Alright, Mizu, that ending was entirely too serious, so I'm gonna humor it up a bit in this chapter! Here we go!

Here's what happened at the end of the last chapter:

(As the barrier breaks, it sends small shards of magic into the chests of Kagome, Sango, Shippo, and Miroku.) What was that? I don't like this at all. Usually force fields don't have an after affect.

Okay, so that's what happened last time and this is what's happening this time! Enjoy!

Kikyou: (shaking head vigorously) I don't wanna go over there! (starts crying like a baby)

Naraku: (holding his ears) Shut up!

Kikyou: (starts whining/crying louder)

Naraku: Argh! Just drop her in! I don't care if Onigumo loved her! I can't stand this torture anymore! (walks away)

Kagura: (drops Kikyou in boiling pot of tar and pours feathers in with her) Ha ha ha! Try to get out of that one, Kikyou! (walks away)

Kikyou: (stands up, blinks) (dies)

A little while later…

Naraku: No! (slams fist on desk) They made it through the second barrier! (puts fingers together) But they'll never get past my best and last barrier….

Rewind a few minutes, stop, and look in the forest……

Shippo: (stumbles around) (falls on back) (twitches)

Kagome: (trips over Shippo) (falls on face) (twitches)

Sango: ("accidentally" hits Miroku with her boomerang) (falls over on face from the extra force) (twitches under her boomerang)

Miroku: (falls over from being hit) (miraculously falls on top of Sango with his hand on her butt) (twitches)

Mizu: (pretending to faint on top of Inu)

Inu: Gah! (drops Mizu on the ground) (starts running around again) Mizu cooties! Get `em off!!!

Hikari: (pokes Miroku with her sword) Are they all right?

GIR: Can I have a burrito?

Mizu: Yeah, I want one, too!

Everyone: (ignoring them)

Yuki: (kicks Miroku in the face) They'll be fine… (kicks Miroku in the ---- ) (chuckles evilly)

Inu: (cringes) Ouch…I felt that one…

Sess: (cringes) (nods) Yeah…

Kagome, Shippo, Miroku, and Sango: (start to foam at the mouth)

Ayumu: I think I know what those barrier shards did, now…

Yuki, Hikari, Mizu, Inu, and Sess: (nod)

Yuki: Well, no use staying here! (picks up Shippo and Kagome) (cringes from getting their foamy crap on her shirt) (starts to walk off) Come on, everyone!

Mizu and Ayumu: I'm not picking them up!

Hikari: (shakes head, no)

Inu: No way!

Sess: (sighs) But alas (sarcastic tone), I am chained and shackled, unable to carry our fallen comrades…

Yuki: (sets Kagome and Shippo down) Here, Seisho! (Unlocks Sess's chains) Now you can carry them all! (puts all four in his arms)

Sess: (cringes) I should learn to just shut up around them…(sighs)

Everyone: (starts to walk toward the third barrier)

Later…

Kelala: Mew?

Yuki: No! Now stop asking!!!

GIR: (salutes) Yes, sir!

Mizu: (pats GIR on the head) She wasn't talking to you. Come on. (picks him up and runs several meters away with everyone else except Inu)

Inu: Stop yelling at him!

Yuki: (turns around) (glares at Inu) What did you say?!

Inu: (completely oblivious) I said, `stop yelling at him'!

Later…

Inu: MMMmmm!!! Mm mu-uh mee-oo!!!! (bound and gagged) (suffocating under the people Sess dropped on him)

GIR: (doing the monkey dance on Inu's head)

Inu: (starts to cry)

Ayumu: (dragging him) Shut up, Inu-chan!

Sess: Well, at least that's not me…(sighs) (continues walking)

Yuki: That's right! (has her arm hooked onto Sess's) (pats his arm)

A few minutes later…

Hikari: (stops) Barrier…

Everyone: Wha--?

Girls: (jump backward) Ha!

Everyone except GIR and the girls: (run into barrier) (fly backward) Ow!

Yuki: Our superior demon speed-

Mizu: --allows us to get away-

Hikari: --from sticky predicaments-

Ayumu: --faster than even Sesshy! (sticks her tongue out as Sess)

Yuki: Another barrier, eh? How should we try to break this one?

GIR: Look at me! I'm dancin' like a monkey! (dances on Sess's head)

Sess: (tosses him at the barrier)

GIR: (dancing while in the air) (passes through the barrier) (continues to dance on the other side)

Everyone: (stares)

Hikari: I think we have to dance like GIR to get through…

Ayumu: No, not like GIR-

Mizu: Like a monkey!

Girls: (start dancing like monkeys and pass through)

Sess: No…
