I dreamt last night
A dream so sweet and surreal
You were there
A vision of what I cannot have
I held you close
It was all I could desire
Then I awoke
My heart once again felt cold
Stealing glances
You cannot see me, hear me
The heart I close
These things I should not feel
I shouldn't know
The warmth of a passionate embrace
I hide in a dream
My fears suppressed with ice
Hold me again
I can think of only you
Touch me again
My body aches only for you
Love me
I know it's impossible but pretend
