“Of course I'd enjoy the company.” She said shaking her new friend's hand firmly.

 

“Well rest here tonight and head for Greece. What do you want to do for the afternoon?” asked Ryan

 

“Well I really wanted to check out the scenery… I've never been to Italy before…” she said

 

“What are we waiting for, lets go!” he said running to his motorcycle/scooter. She gabbed a helmet and they saw all the wonderful sights in his city. They stopped at an ice cream stand and Ryan bought her a chocolate ice cream.

 

“How did you know this was my favorite?” asked Casey.

”Its mine too…” he said leaning on his motorcycle/scooter.

 

“Its getting late… wed better get home soon” Casey said.

 

Wait there is one last thing I have to show you he said running towards a large building.

 

“Ok… open!” Ryan said uncovering Casey's eyes as she gazed in amazement at the memorizing sunset.

 

“My mother used to bring me here when I was a baby…”

 

“What is her name?” asked Casey “Gabriella” he answered.

 

“Wow that's a beautiful name… would it be ok if I met her?” asked Casey

 

“Only if you want to die… she passed away when I was only 4 years old…” Ryan said

 

“Oh… I'm so sorry…” she said quietly.

 

“Don't be… I guess that taught me a lesson… whenever I could receive love, I have to hold on to it… I have also become much more independent. My dad… well I haven't seen him for years now he left on a journey and could never find the destination…” Ryan explained.

 

“So… you live in this place all by yourself?” Casey asked

 

“Yup!” “Ryan… where you born in Italy?” asked Casey.

 

“No, I'm Egyptian!” Ryan exclaimed happily
