Volume 3, Chapter 11
Challenging Death
When I awoke Janene was sitting at the computer. She was typing something and I was curious.
"Hello Janene!" I said.
"Hey!" She said covering the computer screen.
"It's okay I know who you're talking to" I said kissing her.
"You do?" She asked.
"Yeah! Cameran?" I guessed.
"Nope! I'm talking to Sarah about last night!" She said.
"Great! Now Sarah knows!" I groaned.
She stood up and hugged me. I wanted a kiss but it would've been rude to ask? She knew what I wanted and she looked at me. I slowly moved in to kiss her. But we were interrupted by the siren. We ran outside and saw death killing our men. I ran in front of an injured soldier and pulled out my long sword. I was ready to fight him no matter the cost!!
"Death this is where I end this!!" I screamed attacking him.
"I'm here to warn you!!" Death screamed.
"Warn me?" I said.
"The day in which the prophecy will be fufilled draws near!" Death said.
"Hey What are you talking about! This soon!" I screamed.
"Well see ya!" Death said teleporting.
"Dammit!!" I screamed sheating my sword.
"Jon?" Janene said.
"C'mon let's go back to the room!" I said with a smile.
When we got back I got in the shower. Janene came in there and asked if she could join me! I said hell yeah! She climbed in and we bathed each other. Sarah came in and started using the bathroom. I looked out of the curtain and screamed.
"What the hell are you doing in here?!" I screamed.
"My Toilets voice-activated flush system died!" Sarah said.
"Then why don't you just use the manual-flush!" I screamed.
"Because Y'all have the best toilet paper!" Sarah said making excuses!
"Well hurry up!" I said.
"So y'all had fun last night!" Sarah asked.
"I did" Janene said.
"Will Jon please come to the auditorium!" Scott said over the intercom!
"Sarah close your eyes!" I said climbing out of the bath.
"Jon I'll come too!" Janene said.
I dried off and got dressed. I then headed to the Auditorium. The whole army was waiting for me. I got down on one knee and asked the reason of my summoning!
"You want to rank as Admiral back don't you?" Scott asked.
"Yes Sir!" I said.
"Then you will get your chance!" Scott said.
"How Sir!" I said.
"You will challenge Death to a battle! If you win you'll get your rank back!" Scott said.
"Sir! What if I lose?" I asked.
"You will not lose! Understood!" Scott said firmly.
"Yessir!" I screamed.
"Good! Now we will send a video to Death immediately!" Scott said.
"Return to your room and get some rest! You're gonna need it!" Mike said!
"Yessir!" I said walking off.
I walked off and went to bed. Janene got back on the internet!....................
