Part 1-Lucifer's Fall
Prologue----
//At first, there was nothing.//
Then awareness came, blossoming forth like a fresh flower bud, coming like a long needed light at the end of that endless black tunnel. It was magnificent, to suddenly know and understand that feeling, that sense of energy, that form of power, the total comprehension of awareness.
Then the senses came, so much more than material ones that you and I possess daily, senses that we may only feel in moments of rare happenstance. There was so much to perceive: tasting the sight of flowers, smelling the sound of majestic music, the sight of sweet scents . . . Things so far beyond the normal capacity of understanding that most beings are gifted with .
The sweet, sweet angels watched in awe-struck amazement, not quite understanding it all, yet truly delighted with all they found, all the new things, the appearance of a world called Gaea-- 'Earth' -- by them. The great beings had never seen anything like this, never felt things so accurately. Indeed, the sense of things not of their emotions, in itself, was new. Never had they felt quite like this. Creation had started with them, they knew, and spent a great deal of time with them, but it was now moving on to the more material things, things that were more intricate in nature.
There was one 'angel', one being, who was able to perform things no other being in the cosmos could. This being could create, and so when Gaea came into being with its own inhabitants, many angels-- for he had been seemingly created among their number --exalted him as ruler of their kingdom, as an awed man might call a person a hero for something he thought the person did, yet did not, really do. They called him angelic names of Jaeger-- 'God' --and Matus-- 'sovereign.' None would question his power, for he seemed all-knowing at all times, and thus the angels also called him Lanetee-- 'one who knows all' --as well. Many angels were awed by his vast powers.
But there were many dissenters as well, the bruise on the white rose. It spread like a stain, dark and gray and black, like an eternal dark cloud in a clear sky. They were feared by many of the other angels, and none had yet to stop them in their anger. Not even the great Jaeger.
Thus began their descent into darkness.
