Shadow One's Love

The moonlight

Shines in the night.

The wind will blow

And the leaves will fight.

The pound will shimmer

The stars will glimmer.

You look to the West,

You see a figure.

The figure walks toward you

Right hand out, palm up.

The figure's face is shadowed,

You cannot tell whom.

Then they whisper,

“I love you. “

You try to reach them

But seem to get farther away.

Before they're gone

Out of sight

They whisper,

“I will always be with you never to far,

I will always protect you with all of my heart,

I will always love you forever, even after the end of time,

All you have to do is, tell me the words I wish to hear.”

DO you take?

Are do you decline?

It is all up to you,

So decide.

It can be answered

More ways than one.

It is up to you to decide

Which way it will,

It will be done…

FFF: Yay! This was one of my favorites that I did. It was damn near hard though to think of a title for it, though. Well anyway all my poems have a story behind them. There not real as far as I know anyway but it's a story none-the-less. Though if I do right the story behind it. It will most likely be an InuYasha/ Yu Yu Hakusho crossover.
