Chapter three: A day at the beach, pizza and a little talk…

 

 

Next morning was Beast boy up at six AM and went to Chronos's room, he knocked on the door softly, but there was not any reply. Therefore, he went to the kitchen to make so breakfast for himself, and saw Raven and Draco eating breakfast and Chronos was making some for Beast boy and himself.

“Morning BB, slept well?” Chronos asked while putting the food on the table. Beast boy nodded and went over to give Chronos a morning kiss.

“Mmm, tofu eggs and tofu waffles. Chronos nearly the same except for the tofu eggs he had some real eggs and some bread besides. He went over to the fridge and took some juice, and two glasses. Then Robin and Cyborg came in followed by Starfire, they went over to the table and started to eat some breakfast.

“Hmm, it's a nice sunny day so why don't we go to the beach?” Cyborg asked.

“Maybe, but what if there is some criminals on the lose?” Robin stated.

“Well, I'll make them regret if they are ruining my day at the beach.” Chronos said.

“Jubii, we will go the beach,” Raven said sarcastically.

The Titans hurried to get their bading suits and such, and soon they sat in the T-Car.

There were about an hour to the beach, so they used the time to annoy each other's.

“BB, give me my book back” Raven said slightly angry.

“Nuh uh, only if you laugh and smile for real at one of my jokes.” Beast boy said mocking.

“Never going to happen.” She answered really pissed of.

Chronos snatched the book from Beast boy, and gave it to Raven.

“Here is your book again,” Chronos said.

“Thanks” she said, and started reading again.

A little while after they were at the beach, moreover they found a good place. Raven and Starfire wanted to work on their tan for a while, and the boy went to the sea.

Chronos went out on the bathing jetty and waited, besides Robin, Cyborg, Draco and Beast boy were already in the water.

“Come in, the water is quite warm” Beast boy and they three others said.

“Sure you don't mind?” Chronos asked nervous.

“Why should we have anything against you being in the water?” Draco asked.

“Well… it's just because that…. I am….different…when I'm going into salt water.” He replied rather angst afraid that they will hate him if he told them.

“How are you different?” they asked again.

“This way…” Chronos said and jumped in the water, legs first. There went a couple of minutes before his face was over the water. He looked at the others who looked like questions marks.

“What's the big secret?” they asked interested.

“I'll show you and dove under water head first and exposed his ``Legs`` that now were a fishtail like mermaids. He reappeared again 5 minutes later and saw their faces, and he was ashamed of himself.

“WTF” was the only thing they said, and then Robin opened his mouth to say something.

“How is that happed?” Robin asked.

“It's because my great great great grand mother was a mermaid, so it's in my genes to be like this.” He said trying to regain his tranquillity again.

“Wow, that's just so cool” Beast boy, Draco and Cyborg, said at the same time.

“So how long can you swim at 3 minutes,” Robin asked rather fascinated that his friend had mermaid blood in him.

“Pretty long, Ok take the time” Chronos said and prepared to start.

“Ok, you start when I counted to 5. Alright?” Cyborg said.

“1…2…3…4….5 Go!” They shouted.

Moreover, Chronos dove and swamed pretty fast. In addition, when the three minutes were over he reappeared from the water and called Cyborg.

“Can't you measure the distance from here to you?” Chronos asked

“Ok, one minute…. OMG…” Cyborg shouted

“What is it, Cyborg?” the three left males asked.

“He's… 300 km from here!” Cyborg replied.

“That's pretty awesome, not even aqua-lad can do that.” Robin said.

“So, how long away was I away, Cyborg?” Chronos said suddenly

“Wow, when did you come back?” They asked again.

“About 2 minutes ago, but I was under water so I didn't hear it because I was hunting a fish school.” He replied.

“Hey Beast boy, come I want to show you something I saw on the way back.” Chronos said

“Ok, let's get moving, dude” Beast boy said.

Then the two of them swam of, and Chronos was pretty much ahead of Beast boy.

“Ok, almost there, Beast boy come on you slow turtle” He said grinning…

When Chronos stopped Beast boy also stopped and Beast boy saw the most beautiful reef he ever had seen in his whole life.

“Wow. It's really beautiful, how did you find that?” He said to Chronos

“When I was hunting for some fish, I accidentally found this.”

They saw back almost half, when Chronos pointed upwards.

Beast boy became himself, swam over to Chronos, and gave him a kiss.

“That's because you showed me that reef.” He muttered and deepened the kiss.

“I knew you would like it.” Chronos said smiling and gave Beast boy a long kiss.

“Come on we better get back, before they are getting suspicious.” Chronos said after the kiss.

“Ok, but what shall we tell them if they are asking?” Beast boy asked nervous.

“Just tell them what you saw.” Chronos said calmly.

“That I saw the most handsome guy in the entire world swimming free around with nothing on his mind?” Beast boy said slightly joking.

Then Chronos smiled and blushed really much at the comment.

“No. and thanks…and now tell them about the reef my little tofu-block and you can be excited about tonight,” Chronos said.

“Why so?” Beast boy said with some excitement.

“Wait and see…” Chronos said with a loving voice.

They went back and told the others about the reef and such. Raven and Starfire were so tanned that they looked almost like chocolate. However, Chronos stayed in the water, not wanting the girls to see that he had a fishtail.

“Yo, dude show them what you showed us.” Cyborg said smiling and the girls blushed by the comment because they thought of something else…

“Don't worry girls, it's not like you think.” Chronos said a little embarrassed. Then he showed them his fishtail.

“It's really cool; when he showed us the tail he swam 300 km at three minutes.” Beast boy said excited and happy.

“Why are you so happy about?” Raven asked curious.

“N-nothing, just happy.” Beast boy said nervous.

It was beginning to darken when they sat in the car and drove home, and Chronos and Raven was sleeping. Raven had her head on Draco's shoulder and Chronos had his head resting on Beast boy's shoulder.

When they stopped at the T-Tower, Chronos and Raven woke up.

The clock showed seven o'clock, so Cyborg called for some pizza.

“What pizza do you want?” Cyborg said.

“Vegetarian” Beast boy said.

“Pepperoni, ham, and cheese” Robin said

“The same as Robin, but with mustard also.” Starfire ordered.

“The same as usual” Raven said tired.

“Hot `n' spicy” Draco exclaimed. However, Chronos was the only who haven't ordered, because he was thinking at Beast boy.

“Earth to Chronos, hello are you there?” Cyborg said.

“Huh? Oh, I want quarter of it with pepperoni and cheese, a quarter with beef and ham, and a quarter with vegetables and final quarter with seafood. And lot of chilli all over it” Chronos said and yawned.

“Ok, the pizzas will be here in about ten minutes” Cyborg said.

“Oh, joy.” Raven said with a voice dripping of sarcasm.

“I'll be in my room, call me when the pizzas are here ok?” Chronos said.

“Ok,” Robin said while playing videogames with Beast boy and Cyborg.

Raven rose from her seat, walked out of the living room, and went to Chronos's.

Raven knocked on the door and asked if she could come in.

“Who is it?” Chronos asked.

“It's me, Raven.” She said.

“Ok. Wait a minute.” Chronos said quickly

“Come in” Chronos answered and opened the door for her.

”So, what did you came for?” Chronos asked

“Eh, the pizza is here?” Raven said blushing.

“Come on, Raven tell me, what's wrong?” Chronos asked.

“Ok… I just wanted to know what you were doing.” Raven said curious.

This time it was Chronos's turn to blush.

“I…Eh…was d-doing n-nothing.” He stuttered.

“Come on, you can tell me it. I will not say it to the others,” Raven said.

“I really can't Raven, it's much too personal and embarrassing to talk about.” He said while blushing crimson.

Then when Raven realised that Chronos sat half-naked, it hit her like tons of bricks.

“OMG, please tell me that you weren't doing the thing I think you did.” She said shocked.

“What were you thinking at?” Chronos asked curious.

“That you were masturbating.” Raven answered with a little voice and blushing really much.

“WHAT, HELL NO!” Chronos almost shouted.

“I have two good reasons not to do it. First, I could sense you walking towards my room and I was only changing my clothes when you came in.” Chronos said.

“And the second reason was?” Raven asked interested.

“Ok, but promise me that you don't tell it to the others.” Chronos said with puppy eyes.

“Ok, tell me the second reason.” Raven said.

“I will give Beast boy a real treat tonight.” Chronos said while looking at his floor.

“You mean… sex?” Raven said a little surprised.

“Yes…. But only if he want it.” Chronos said.

“We better go, because the pizza's is almost here. Moreover, the others might be suspicious if we don't come and get our pizzas” Raven said a little shocked.

“Ok, let's get moving.” Chronos said relieved.

They went back into the living room were the others were eating their pizzas, Cyborg, Draco, Robin and Beast boy were playing video games while eating pizzas. Starfire was cheering on all four while she eat pizza.

“So, what were you doing?” Cyborg smirked.

“Only talking about magic stuff and so.” Chronos lied.

“Come sits with us friends.” Starfire said hyperactive as always.

“Ok, fine with us.” Raven said quickly.

Raven sat by Draco and Chronos sat by Beast boy, while taking a bite of their pizzas. When Chronos then suddenly put an arm around Beast boy's waist and laid his head on Beast boy's shoulder. Beast boy did not say anything and continued with his game.

After awhile they finished with theirs game, Raven just sat and read her book. They finished their pizzas and were ready to go to sleep, when they heard a strange noise come from the roof. Chronos closed his eyes to sense who it was, when he suddenly smiled.

“No panic, I'll go check what it is.” Chronos said somewhat happy.

“Ok, but call us if you'll need you.” Robin said.

“I don't think that will happen.” Chronos said and teleported up to the roof.

“We better go check if necessary.” Cyborg said.

Then they left the living room to go up the roof.
