I love the coppery taste of blood.
Warmth of a bullet shot from a gun
The screams in my head,
Dead smile on my lips.
Frozen life in an imaginary kiss!

I hate to try and understand,
To know is to know and I'll stand my ground.
Enough with your science,
Let it be gone.
Hate your reasons for why the stars shone.

I love the pain the writhes in my mind,
Belongs to me but still isn't mine.
Let it free,
It spills on the page.
Free to hate, free to change.

I hate the light that shines on my skin,
This place that i've become trapped in.
Shout if you will
It'll fall on deaf ears
But within myself i'm reduced to tears.

I Hate the way it's so easy to love.
This troubles me so, so i'll stop with a shrug.
Hate to you,
Can be love to me.
This is who I am so let me be.
