You're gone.
And I'm living.
I can't believe that I'm still here.
I can live on my own.
I don't need you anymore.

I lived in withdrawal,
For months and months on end.
You were like a drug.
But I recovered.
I don't need you anymore.

I can finally breath again.
I can finally think again.
I can finally speak again.
I can finally sleep again.
I don't need you anymore.

So leave me alone.
Just go away.
Stop you damn begging,
Because I'll never take you back.
I don't need you anymore.

I'll never need you again.
You may need me,
But you'll never have me.
Consider me gone.
Because I don't need you anymore.

A/N: Kind of a followup to my other poem, "I Can't." I didn't really feel like posting it as another chapter.
As for my other stories- "Checkmate" might have another chapter soon, if I get an idea.
"Maison de Chagrin" won't have another chapter for awhile. I've started the next chapter, I just haven't finished it.
