Chapter 26: Stronger than Dark
Trex stood in silence, glaring at Kero.
“Oh hah, hah, Trex. This is hilarious. What? You get a little stronger and you think you can beat me? Yeah right.” Kero said proudly.
“Shut up Kero.” Trex said sternly. “You're just mad because Goo rejected you.”
“Oh?” Kero said curiously. “So you're saying that he accepted you?”
“Yes.”
“Pff, don't make me laugh! You couldn't even warp Dark all the way here. So, nya, nya!” Kero said mockingly.
“Dark!” Trex said snapping his fingers. A cloud of smoke appeared beside him.
“Awe, man! You're not supposed to be able to fully call me. That ruins all the fun.” Dark said looking down at the ground.
“That enough proof?” Trex asked Kero.
“Grr…no. Next, you have to toss a rock over 3 miles!” Kero said, while thinking, “I can't even toss a rock 6 feet. There's no way he could toss one three miles!”
Trex looked at a rock on the ground. He picked it up.
“There,” he said, “I threw it.”
“What?” Kero asked with a very confused look on his face. “Um, the rock is still in your hand.”
“No it isn't.” Trex said looking down at his hand.
“Yes it-” Kero suddenly stopped his sentence because he saw a smallglimpse of Trex switching hand positions. Kero's eyes widened to as big as dish plates. He hightailed it over to a concrete wall behind Trex. Then, it happened.
“Holy…ferret…” Dark said in huge astonishment.
A 200 mph wind picked up as a rock went flying forward so fast that it destroyed 12, 15 story tall buildings and 27 other smaller homes, apartments, buildings, and company center.
“That should be about three miles!” Trex said happily. Dark gasped. Kero gasped. [Not here:] Noel gasped. Lavet gasped. Sakura gasped. Anthony (in the hospital) gasped. Mr. Wentz's soul and his bike's soul gasped. Some random squirrel in Florida gasped, as a car almost hit it. (Info on squirrel provided by Noel!) [After the gasping]
“My god…” Dark said astonished.
“What?” Trex asked.
“I think you're stronger than me…and, I'VE GOT TWO LEFT FEET!”
