I stretched out in the chair I was sitting in staring at the mess those two had just gotten out of cleaning up. I shook my head and smiled knowing that they never cleaned anyways, even at their own apartments. I started picking up plates and boxes when Ken grabbed my wrist, causing me to look at him. He was still sitting on the couch, so I was clearly taller and had a height benefit, but even though he was shorter right now he still caused me a little fear since I was the shortest member of the band.

 

“Hyde, um…Can I talk to you for a second?” He asked his eyes shifting to stare down at the floor.

 

“Yeah, Ken. What is it?” I sat down on the coffee table so that I could be at his eye level and clearly see what was going on inside his mind. He kept his gaze on the floor for a while.

 

“Well, remember earlier today when you said that you missed the old days when we just hung out all the time without Yuki and Tetsu?” I nodded my head remembering that conversation very well. “I was thinking and I would like to have that too. I would like to hang out with you all the time and maybe even stay here a lot more often.” I could see that he was starting to blush.

 

I couldn't help myself then. I leaned forward, catching his chin with my hand, and lightly kissed him on the lips. Although it was quick I enjoyed it, yet afterwards I felt a little ashamed at that and started blushing myself. He looked at me and finally decided on something within his mind. He reached over and grabbed my arm causing me to fall onto the couch and he quickly pushed me down and he leaned on top of me. I smiled and finally understood that he loved me too. He kissed me passionately for a second before pulling back and looking into my eyes.

 

“I think I would like it if you stayed with me!” I breathed and he laughed a little before leaning down on my chest, my arms going over his back, holding him in place. He leaned his head forward a bit and kissed me for a long time before we heard a loud cough coming from the front door.
