`G-g-g-g-g-g-gir-girlfriend!?! WHAT!?! Oh, what should I say what should I say what should I say!?!?!?!?!?!?!' my mind screamed. My mouth was wide open. "Uhhh…. I'll t-t-tell you af-fter WM…" I said. (WM means Weekly Meeting. We get it on Thursdays and that's when the whole school gets together.) "Ok."

During Weely Meeting I kept thinking, `Oh my god, Oh my god!!! What should I say?' It was true that I liked him and stuff and came do a decision of saying yes.

After WM, I pulled him over and said, "I guess…ok…" Then he said, "ok on what?" If could, I would of sweatdropped. "YOU KNOW!!! WHAT YOU ASKED ME EARLIER?!?!?!" "Oh! Ok!" He looked pretty happy, and I felt pretty happy, too. `I'VE GOT A BOYFRIEND!!! AAHHHHH!!!!' Then I whispered in his ear, "Then will you go to the dance with me?" (Gill as nearby with his friend Jon and started to say, "Oh! Look Jon! Oh my god! Sighhhh…) "Uhhh..I'll tell you later…" Huh? What did that mean? Oh well. The voice inside my head jumped with joy even though on the surface I looked composed. He trotted off somewhere with his friends and I walked back dazedly, taking in all the information. For some reason, I felt like hitting him…….. I don't know why, but I just do. Maybe this was some kind of idiotic practical joke or a dare. `If it is, he better run………..' I thought mildly irritated. Just as the bell rang, I felt somebody tap me. Friends…….. nosy little friends… oh well. I guess I CAN tell them. No nevermind. I won't, but it won't be secret for long what with all the prying that will be about…. The usual routine started again, but the only thing circulating in my mind was `boyfriend… boyfriend……. boyfriend……... boyfriend……….' To add to that, I have also got that mocking laugh ringing in my ears. You know, that one that goes, `OH HO HO HO HO HO HO!' Great, just great! Do you know that one moment when you think nothing could get worse and then, all of a sudden it does!?! What a classic, but it happened to me! Stupid Tammy! Why couldn't I have Candice or somebody else as a sister!?! "God hates me so much…" I muttered inarticulately. That's it! From now on, I'm going to be an on-off atheist! Wait, is there such a thing? Ah well, Candice is, so……… I huffed and shouted at my sister with the usual "Shut up Tammy!" My life is so problematical and complex! How fun to be me………. See, I'm sort of a pessimist just like Gigi and Candice, always looking at the terrible parts in life. What I'd give for that moment of blithe……….. okay, nah, I enjoy being like this more. The tumult was unbearable right now, so I did the one thing I do best, especially with teachers……. zone out…

As the day came to an end, I was in the car driving home with my meddlesome and snooping sister….. except……… the ride home was…….. QUIET!?! Well, I'm thankful for THAT much, I guess. I sighed once again. I seem to be doing that a lot today, huh? Homework was a major letdown…… well, because……. OH COME ON! The word `homework' sort of explains why I'm disappointed! I went on the computer and luckily, I found some friends to chat with. Oh, Candice is online! Now, I can start my ranting and haranguing about my life to her unfortunate soul. I grinned at the prospect and double-clicked `~D*P*P~' on my MSN list. After I told her that I had a b o y f r i e n d……………. yes, I wrote one letter and sent it one at a time….. she started to blather about some stuff that I didn't really pay attention to. However, I did make her promise not to tell anyone. Secure with the fact that and knowledge that she wouldn't tell, I said I needed to go eat and that I'll talk to her later. I felt so much better since I knew I could trust my best friend….. or can I? I quirked an eyebrow, but shook it off and went to wolf down the presented food. I was really hungry for some anomalous reason. Dealing with all this was tough. Life was far from fairyland in the great abyss of love, prosperity, lavishness, and sumptuousness.

It was a Sunday thank……… er…. well, just thank the heavens. I smiled with elation as I dove deeper into the warmth of my sheets. Yet, it was no use because SOMEBODY was keeping the faucet running on and on and on and on….. soon, I had to go use the bathroom. I reluctantly got up and out of my soft sheets. The second I stood up, I sprang right back into my bed, my whole body shaking with the wintriness of my room. I heard the phone ring……. again………… again……… again………. "Ooh… darn it!" I muttered as I unwillingly got out of bed, shivering as if I went to the North Pole with only my undergarments on, to answer the phone. "Hello? Oh, hold on. MOM!" I shouted. Rolling my eyes, I hung up and went back into the bathroom. Hey, I was already up! Dumb sister of mine…….. making all this boisterous noise. Twenty minutes later, I was up and ready for……………. nothing. Dialing his number, I heard a voice say, "Hello?" "Hi!" I said cheerfully. Well, I hope that's how I sounded `cuz I still felt a bit weird about this whole thing. "Whose this?" I heard him ask. "Well………………." I decided to play with him for a while……
