Fan Fiction ❯ Terra's Feelings: What A Mystery ❯ Prologue ( Prologue )
[ P - Pre-Teen ]
Author's Note:I have read over many Terra/BB fanfics, but (no offense) none of them seem realistic enough. In this story I'm trying to write something that might actually happen on the show. Oh, and this is my first fanfic. Ever. Please forgive me if it isn't perfect.
DisclaimerI don't own the Teen Titans. I probably never will.
Terra's Feelings: What A Mystery
Prologue
"I have to stay."
"No..."
"I'm the only one who can stop it."
"Please Terra, you can't: It's too late!"
"It's never too late" Their final embrace. I saw her standing there. I almost thought I saw a smile on her face. Cyborg nudged me and I ran away as fast as I could. Even as far away as I was, I could still hear her scream. A scream that sliced through the roaring lava. A scream that stopped a trembling volcano. A scream that melted a black and gold mask. The scream that broke my heart.
"And a recurring nightmare that woke me out of a deep sleep," Beast Boy muttered to himself. Looking at his digital clock, he decided it didn't matter anyway. It was ten minutes to midnight of Saturday. The alarm would have gone off anyway. Slowly, BB pulled himself out of bed. He switched off the alarm, and got dressed. He opened his window and felt the hot summer air wash over him. It reminded him of the searing lava in the volcano. Sadly, BB turned into a crow and flew out the window into the darkness of the night. After doing a few acrobatic maneuvers he headed toward his destination.
Beast Boy was heading toward the volcano.
