Tagana wakes up from his sleeping. He finds that Kial is already awake, so he get sup and gets dressed. After he finishes putting his clothes on, he walks into the kitchen to find Kial already making their breakfast. He walks up to her and then says, "So, what are you making?"

Startled, Kial turns around and then says, "The only thing you need to start the day, eggs, sausage, and bacon. Do you know what that is?"

Tagana responded with, "This is the first meal since I got here that I knew what it was! Oh, and you can make the bacon crispy? I love it like that!"

Kial just went back to her cooking and said, "Sure, anything for you. I'd do almost anything for you right now. Hey, I got an idea! Maybe we could alternate who makes what meal, so today I make breakfast and dinner and you make lunch? Fair enough?"

Tagana stood there for a while in deep thought and said, "That sounds good. A little of your world, a little of mine. Just like the Frewins back in my world."

A few minutes later, their food was ready, so they ate it. While eating, Kial asked a question that Tagana ha to think about for a while. The question was if he went back to his world, would anyone else be able to go? He finally came up with an answer, and he said, "Well, it might be possible. I came here from my world, so I guess people could travel between the worlds freely."

Kial looked satisfied with that answer. After eating, Kial and Tagana went to go get their weapons. After getting them, they left the house and walked over the military base in the town. They entered it and then set off to find their commander. After they found him, he said, "Kial, Tagana, I have some bad news. People other towns are claiming to have a new disease there called `red plague.' You knew of this, as you were thrown in jail for it. We did that because the other towns had said the person who started it looked just like you. We now fear for your safety. Please be careful when traveling."

Tagana said, "I'll try. So, what are we doing today?"

The commander took out a scroll and started to read form it, "Hmmm… where are you on it… Ah! There you are! Tagana and Kial, you'll be in training today. First, you'll train solo, and then you'll train as a team. Hope you have good day!"

Kial and Tagana left the room and headed out to the training field. When they walked out onto the field, their instructor stopped them and said, "I assume you two are Kial and Tagana. I will be you instructor today. First, I want Kial to hit that target," He points at an archery target, "And I want Tagana to watch."

Kial took out her bow, readied an arrow, took aim, and shot. The arrow flew right to the target barely missing the center. Tagana just stood their standing. The instructor then said, "Very good Kial. I assume you've had some practice with a bow. It is now time to see if Tagana is good with a sword. Tagana, cut up this watermelon," he points a watermelon, "It should be very easy for you."

Tagana walked up to the watermelon, drew his sword, and struck down on the watermelon. He hit it, but didn't make a clean cut. The instructor said, "Tagana, I assume this is your first time with a sword. Try again, but use less force. Don't try to force the blade in." Tagana tried again, this time he was more successful. The blade left a clean cut in the watermelon. The instructor said, "You see? Wasn't that easier? Now, I want two to keep doing that until you've learned at least one more thing about your weapon."

An hour later, the instructor returned. He went up to Tagana and said, "I assume you've learned a little about your sword. Can you tell me one thing about it?"

Tagana stands there for a little while and says, "Yes, I have. I have learned how to strike three times in less then four seconds. Is that enough?"

The instructor walked over to Kial, not answering Tagana's question. He then asked, "And you, what have you learned?"

Kial then said, "I have learned how to shoot three arrows at one time with good accuracy. Shall we move on?"

The instructor then said, "Yes, we shall. But first, you guys can go on break. I want you back right after you eat, though."

Tagana and Kial left the training field, and then the base to go home. On their way home, two guys stopped them. One said, "So Kial, this loser is your boyfriend? I would have expected better from you."

The other then said, "I bet this loser couldn't even pick up a sword if he tried!" After hearing this, Tagana drew his sword.

He then got a battle stance and said, "You want to say that again, dirt bag?"

The two guys then ran away. Kial and Tagana then continued home. Kial started to talk again. She said to Tagana, "So, you like living in this world?"

Tagana responded with, "Well, it is very interesting. The only thing I hate is the fact we constantly get bugged about us living together. We do have our reasons, but not like they think."

Kial said, "We could easily make everyone think that I am you're your girlfriend and that you are my boyfriend. It could be easy enough. We already do a lot together as it is!"

Tagana, while still walking, went to a deep thought for a while. He finally said, "Well, I guess we could that. We might be able to take it one step further after the town believes us. We could really be a couple."

Kial said very confidently, "That will only happen if our leader approves of it. I don't even think that we can do this plan at all. Well, I'll see how much I really like you."

Tagana said, "Well, I can tell you like me already. You defended me when you barely even knew me. You took me into your home when I had nowhere to go. You don't say that you like me? You can't hide it."

Later that day, after their final training for the day, Kial and Tagana went home. Kial then asked a question that Tagana had to think on for a while. She asked if he really liked her.

After a long time of thinking he said, "Yes, I do. You are a pretty cool person. You trained yourself to be an archer. You understood about me suddenly appearing here. You even got me out of jail and took me into your home. I do like you."

Kial then left the house. She was going to the town leader to ask a very important question. One that Tagana wouldn't know about until the next day. Very late that night, Tagana was already in bed sleeping when Kial returned. She got her self ready for a long nights rest. After she got in bed, she fell asleep instantly.
