As Robin lifted up the pillow, exposing the note he noticed that Raven entered the room. Robin turned his head to see Raven before he noticed the note. She was wearing a strapless violet dress that stopped at her knees, the bottom of the dress was flowing with her graceful movement. She wore a pair of black heeled sandals and her hair was pulled into a ponytail with one lone strand hanging off the side of her face. "Raven, you look amazing." Robin said as he walked closer to Raven. Raven smirked and hugged Robin, he pulled away and leaned in brushing their lips together. As they kissed Raven teleported them to the garage.
Starfire walked towards Robin's room to see if he found her note. "Robin?" she asked entering the room and noticing he wasn't there. "Well let's see if he found my little note." Starfire said to herself as she walked to his bed, she lifted the pillow and saw it was still there. "I guess Robin has partook in reading my note of love yet. I think I shall go converse with friend Raven." Starfire walked to Raven's room. `Knock knock' "Raven? It is I, Starfire, may I come in?" *no answer* Starfire opened the door to see Raven was not there either. She walked out to the living room to see Terra watching Cyborg beat her boyfriend into the ground. "BOOYA!! NEW HIGH SCORE!!! IN YO' FACE GREEN MAN!!" Cyborg was rubbing Beast Boy's face in the shit of loserdom. "Friends, I cannot locate friends Robin and Raven." Beast Boy got a sly grin on his face. "Hm, I wonder they're doing together,… alone." Terra gave Beast Boy a smack upside the head. "Yeah right BB, like those two would ever hook up, besides you know he likes Star." Starfire's face lit up. "He said that?" She gasped. Terra spoke up; "Uh he didn't actually say that, I just think it's obvious." "Yeah Star, it seems like he's crazy about ya' but he's been distracted these past few days with something." Starfire could no longer contain her excitement. "OH GLORIOUS! MY DREAMS ARE COMING TRUE!" she squealed with delight. "I am in love with Robin!" The other Titans just stood there and smiled at her. She ran to her room to wait until Robin returned. But little did she know that her dreams would soon be crushed by three little words.
Robin handed Raven a black helmet and he put on a red one. He sat atop the
R-Cycle and patted the seat behind him telling Raven to sit. She sat behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist, pulling herself closer to Robin. In a second Robin zoomed off and they drove down many streets until Robin came to the first stop of their date stop.
"Here we are Raven." He helped her off the bike and took intertwined their fingers together. "Don't worry Rae, this is only the first stop. We're gonna spend some time at the park together." "You know I don't care where we go Robin," Raven began. "But I won't spoil your plans." Robin just smiled and led Raven to a bench.
They sat down together and out of nowhere, Robin pulled out a bag of birdseed. "Where did that come from Robin?" Raven asked. Robin didn't answer, he just put some birdseed in Raven's hand and he threw some out onto the sidewalk. "Robin, what are you doing?" Raven asked. Suddenly a flock of pigeons landed in front of them and started to eat what Robin threw out. Raven gave him `What the f***' kinda look. Robin smiled and just said, "Throw it to the pigeons." Raven complied and she threw them causing more pigeons to join the feast.
Raven noticed a swing set in the distance. `Should I even bother to ask? I mean what would he think, but I do want to go on one, I've never done it before.' She turned to look at Robin, "Um, R-Robin?" she asked shyly, "Yeah Rae?" he said with a smile. "umcouldyoupushmeontheswingsplease?" she asked running her words together and blushing. Robin looked at the swing set and then back to Raven. "Sure Raven, let's go." he said and grabbed her hand, running them to the swing set. Raven sat down on one of the swings and crossed her legs. Robin stood behind Raven and began pushing her, as Raven went higher and higher she couldn't help but let down her emotionless façade and let out some surprisingly girlish giggles. Once Raven was going as high as possible Robin went in front of her and watched her smiling swinging figure. Seeing Robin in front of her Raven got an idea, as she was about to go back up to the top, she jumped off the swing and landed on Robin. They both fell to the ground laughing and then they looked into each other's eyes, Raven closed her eyes and leaned forward. Their lip softly brushed together before Robin took Raven's lips in a passionate embrace with his. She slowly pulled away, both of them ignoring the nosy eyes of men, women and children.
"Okay," Robin said standing up; "It's time for part two." Robin grabbed Raven's hand and laced their fingers together. He led her to a secluded area; Raven gasped at the site, her eyes wide. He led her to an area where there was a beautiful lake in a small forest of beautiful cherry blossom trees. Over by one of the trees was a blanket laid out with a picnic basket sitting on top. "Robin, i-it's amazing." She said looking into his eyes. "So you wanna swim first or eat?" he asked. "But I don't have my have bathing suit." Robin walked over to the basket and pulled out his swim trunks and tossed Raven her bikini that he bought for her. "You know I already have a bathing suit, why'd you buy me another?" Robin smirked. "I'd rather see you in a two-piece." He said, Raven smirked and changed. When Robin finished changing he turned to see Raven putting on her top and she was facing him, he stared. When Raven finished, she looked up to see Robin staring. "You are a real piece of work Boy Wonder." She said then ran and jumped into the lake. Robin was in right behind. Raven came up to Robin and poked his shoulder. "Tag. You're it." With that she swam off with expertise. "Oh no you don't Raven." Robin said to himself and swam towards Raven. Little did Raven know Robin was an excellent swimmer. He caught her and grabbed shoulders, turning her towards him. He gazed into her amethyst orbs she gazed back. They both leaned forward, and kissed tenderly. Raven wrapped her arms around Robin's neck and deepening the kiss. Robin placed his hands on Raven's waist. They soon found that they were going to have sex if they didn't sex if they didn't stop, so Robin and Raven stopped caressing each other, and got out of the lake. They dried off and redressed.
They walked over to the blanket laid out for them. Robin took out 2 Styrofoam containers, and handed one to Raven she opened it. "You bought Chinese food and stuck it in a picnic basket? Well at least you didn't cook anything." Robin chuckled. "Haha, yeah…. Wait a minute, what's wrong with my cooking?" he asked finally realizing the insult. "Forget about it Robin." Raven said. After they both finished they decided to enjoy the scenery for a while. Robin sat up against a tree and Raven laid her head on his chest with her hand on his stomach. Robin had his arms around Raven. They looked up and saw a red and black robin flying a purple and black raven, "Amazing," Raven whispered. "Yeah. Just like us." He hugged her tighter they watched as the birds flew together. Robin spoke up. "Their grace and beauty is an enigma. They soar together with elegance and skill; they are with one another `til the end of time. Never looking back on the world behind them. Their love keeps them alive for all eternity." Robin thought of the two birds as him and Raven. Suddenly the Robin was engulfed in black energy and it exploded. "HAH!" Raven laughed. "That was so much funnier than I imagined." Raven said laughing. Robin looked at the feathers floating to the ground. (Robin: O.o). "Uh, let's go to part three of the date." Robin offered fear was rising in his voice.
They arrived at the Multiplex and were deciding which movie to watch. "Okay so we'll watch Oblivion; an intense action-pact movie, that takes place a few years into the future." Robin said. "Or," Raven began, "Cataclysm; a spine-tingling thriller horror movie, about a group of ravenous creatures feasting on the souls of the cast of Dawsons' Creek. If only it were real." After that they began an argument over which movie to watch. They argued for about twenty minutes before they agreed on the dumbest movie of the year; `I Love you, but I have a Problem.'
)(In the movie theatre.)(
Man on screen: Jenny?
Woman: Yes?
Man: I love you. *Hugs her. * But I have a problem.
"Oh" "my" "freaking" "GOSH!" after that scene Robin paid no attention to the movie; he was far more interested in looking at his beloved Raven. `Hm, she's so beautiful, I love her so much. I think it's time I tell her that I love her.' "Raven?" Robin asked. Raven turned her head. "Yes?" `Okay, here it goes.' "Raven, I lo-"
