Red is the image of love


But also of hatred


Red is the shade of a loving heart


But also a breaking one


Red is the heavens


when the sun is rising in all it's wonder


But it is also the red heavens that set the sun


leaving us in darkness


Red was created by God


Yet is portrayed as the skin of the devil


We build houses of red brick


Arsonists burn them down with red glowing flames


Red are many roses


In all their passionate beauty


Red is the blood shed from its thorn


Red is merely showing ones life


With evil come good


With good come evil


A never-ending circle


Red verses Red


And red my friend is the color of life
