Sly's Cheating Friend
By: Traci Miller

Sly grinned as he walked over to the refrigerator and pulled out two beers.

"So, you're already cheatin' on Fiona?" Sly asked.

"Yeah. I thought we'd last but when we had that fight, I just didn't know anymore. So I went and hired a hooker and since then we've been seeing each other every Friday." Elyas said.

"For how long?" Sly asked, frowning a bit. A hooker? Really!

"A month."

"Hm. And you're under the impression that a hooker equals a relationship?" Sly asked, handing over one of the beers and opening his own.

"Not really. But, its still cheating." Elyas said, looking rather guilty.

"Yeah, that's true. But, a hooker? Couldn't you at least get into an actual relationship or at least a get-together for casual sex with a person that you already know? Somebody you don't have to PAY?" Sly asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Like who?" Elyas asked, blinking.

"I dunno. Me, for instance." Sly grinned.

"YOU??"

"Keep it down, you'll have the neighbors banging on the door again. And why not me? At least I wouldn't make you pay." Sly said indignantly.

"I guess I never thought about it. It seemed easier just to go to a hooker. Besides, you're a man." Elyas said.

"You know, I bet I could make you scream." Sly smirked.

"Yeah, in fear." Elyas joked.

"Come on, let me try." Sly grinned, leaning close. He pressed his lips to Elyas's and slid a hand into Elyas's shoulder length blond hair.

"Mm!" Elyas was quite surprised. He tried to pull away, before realizing that he liked it, and returning the kiss. He felt odd succumbing to such a desire, to kiss another man. It was very strange indeed and he felt like shoving away from Sly and making sure never to go near him again. He buried his hands in Sly's jet-black short hair, running his fingers through it.

"What the hell??" It was Fiona; she'd just walked in and threw the groceries she had on the floor to the side. She was pissed.

Sly and Elyas pulled away from each other and blushed brightly.

Author's note: It's my favorite way to end a story. With a cliffhanger.
