Chapter 46: Gorgeous Goddesses

A long time ago there existed three goddesses, Key, the goddess of the light born from the rays of the sun. Saiyoua, the goddess of darkness, born from the eclipse of the moon, and Messiha, not born but created by the souls of the innocent.

Saiyoua thirsted for a beautiful place to live, alone and drove mad by the darkness, she desired beauty and light, but could never ever approach it for the gold never welcomed dark onyx, and the two metals and two forces could never mix.

With her desires and wishes, Saiyoua gave birth to two twin stars, one of them was named, Earth, the other Gaia, however both planets stayed dark, the light unable to reach them and allow things to bloom.

Key, being beautiful and gentle living within the center of the sun it's self where no other force could lay eyes upon the sun god's Rada's daughter, she grew lonely and sorrowful without companions. One day, against her father's wishes she left the sun in search of others, Rada was furious and banished her forever from the sun, leaving her to wonder the cold lonely deeps of space forever by herself.

Thousands of years later as she wondered, she stumbled on two planets laying abandoned and lifeless in the shadows. Using the light she had inside of her, she created a second sun to glow over the planets, and life bloomed on the planets.

Saiyoua watched, and giggled with glee as she saw beauty and light come to the surface of her children. She watched as flowers bloomed and tress grew. The planets were beautiful gardens in which she and Key became friends and lived together. For the first time, darkness and light could speak and touch, and so day and night fell on to the planets.

Hundreds of years went on like this, but Key once again began to grow lonely, and she gave birth to seven angels, whom in turn gave birth to children taking on the forms of humans, animals, and other species as well such as creatures evolved from cats and rats and rabbits. Saiyoua saw this, and in her anger at the fact Key decided share their planets with others, created creatures such devils, Vampires, Demons and man-beasts to slay the life Key had brought.

However with the birth of souls, and lifestream appeared in the planets, and those whom died, their souls went to water the planets, and keep them alive. Saiyoua was fought back by Key and life was allowed to continue.

Then hundreds of years later, the species on the planets began to fight and argue, and murder each other, other's stayed pure but corruption was spreading. Good and evil souls went into the life stream, and from their souls Messiha, the goddess of the life stream and the ultimate existence was created. She was created from innocent souls, but was neither good or evil. Being innocent does mean being good, it means being true to yourself, and being innocent in what you fully believe in, for Messiha believes in neither good or evil and sees no difference between the two. More powerful then both goddesses, Messiha caused them to fear, but never did she cause any trouble but stayed in the life streams, watching over the souls of those whom died, and watched over the streams. Dark souls filled the stream, souls of bad will and power...and the planets started to poison.

On the planet the creatures had named earth, and tress and animals were destroyed and in it's place was machines...hundreds of machine buildings and people with machine hearts. The beauty the once filled it was gone, and Saiyoua was left to cry.

Saiyoua confronted Key about the earth, and showed her what was happening. Key simply said `This planet now is their's let them choose what they wish to do with themselves, I believe their hearts will eventually steer them right.'

She turned an blind eye to the chaos, leaving only Saiyoua to watch bitterly as Earth was more and more destroyed until it became a dead planet...with dead souls, wars and machines being the only thing left, as well as people with almost no souls left to them.

Key though did not fret at this, and watched happily and longing, the people, for unlike Saiyoua she had not fallen in love with planets but with the people whom lived on them.

This continued on for thousands of years, and Saiyoua turned more angry and more resentful towards Key and the light, and shut herself off into the darkness to watch helplessly as more and more of Earth and then Gaia began to loose it's beauty. Hate grew in her heart and more and more she became dark and hateful, hating Key and every thing she made.

In this darkness and hate she met Oisa the one of pure and true justice, he would wipe away the guilty and sinful, like an executioner, and destory everything that harmed the planet.

Oisa was the dark side of the life stream, while Messiha acted neutral and would soothed the souls whom entered into the life stream, she had hate for Key and Saiyoua whom acted as though the planets and the lives were their property, and Oisa was created from a dark fragment of her soul, and she sent it off into space, hopeing it would disappear forever, and made it impossible for him to enter the planets, unless by her power she willed it.

Then the people began to fight, in the name of the goddesses, and slaughtered each other in hopes of gaining favor and getting riches and power. Saiyoua then battled Key, trying to destory her and take back the planets. The only way for Key to escape would be the summon those whose souls were not corrupted to do her wish, for she knew of Saiyoua's plan to summon Oisa and of the darkness that she wished to bring on her people.

The seven angels broke apart, and turned to seven orbs, hidden in the earth, as Key wished, for only with the power of The Goddess Grail could she walk on earth and Gaia disguised as a human to try and find those of uncorrupted souls, but for the Goddess Grail was created by the power of Saiyoua as well, Saiyoua also walked on the planets looking for those whom would serve her.

Messiah seeing the trouble, used her powers to create the Goddess Stone, but it could only be made by a child...so using her powers she transformed herself into a baby and lived on the earth, the goddess stone growing inside of her until she was killed and sent back to the life stream. A man, the warrior Key found entered into the life stream, and instead of doing what Messiah asked, to use the goddess stone to destroy both Saiyoua and Key, for both goddesses were causing war and chaos on the people and planet, his love for Key was greater and did as she wished, by combining her and Saiyoua together with the stone, so the dark goddess could not do as she wished, and then, for Key's final wish to be reborn as an human baby so Key could finally live among the people she loved.

The goddess stone broke apart, three of the four orbs waiting to enter into certain people chosen by Messiah. One of these people was the wairrior. Messiah disappeared, and the lifestream was left unprotected, but for darkness was gone people relaxed and did not care as to Messiah's faith.

The final piece of the goddess stone stayed with Messiah, and she held onto it, waiting to give it to the one whose innocence matched her own, and would, if Saiyoua and Key were ever revived, would do her bidding and fallow her wishes if she could not do them herself.

One day, soon after the war, by Messiah's will traveled a man and woman from earth whom brought with them the power of machines and they started a city, but unknown to her, this also brought the darkness of the people of earth.

The goddess stone would give ultimate power to the goddess, and with it, if the goddess so wished could use the power Messiah had within the stone to call Oisa to earth, whoever possessed this stone would control the faith of the worlds...

And now present day, Key's new warrior turned against her and Saiyoua holds the stone, and a new era, an era of darkness is about to befall the planets...

A beam of silver light raised up from the top of Capsule Corporation, and filled the sky, breaking threw the mist, and turning everything a bright silver, the ground trembled violently, the surface cracked as beams of light, coming from the life stream which ran under the crust of Gaia's planet shot upward.

Aria clutched her head, screaming out in pain, the horn on her head flaring for a few moments before she finally recomposed herself.

"Oh no, it can't be! Saiyoua has gotten her hands on the goddess stone!" She cried out fearfully, drawing Bra, Lena's and Maria's attention to her.

"What do you mean?" Bra asked nervously.

"The goddess stone? What's that?" Said Maria confused.

"No!" Lena growled, slamming her fist onto the wall, tears sliding down her eye lids. "It's over.....we...we lost..."

"No!" Colt cried from his room, and slowly crawled towards them, still paralyzed, gasping for breath from the pain. "They.....couldn't....of lost.....Carrie....No..."

Maria dashed towards him, and gently helped him to stand. "I can't believe it either...We...We can't loose....I just don't believe it."

"Hey!" Lena asked looking around herself. "Where are Lemon and Rose?"

"I don't know...but, Pan is gone to, I don't think Lemon would put Pan in any danger, so they can't be far." Maria informed.

"They are probably above, let's go!" Bra said seriously, dashing up the stairs.

"Oh my god...." Rose trailed off slowly, putting a hand to her mouth. "What is this?"

Lemon stood, trembling. "This light I saw it before"

FLASH

An sixteen year old Lemon, white hair, devil wings and tail, pushed himself off the ground, bleeding from many wounds that had appeared all over his body. He groaned painfully, rolling over onto his back, and raising himself up weakly with his arms, he looked up at the sky which shimmered sliver.

"What? What's this power...?"

White light began to shoot up from the ground, and he shield his face from the light, and from fear of being struck. He slowly forced himself to run towards the source, and arrived at the sean of the Goddess tower, and watched in shock at the merging of the two goddesses. He put his hand to his mouth, watching startled, he hid behind the wall, watching as now only three other people were left in the room, Cid, Taromecika, and the combined form of the goddesses.

Taromecika was setting on the ground bleeding, his sword threw to the side, having probably been knocked out of his hands, Cid, slowly approached the goddess, holding the shimmering goddess stone in his hands.

"Cid! Stop! Don't you know what you are doing!? You can't...!" Taromecika protested, but was ignored.

"STOP!!!" he shouted again, but Cid now stood before the goddess, whom smiled at him and nodded slowly.

As though in slow motion Cid trusted the goddess stone into the hands of the goddess and everything shimmered bright silver, clouding everyone's visions. Lemon closed his eyes, against the force of the glow and Taromecika no longer able to look either covered his eyes, his voice shouting in anger and agony

"NOOOOO!!!!"

The light faded and Lemon blinked rabidly in surprise as he saw the goddess and the stone gone and a beautiful baby girl with brown and gold hair, and ocean eyes crying loudly in Cid's arms.

"What have you done?" Taromecika's voice shook with rage. "You've doomed us all!"

"No, this is something wonderful." The other man shook his head. "Humans now have a chance to stop fighting and to guide their own futures and destinies, our faith now rests in our own hands. This is a new beginning for Gaia, and maybe even for earth as well. I see a wonderful future."

Taromecika silently got up, and walked away, he walked past Lemon but did not even seem to notice him as he quietly mumbled to himself, voice dripping with hate like a poisonous venom, and turned back once to take an hateful glare back at Cid.

"All I see is despair..."

Despair...despair....despair...

FLASH

Lemon held Pan closer as if in an attempt to protect her. "I know this light, it's the light of the goddess stone...."

"The goddess stone...but didn't they need all four orbs to bring it back into existence?" Rose blinked puzzled. "Unless....Genki.....oh god...."

"Genki? What?" Lemon asked, turning to her with wide eyes. The woman lowered her head, before looking him back into the eyes.

"We didn't want tell you, because you were still recovering, and we did not want to cause unneeded grief but...Genki's dead....he died....he must have contained the last orb."

"..............." Lemon's face lost the little color it had lift. "He's dead....no....no...!And now, what about the others, what is happening up there? Who is using the stone?"

At this time Bra, along with Lena, Maria who held Colt, and Aria ran up to the surface, and stared up at the sky in bewilderment.

"Wow...everything has turned sliver..." Maria trailed off in awe.

"This power, it must be even stronger then all the machines in Angeles, no in all the worlds put together, what could make that much power?" Bra shook her head in disbelief.

"No, Messiah, Genki...." Aria cried. "Saiyoua, we can't let Saiyoua have the stone!"

"Carrie! Everyone, they have to be all right!" Colt sobbed, reaching out towards the building, wishing there was something he could do.

"How do you know it's Saiyoua who has the stone? Maybe someone else is using it." Rose reasoned. "We can't always expect the worst."

"You don't understand!" Aria snapped. "I can feel the stone, it is Saiyoua who has it!"

"Feel it?" Lemon blinked. "What do you mean?"

"I can't tell you!"

"We need to know!" Lemon shouted back at her. "Our friends may be dead, our world may be destroyed! We have a right to know how you know it's Saiyoua!! How!?" The vampire shook her shoulders, angrily, causing her to start whimpering.

Lena brought her hand down on Lemon's still sore arms, causing him to yelp and move away from the child, he looked up at the woman questionably.

"Lemon, she has a good reason not to tell us anything."

"But...."

"All we can do now, is wait and watch."

"Squall....everyone...." Lemon looked back towards the bulding, tears shining in his eyes.

On the top floor of Capsule Corp, some waited in anticipation, some in pure horror for the light to fade. Thousands of years seemed to go by in those few minuets, but then the light cleared and three forms appeared in the sky above, one of them falling rabidly down towards the ground.

Ryan gasped as he watched the figure fall, he could not move though, he was paralyzed.

Squall looked up, and dashed forward, holding out his arms as he caught Ruto, falling on one knee by the force of the weight, he stared down at her face, her eyes was closed, and she breathing in raspy breaths, as if struggling to breath. Slowly his eyes traveled down and noticed her bulging stomach, they went wide....he knew what that looked like, Lemon had looked like that a few months ago...it wasn't gained weight, Ruto, was pregnant.

Ryan stared at them trembling, taking small steps forward eyes fixed solely on Ruto's form.

Squall turned towards him and growled, turning to Mimi and to Parfait whom had woken up from being hit not all that long ago he told them

"Watch her, I'm going to have a word with Ryan."

Mimi and Parfait kneeled over her, while Carrie, along with Lima crowded around worriedly.

"Did she gain weight or what." Lima said bluntly.

"No Lima...I think she's pregnant....with a baby!" Carrie exclaimed, placing her hand on Ruto's stomach. "I hope it's ok in there...in went through alot, it'll be lucky enough if Ruto comes out of this alive, but it will be a real miracle if the baby lives, but whose...whose could it be? Was it a baby born from the power of the two goddesses or...."

"It is...." Mimi turned to look at Ryan. "Ryan's."

"What!?" Lima squaked in disbelief.

"I remember Genki was really mad one night and I asked him....he told me that Ryan and Ruto had made love but...Ryan was to scared after to tell Ruto how he felt, and pretended the whole thing never happened, and he hurt her feelings badly by doing so. This baby, she is carrying is Ryan's child."

"My brother's baby? No way!" Parfait gasped. "Ryan! You got to snap out of it! You have a child to take care of now! PLEASE!"

Ryan gasped, eyes growing wide as he heard Parfait's cry. `Ruto's...pregnant...my child?...'

"Ryan how could you do this? How could you doom us all!?" Squall growled, tears stinging his gray eyes.

".....I......."

"Our planet is doomed now, because of you!"

".............."

Squall roared, sending a slap to Ryan's face, causing him to stumbled back, gripping the red mark on his cheek.

"I didn't have a choice....it was what I was created to do....It was all what I was created to do, my only purpose...my only..." Ryan's sword shimmered black and an dark light surrounded his body. "My only purpose is to destory everyone whom stands in Saiyoua's way..." Squall took a step back as he watched as the other boy took his sword in his hand, and raised in over his head, ready to bring the sword down on him. Squall dodged out of the way, the weapon hitting the ground, causing sparks and the jolt to go up Ryan's arms.

"I see now....you've gone crazy and your being controlled...the Ryan that was our friend would never wish to do this...for his sake...I'll kill you."

Ryan went to bring his sword down again, but Squall quickly reached into his jacket and pulled out the substance Maria had gave him, the substance that destroyed Kamertion. He threw it, splashing Ryan from head to toe with the liquid.

The demon-half stood there for a moment blinking confused, before, screaming out in pain, wrapping his arms around himself, as he tried to stop the pain in vain and desperate attempt. He felt as though he was burning up, as though fire was being lit under his skin.

Taromecika and Keith turned towards him startled as he stumbled back, Squall gasped in fright and disgust as Ryan moved his arms, the skin looked as though it was melting off of his bones! As though it was hot boiling oil that had been thrown on him. He looked at Squall through a frightened face, his face being the only part of him that hadn't been splashed, and collapsed to the ground, trembling violently.

"What...the..." Keith's eyes went wide.

"What did you do to my son!?" Taromecika screamed.

"Your son!?' Squall gasped. "But I thought he was made of only Kamertion, how then..."

"The real Ryan was my son, and it was my son's Magention that was placed inside of him." Taromecika informed. "What did you do to him!?"

Parfait's green eyes went wide and she placed an hand to her mouth. `If the real Ryan was the son of Taromecika...then that must mean...Taromecika is also my father...but father or not...I wont forgive him for what he did....not ever!'

"I get it..." Keith trailed of slowly. "That substance destroys Kamertion. Doesn't matter...Father look, mother is revived to her full power!"

"Yes...your right...my love...she is revived, and her wishes will come true! Forget about a rusting useless, broken doll, he served his purpose, and will die with honor now, and I will live proudly, knowing my son revived Saiyoua."

Ryan opened his eyes slowly, having had closed them in pain. "Squall...." he mumbled painfully. "For as much as it's worth....I'm sorry....I'm so sorry." tears rolled down his face. "I can't believe what I did....your right....I did go crazy.....tell the other's I am sorry....not that I'm expecting you to forgive me....and take care of Ruto...and...and the baby..." Ryan smiled weakly. "I know there still has to be a way....there is always a way, as long as we don't give up..." he eyes closed, and Squall nodded stepping away from him.

"RYAN!!!" Parfait screamed, looking to dash forward, but Mimi grabbed her arm, holding her back.

"No, don't! It's to dangerous! Stay close to us!"

"...But....big brother...."

"........I don't believe what I am seeing...!" Lena gasped, awe struck.

"Saiyoua and Key..." Aria trailed off. "Are they going to battle?"

The gathered group below stared up in the sky, the roof of the building had been destroyed, and silhouetted against an silver sky they could see two winged forms, and knew, knew that they were the goddesses.

"But, I saw a third form, and it fell...." Maria trailed off. "Was I seeing things?"

"No...It had to have been, Maya! Maya!" Lemon cried, looking to dash forward, but Lena angrily grabbed him by the hair, yanking him backwards.

"You can't go, you have to protect Pan, besides, getting yourself killed wont do anything."

Lemon began to cry bitterly, falling to his knees. "Once again....Once again I can do nothing but watch...."

Saiyoua's dark blue lips pressed into a smile, opening her pitch black eyes. She was now in her true form. Pale purple skin, her slim body dressed in skimpy black leather, revealing most of her body, but hiding the private parts of her just barely. Her arms were long, and her nails were giant and sharp, but were dressed in dark leather gloves, as was her legs up to her knees were covered with boots. Her black hair was cut short in a blunt cut that went to the middle of her neck, her ears were pointed and just above them she adored a pair golden horns, a pair of pitch black wings, like a crow's fluttered behind her.

"Well, well, Key, it seems as though I am going to finally defeat you."

The other figure, whom instead of crow wings had the wings of a dove, looked up at Saiyoua breathing weakly, back hunched over as though she was barely able to stay up in the air. Long golden curls fell down her back, eyes as blue as the sky looked back, painfully at Saiyoua. Key's body was covered in sweat, as she panted heavily in agony, her short golden armor, gleaming like the sun, and very well enough revealed her body which shook in pain.

"Saiyoua..." She spoke in a small, tiny little voice, the voice in which Ruto had spoke in when giving the orbs to Ryan, Genki and Mimi in temple Anju. "Please stop this, you don't know what your doing."

"To hell I don't! I'm saving this planet, I wont let it continue to die!"

"By killing everyone on it!? What good will be the planet then!?"

"What good are humans on a planet!?" Saiyoua hissed. "All they do is destory and kill, why should I sacrifice what I love just for them to destory it!?"

"...Saiyoua you don't have the right to summon Oisa. You don't have to right to be the judge, let them decide their own faith!"

"DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT!? HOW DARE YOU---!!" She hissed. "You forget Key! I gave birth to the planets! You may have gave birth to humans, you may of gave them life, they may be your children, which is why you fight to save them, but." Saiyoua looked at Key through intense eyes, filled with rage. "Earth and Gaia are my children, and I refuse to stand back and watch you destory them!!! AHHHH!!"

Key gasped horrified as Saiyoua began to power up an large sphere of dark magic. In an desperate attempt Key brought her arms up in front of her, charging up her own magical blast. The magic was unleashed and darkness crashed into light. Everyone from the ground watched in anticipation as the two forces battled each other, one side black, the other gold.

"I wont allow you to kill my children, Saiyoua! Stop this madness at once!!"

"And allow you to kill mine!? This is your final faith Key! Face the wrath you deserve!!"

The darkness grew larger and engulfed the black energy, once again everything was bathed in light, and when it disappeared only one goddess remained, the other was destroyed.

"No!" Carrie gasped.

"Key...!" Cried Mimi.

"The goddess Key was killed!?" Parfait screamed in horror.

"What do we do now!? How could the very goddess of light herself get destroyed!?" Lima stared up at Saiyoua trembling.

"We are....finished...." Squall trailed off, slowly. "We don't stand a chance...."

Everyone outside in the small group gathered stared in shock and horror, slowly Lemon took a step forward, tears shining in his eyes.

"No....I don't believe it....." Tears rolled down his cheeks and he shouted, his voice echoing threw the dead city. "NO!!"

Ruto moaned, slowly opening her eyes, she blinked in confusion, and sat up slowly.

"What? Where am I? What has happened....?" She gasped loudly, looking up into the sky at Saiyoua whom laughed gleefully.

"Finally Key and her wretched light has been destroyed! Now, witness the summoning of OISA!!!"

"No!!!" Ruto screamed, reaching her hand forward as if she could stop her as she watched Saiyoua raise the goddess stone over her head, it shimmered black and light burst from it, the stone shattered into pieces, and disappeared, but Saiyoua did not care, the summoning for Oisa was complete, and now with the stone gone, the only way to destory her was gone too.

"Saiyoua, you have done it! You have won! Aya..." Taromecika praised. "You have done it! All our strife has been rewarded after so long! I'm glad to have been able to serve you and help you in your task, my love."

Saiyoua landed close to him. "Yes you did well, Taromecika, it's almost a shame that I don't need you around anymore."

"What?" The demon god looked at her, shock and disbelieve stamped on his face.

Keith's eyes grew wide, as he watched Saiyoua extend her hand close to his forehead, a ball of black magic glowing in the center of her palm.

"No...you can't!" Taromecika protested, an look of betrayal stamped so clearly and painfully on his face, one could swear that the hand of god himself had placed it there. Wordless, and with only a cruel smirk Saiyoua let the energy blast go, it engulfed the demon-god killing him instantly. She turned to Keith, whom backed away fearfully, face pale, body trembling.

"No need to fear, son, I have no need to destory you, you are my angel, you will help with Oisa's summoning."

"....Y....Yes, mother."

The dark goddess turned to the terrified group, smirking. "Looks like I should take care of the infestation of parasites."

"Don't you dare hurt my friends, you bitch!" Ruto growled, trying to climb to her feet, but stumbled on her knees, hanging on her stomach in pain.

"Ruto, what's wrong!?' Lima cried, panicked.

"Ohh, my stomach it's....Ohhh...!"

"I know these pains, Lemon had them, she is going to soon have the baby!" Squall exclaimed, this adding to their fright.

"Yes, that baby, it sucked so much of my energy out of me, it will be a pleasure destroying it." Saiyoua said coldly.

"B...baby...?" Ruto muttered weakly. "Who's...." her eyes darted around the room and landed on Ryan, her eyes widened, and she looked to run forward. "RYAN!!"

She somehow forced herself to her feet, but Squall grabbed her, holding her back. "We have to get out of hear, Ruto!"

"No! We can't just leave him! I wont!!"

"As if you could leave anyway! DIE!!" Saiyoua screamed, raising her hand up into the air, and summoning a sphere of magic.

I wont let you!

"What!?"

The group began to glow, and all of them instantly vanished, leaving Saiyoua and Keith alone in the room.

"That voice..." Keith began, slowly shaking his head. "That was Genki's I know it anywhere...but how?"

Ruto and the others appeared outside infront of their friends whom had watched the whole horrifying ordeal from below.

"Squall!!" Lemon cried, running up to him, throwing an arm around him, as he held Pan protectively with the other.

"Le...Lemon! Your all right!?"

"Carrie!" Colt exclaimed and the young Fernandez girl rushed to him, throwing her arms around him and began to sob. "We failed Colt, we lost our battle."

"Oh!! Your arm and your leg!" Maria cried, dropping to her knees beside Lima.

"Parfait, your hear!?" Lena exclaimed in shock, falling on her knees beside the young girl, whom sobbed, throwing her arms around her former teacher, trembling in fright.

"Oh, Miss.Lena, I am so scared!"

Tears rolled down Bra's eyes. "I didn't want to believe, but Genki is really not hear with you..."

"I heard his voice....I heard it and then we disappeared, I think he teleported us out of the building..." Mimi trailed off slowly.

"Of course he did, there is still a chance." Aria spoke softly.

"Aria? What do you mean?" Bra asked but everything was silent as Ruto yelped in pain, tears rolling down her face.

"Maya!" Lemon exclaimed, falling on his knees beside his childhood friend, his eyes instantly noticed her condition. "The baby, it's going to born any moment now!!"

"A baby!?" Lena gasped, Aria's eyes grew double in size.

"We have to get her inside!" Maria exclaimed, kneeling down beside the girl.

"We will operate immediately." Bra said seriously, rushing into the house to get ready.

"Ryan....Ryan...." Ruto trailed doff weakly, looking to her right as Maria scooped her up.

"RYAN!!" Parfait cried, dashing over to her brother, screaming and crying in panic. Lena knelt down next to him, frighteningly placing a hand on his chest. "He's still breathing, if we act fast he wont die. What happened to him?"

"It's a long story, we will explain later." Squall spoke hurriedly.

Maria carried Ruto into the building while she weakly continued to mumble the demon-half's name.

"Oh god, Ryan...I'm sorry, this is my fault." Lemon cried.

"Lemon, what do you mean?" Squall asked slowly.

"..........I did a terrible thing, Squall. And that terrible thing is what lead me to serving Lounaru."

"Lounaru was an altered version of one of the ones whom fought in the first goddess wars, the woman named Lou, she was Ryan's mother and....I killed her....at least I tried to....but she didn't die and....Taromecika used his machines and dark magic and transformed her into Lounaru. That is why.....that is why I once served Lounaru, to make up for my sin...." The vampire turned to Parfait. "I am sorry, I was the one who killed your mother."

"........" Parfait stood stunned. "Why....why? Why did you do it?"

"Hate....anger.....I cared for her alot...but....she thought of me as a little brother....I was angry, and since Lucifer the devil himself whom served Taromecika, had a claim over my soul....it was easy to control me and make me do whatever they wanted. I am sorry..."

"............." The little girl remained silent. "Like how I was controlled? Then....I am angry, but I can't blame you....because I was the one whom killed Genki....for I, as Hikari was controlled as well....how can I not take the blame for what I did and then blame you when you were controlled as well....? I don't blame you."

Lemon's eyes filled with tears and he smiled weakly. "Your such a forgiving girl, just like how your mother was...."

Squall's eyes widened, all this time he was fearing something else between the pyromaniac and his love, but now, now all the pieces to the puzzle instantly filled in and the picture was revealed. Years ago, Lemon must have been in love with this girl Lou, but she, she must have been in love with Taromecika, and Lemon grew angry...and so he was controlled to kill the woman, and he brought her to Taromecika and she became Lounaru. Lemon must of been sorrowful and guilty for what he did and that is why, even when he wasn't under dark influence stayed working for Taromecika, to stay by Lounaru's side and serve as if in an attempt to punish his own self for his sins. That is why.....

"Lemon." Squall spoke softly, making the vampire turn around. He took him in a hug. "I understand now, your sin, I understand, don't worry, I don't think any less of you, I killed also, except my sins were worse then yours since I had control of my actions."

"Squall..." Lemon cried, burring his head in the man-beasts coat. "I'm glad your ok!"

"Ahhhhhhh!!!" Parfait screamed, pointing up to the sky, frightened. "What is that!?"

Lemon, Squall, Lena, Aria, and even Pan who was still far to young to understand followed her gaze and gasped. High up in the sky, there could see a fiery ball in the sky, a dark glow surrounding it. Aria gasped, stepping forward.
