and ran away.

Sandou, Shana and Nyosuke along with a now conscious Temari were sitting in some chairs when suddenly Roshika appears along the Emperor.

 

“Roshika!” yelled Temari as he saw him arrive. She stood up.

 

Roshika arrives.

“Emperor, please sit here. Are you all right?” said Roshika as he let go of the Emperor and took a deep breath.

 

“I am fine thanks to you” said the Emperor with a smile.

 

“I received the message” said Temari. “I noticed” said Roshika while looking at her. In that moment the two soldiers who helped Roshika are close to arrive.

 

Temari walks towards Roshika and hugs him.

 

Then Shozen appears along with the two soldiers.

 

“So.. you pressed the button on the box.” said Shozen smiling.

 

“I received the message. I had just woke up when suddenly I looked at my pocket and saw the light on my box flash red and I just knew you guys needed help. I knew where you were heading so I sent these soldiers to help you” said Temari.

 

“That box...” said Nyosuke still intrigued about it.

 

“All of us as a special team had one. When we were in need we would press a button on a box that had three lights. If I pressed his, then our boxes would light Red. If Temari needed help then it would flash blue on ours. We took this measure after one of our comrades died in a mission, so we would never lose anyone else” said Roshika.

 

Suddenly Shozen fall to his knees.

 

“I was... hit by a lethal potion” said Shozen as he fell to the floor.

 

“SHOZEN!” yelled Roshika.

 

“Master Shozen!” said Shana.

 

“I cannot heal potion!” said Temari.

 

When suddenly a female voice is heard: “Leave that to me”.

 

“Commander Amy” said Roshika as he looked at her.

 

“The war has ended” she said as she put her mouth where she saw needle cuts. She began to suck out the blood and then spit it.

 

“I have taken most of the potion away, but he still needs to be healed to be in full power” said Amy.

 

Temari then proceeded and put her hand over Shozen's chest and began to heal him. After a few seconds it was done.

 

“I have used all the energy that I had left.” said Temari.

 

“Why can't Numbus healer suck out Potion?” asked Shana.

 

“We Numbus that heal cannot suck potion. It's the weakest point of us. Our body is trained that to any liquid with some special characteristics that touches our mouth, suck out of those characteristics. There are some special Elixirs that can only be used by Numbus Healers. Those Elixirs when sucked out of their characteristics pass to our blood and we can use the power of the Elixirs to heal people through our hands. Potion has special characteristics and thus our body would suck it killing us.” said Temari.

“He is going to live right?” asked Roshika.

 

“Yes he will” replied Temari.

 

“So the battles have ended?” asked the Emperor who was sitting and watching everything.

 

“Yes. But still, I cannot seem to find my grandpa” said Amy.

 

“I didn't see Leader Tomoro anywhere” said Roshika.

 

“The Leader is your grandfather?” asked Sandou surprised.

 

“Yes he is” replied Amy.

Suddenly of all the quiet that now reigned a huge yell was heard.

 

“What is that!” said Roshika while looking at the skies.

 

Atop the Holy Floor that Tomoro had made something was stirring up.

 

Tomoro had been watching Nemesis's numb body all along.

 

“I knew you would not die of that after I saw you struggle” said Tomoro while looking at Nemesis stand up thanks to the dark matter. His wings had been burned out and his sword disappeared.

 

“My friend... I am... ALMIGHTY!!” yelled Nemesis as he gave Tomoro a straight punch to the stomach and send him backwards towards a building, breaking it in pieces.

 

“WHAT IS THAT!” said Sandou.

 

“IMPOSSIBLE! HE CANNOT BE ALIVE AFTER THAT!” said Amy as she watched what had just happened.

 

Nemesis then was lifted to the skies by the dark matter.

 

“I am... I AM... IMMORTAL!!!” yelled Nemesis as a black ball of matter formed on top of his head.

 

“Dark Ancient Technique: Dark Matter Blast!” yelled Nemesis. It was a ball compressed with lots of Dark Matter into one place.

 

He throws it towards Tomoro's numb body in the ground.

 

“GRANDPA!” yelled Amy.
