It has been exactly two years since the battle with Melbu Frahma and the dragoons had saved the planet from eternal chaos. The battle had been a bittersweet one for the dragoon warriors Rose and Zieg at the cost of their own lives managed to save Dart and the other's from being harmed. No one knew yet whether or not they were alive or dead but since their dragoon stone's hadn't reacted in the past two years all of them assumed the worst and with heavy hearts declared Rose and Zieg dead. So now that peace has returned to their planet the dragoons now rest in their respected towns. Shana and Dart live together in selease and are planning on starting a family soon. Prince Albert is now back in Bale ruling his kingdom, Kongol seeing as how he didn't have a place to go being the last of his kind he chose to stay with Albert as a knight of Bale. Meru has retired back to her place with the winglies and Miranda has returned to her temple and has now become head priestess. Haschel continues his search for his long lost daughter and has pretty much given up on searching for her and now resides in Bale as Albert's sparring partner.
Meanwhile a long ways away from bale the young girl continues on her journey to learn more about the world she has just woken up to. She had already been out a few days and met a few monsters along the way. Letting nothing stand in her way of her quest to find herself she defeated the monsters successfully and now has traveled down to the stream she now sits at eating her lunch for the day. Hearing children nearby she looked over at a hill and then back at the stream and pulled her cloak tighter around herself. The two children came over the hill a while later and she looked up at them with her deep blue eyes.
She was not accustomed to talking to people let alone children so she just sat by the stream enjoying the peace and tranquility of the stream. The children looked at her for a few minutes thinking about what she was doing there and what she wanted. One of the children seeing her rapier catch the suns rays ran down to her and bent down and looked at her sword. The older child, which she was guessing to be the oldest, ran down as well and pulled the younger one away from the sword. Looking at the children, she gathered her things and picked up her rapier and slung her bag over her shoulder and walked towards the hill. The two children being naturally curious followed her back over the hill and ran ahead of her into their small village. Looking at the village, she noticed that there were quite a lot of people there. Mostly married couples with their children and some single parents but mostly married couples.
Walking into the village she passed many people and looked at mother's that pulled their children close to them as if they were afraid she would do something to them. Rolling her eyes, she continued walking through the village. She had no idea why they feared her she had done nothing wrong she was just passing by their village. One of the villagers walked up to her and stood in front of her. It was one of the many women at the village she was guessing she was the mother of the two children she saw earlier seeing as they were hiding behind her. Stepping off to the side, she went back to walking through the village and looked to the side seeing a few boys bothering a smaller girl.
Walking up to the boys, she looked down at them. "What do you want?" one of the boys asked. "Beat it. Go pick on someone else." she said. "you are not our mother's you can't tell us what to do." the other boy said." she narrowed her eyes at the boys and picked one up by his shirt. "Oh really." she said and threw him to the ground. "Now beat it.," she said watching the boys run off. The girl looks up at her a bit frightened at the woman. "Its ok I mean you no harm." she said gently picking the girl up.
"Woo ish ooo?" the small girl asked. "A friend." she said and carried the small girl through the village with her. "otay." the small girl said. "Seki co con onito?" she asked gently. "Dwon't hawve awny." the young girl said. "You understand?" she asked surprised looking at the child. The small girl nodded and smiled cutely. "What's your name?" she asked walking towards the edge of the village. "Kamui." the small child said and nuzzled against her cloak. Looking down at the child, she saw that she had fallen asleep. Shrugging she continued on and walked out of the village with a new companion.
