Robin woke up. It was 8:00 am and he was in his room with Starfire lying next to him, they were both naked. He lay still for a minute thinking about how happy he was then he silently lifted himself out of bed and put a pair of black boxer shorts on from his dresser. He walked out of the room, looking back at Starfire before the door shut and went over to Mitch's room. When he got there and opened the door about to say `good morning' he found no one was there, he shrugged his shoulders and went to the elevator. Once inside he pressed the 2nd floor button to the living area and noticed that stuck on the wall was a letter.

 

Dear Robin and Star,

I suspect you had a good night, I decided to go to the hospital early so I could get to know them a bit better. Also I told Beast Boy and Cyborg I would make them breakfast since the hospital food was `bad'. There's no need to rush here take your time, you hardly slept last night and don't lie I heard you!

See you later!

Mitch

 

The door opened, he walked over to the dining room table and sat down.

“Damn it!” cursed Robin slamming the letter on the table. For little did anyone know Robin had been spying on Mitch, why shouldn't he? The titans had been betrayed before and he didn't want this happening again. Robin was following Mitch in every room he went and watching him in everything he did; now Mitch had gotten away from Robin's sight.

“Appearing out of no where, knowing how to cook well when he hadn't had a decent home for years, mysterious talks on unauthorised communicators! I'm sure there's something going on” he said sternly “I just need proof”

“Robin?”

“Starfire?” Robin turned around to see Starfire in a white night dress stood in front of the closed elevator doors. She walked seductively towards him and sat on him looking into his eyes. Robin had a highly powerful urge to just take her back to his room but strained himself not to due to his predicament.

“What is of the matter my dear?” she said pushing he hands through his hair. Robin gripped the table hard with his hands to control himself

“does your spying on the Mitch go wrong?” she asked

“so you heard me speak huh?” he asked smirking

“I knew before now” she said smiling

“what, how?” he asked shocked

“well when I noticed you were always looking at him and I saw that you were regularly talking to him while you were both in undergarments I thought perhaps you had `the crush' on Mitch” she said

“you thought I what?” asked Robin trying to get up “you thought I had a crush on Mitch!?”

“yes and I am sorry Robin but then I realised know that you were spying on him to protect us from hurt, that is sweet” she said

“well,” said Robin putting his hands behind his head impressed by her compliment “I try my best”

Starfire giggled and tried to kiss him

“sorry Star not now. We've gotta go and find him, he'll be at the hospital” he said putting his arms around her waist.

“yes let us go and put on the clothing”

“Ok” Robin said kissing her passionately on the lips. They both got up and ran/flew to the elevator opening it, Starfire leaned against the wall of the elevator and Robin made out with her after pressing the right button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile in the hospital at 8:25 am.

“Oh man!” moaned Cyborg and Beast Boy as they were given a cruel, petite bowl of cereal when they were hoping to get there favourite breakfast dish (for Cyborg: English breakfast for 6 and for BB: Tofu on toast with sliced apple around the plate).

“Excuse me nurse!” said Beast Boy as she was about to leave the room. The nurse still facing the door cringed, these patients were always complaining.

“Yes” she said through gritted teeth, you could practically see her insides explode with rage as her face went bright red

“Errrr,” Beast Boy said quite scared “we were supposed to have a meal a friend prepared for us”

“YEAH where's my breakfast?!” Cyborg exclaimed

The nurse's veins were showing all over her body and a lump had appeared in her neck.

“I'll get someone on it” she said again through gritted teeth

“BECKY GET HERE NOW, THESE IDIOTS HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!” SHE ROARED

Cyborg and BB pulled up their bed covers to their faces

“Someone will be here shortly” said the infuriated nurse “ANYTHING ELSE?!?!” she growled

“No that's fine you can go” said Cyborg

“Thank you” gritted the nurse with steam coming out of her ears as she stomped off

The two titans came out from under their covers shaking like a milkshake in a blender on a 200mph theme park ride being shaken by the worlds best shaker (writers note:?)

“That,” Beast Boy said pointing to the door “was the most terrifying thing I have ever had to experience in my life”

“Wait a minute if she's bad and she hates us, she'll send someone worse!” said Cy

“Aargh!” screamed Beast boy as they both dived under their covers

“Errm hello?” said a calm innocent voice from the door. The two titans peeked under the covers and almost killed the girl standing there as they jumped up out of bed to see her. The girl was young, taller than BB smaller than Cy, she had a short cut nurses suit, she had obviously been on holiday as she had a tan, her hair was long and dark brown and her eyes were emerald green. Beast Boy and Cyborg were smitten.

“Hey little lady” Cyborg said, picking up her right hand and kissing it

“Oh, hi” she said nervously

“Hello” beast boy said sexily, picking up her left hand and kissing it.

“Hi” she again said nervously

Cyborg and Beast Boy glared at each other with one eye each while the other eye admired her.

“Errr Nurse Jepson said you had a problem?” she said sweetly

“Oh no were fine, we're fine” said the boys.

“Oh, ok” she said

“So what's a beautiful nurse like you doing here?” Cyborg asked romantically

“Oh well I-“she said blushing

“You should be a model nurse…?”

“I'm Nurse Fisher, Becky's my first name” she blushed even more

“Becky's my favourite name” said Beast Boy linking his right arm with her left arm

“And I like fish” Cyborg said linking his left arm with her right

“Oh, errr thanks?” she said shyly “if you need anything just ask, bye!” she said pulling her arms free and walking away.

BB and Cy stood there watching her walk away even till after she was gone until…

“She's mine!” exclaimed BB

“I don't think so, why would she go for you? She's into me!” said Cyborg

“No way she totally likes me!”

“No, me!” said Cy

“No, me!” said BB

“Me!” shouted Cy

“Me!” shouted BB

You could nearly see laser beams zapping from each other's eyes in annoyance. An old man appeared in front of them

“Excuse me is Hilary in there?” he asked softly

Cyborg and Beast Boy shot the glances at the man making him yell

“Aaaargh there tryin to kill me, I new someone was tryin to kill me, aaargh it's the end!” he cried as he ran off past an approaching Robin and Starfire

“Cyborg Beast Boy!” shouted Robin

“Robin hi” called BB

“Hey Star” called Cy both off them breaking the moments anger

“Where's Mitch?” asked Robin

“We were gonna ask you the same thing” said Cyborg

“Yeah, he didn't show up and make us out breakfast!” said BB angrily

“Are you sure he didn't come here?” asked Robin

“Yeah he promised he'd wake us up when our grub was ready!” said Cyborg “why has something happened?”

“We are not sure” said Star “where is friend Raven?”

“Follow me” BB said as he ran towards Raven's room

When the 4 got there the door was open, they ran in.

“Raven?” asked Starfire worriedly

“Raven!” yelled BB

“She's gone” said Robin

“How can you tell?” asked Cy

“All of her stuff is gone” Robin said leaning down and touching the floor

“What's this got to do with Mitch?”

“We think that the Mitch may be, evil is the word yes Robin?”

“maybe Starfire,” Robin said “Beast Boy go and ask the nurses if they've seen anything, Cyborg go and ask the receptionist, Star go and ask nearby patients, I'll look around here”

The 3 titans ran out the door in different directions as Robin looked around the room.
