The second part of Painful Love

 

“Netalia” Erik whispered then he heard something far but close under him he looked down at the bottom of the cliff and didn't see anything so he walked away. `I remember the other day she broke my heart here with that prince and now she has ruined my soul with her death' then he heard something again a sort of faint cry but he just ignored that and walked into the woods. Erik didn't go to far when he found a small cabin it was made of old tree trunks in the look of that a young child made it Erik walked inside.

“Their Netalia are you happy now. Just when we were happy you went and broke my heart eternally again ARE YOU HAPPY NOW WELL ARE YOU”

“Whoa ya don't have to yell Erik who's Netalia anyway”

“Who... Craig”

“Hell ya I see your back in your old cabin home"

“Yeah I...”

“Who's Netalia”

“My late wife”

“Ooh was she hott”

“Yeah but she was more she was THE ANGEL from Hell”

“WHAT... You were married to her she is, is, is that's like getting married to the Devil”

“Yeah and she burned my heart no not my heart my soul” Erik said dreamily

“How did she um die”

“She jumped off the dark cliff an hour ago”

“WHAT”

“Yeah”

“Does anyone else know yet”

“No”

“Wow the queen will die when she finds out”

“She won't find out unless someone finds the body”

“Well where is it?”

“It was totally taken by piranhas”

“Oh well then she'll probably think of her daughter to have run away or something wont she”

“Yeah pretty much ok well I'm just gonna stay here for a while till I can find another place to live okay”

“Okay well I'll bring you some food tomorrow oh ya let me show you a good bum bathing hole”

“Okay hold on” Erik took off his shirt then followed Craig to the cliff. Oh ya Craig's only 9 or 10 so he's pretty young and he has light brown hair and dark eyes.

“This is the dark cliff I can't bath down there”

“Not there follow me and keep quiet”

“Fine” they went down a trail that led to a cave. In the cave there was the lake of deadly fish and then there was a pond of crystal water in a separate hole of course.

“Wow”

“Yeah I know”

“How did you...”

“What's that” Craig looked over to a small lump on the ground Erik walked over to it and touched it. The small lump started to make small noises Erik went to the other side of it to find a wonderful miracle that he instantly knew was from Netalia before she died. Erik always wondered why she came to the cliff and disappeared all the time he leaned over and picked up the beautiful baby girl.

“What is it Erik”

“It's my daughter”

“What are you shur”

“Yes, I am”

“Wow she's cute” “For a baby”

“Yeah”

“What's her name”

“Huh, oh um... Delilah”

“Cool”

“Yes but for short she'll be called Lie”

“Lie why”

“Because she is the sweet lie of my late wife”

“Ooh ok cool want me to watch her while you bath”

“Yes please and do not lose her”

“Yes sir.” Craig took Delilah and walked back to the log cabin. Erik took off his pants as he got into the cold water and bathed. Craig sat in the cabin with little Lie in his arms.

“Little Delilah I wont ever let anyone hurt you I'll keep you safe as long as your alive”

“Till death shall you part”

“What!” Craig turned to see Erik standing in the doorway.

“Yeah”

“Well then you are officially my daughters guard”

“Okay” Craig said with excitement “I have to go home for now but I'll come back in the morning”

“Okay she'll be here” Craig ran out the door.

 

~~~ 6 years later ~~~

 

“Hello Craig it's Delilah's 6th birthday today and yesterday was your 15th birthday wasn't it”

“Yes sir it was”

“Well then happy birthday”

“Yes and happy birthday to Delilah too”

“Yes, yes happy birthday Delilah”

“He, he happy birthday happy birthday to me” Lie ran around in circles then stopped at Craig, Craig leaned down and gave her a big hug then pulled out a small silver necklace with a heart locket on it

“Craig where did you get that”

“When my mom died she said that I should have it to give to my one and only and Lie here is my one and only my one and only friend”

“Yes that is very kind but you could sell it for food wouldn't you”

“No sir I want to give it to Delilah if it is alright”

“Yeah, yeah please”

“Okay but wait here's is my present too.” Erik pulled out from behind a bush two bags in one pulled out a basket of berries and bread to eat, then in the other he pulled out a small box and gave it to Lie

“What's in it daddy”

“Open it and see”

“Okay” she held her breath and when she opened it she let out a sigh “Ooh it's only a paper”

“No honey it's not a paper it's money for when you're older”

“Wait Erik I thought only coins”

“They have made paper money now with the face of Netalia on it. See honey that's your mommy”

“Really” Lie looked on the paper “No she's not that's an angel”

“Yes she is pretty but she is your mommy”

“Where is she”

“She's in heaven”

“Why”

“I'll tell you when you're older okay”

“Okay” she let out a sigh

“Now go to bed”

“Oh, all right” she went in to the cabin and lay down with the new necklace as Erik and Craig talked outside.

“Craig I know you are old enough to make your own choices but are you shur you don't want to keep that chain”

“Yes I'm shur as shur as ever Delilah is like my sister and I'll do anything for her I will giver her the world”

“As would I but we all need food more then jewels”

“Yes I know but I don't care”

“So you wanna die before she grows up you wanna leave her to die with no food”

“No sir but I have so much food and my father has even more for us I came here today to tell you that the queen...”

“The queen what”

“The queen found from a watch guard how Netalia died and that she died the queen also found a note from the princess by a baby boy who sadly died a week ago. The queen sent my father to tell me to tell you that she knows about the other baby girl and wants you and the daughter to come and live in the palace”

“What”

“Yes I thought it might be a good idea so that way Delilah can live with her grandmother too.”

“It would be nice for her to have some royalty and respect but what about you will you be able to live too in the palace”

“No my place is here but I will try my hardest to visit little Lie when I can”

“Okay we will go then”

“I'll wake her,” Craig said as he walked to the cabin. “Lie Delilah wake up honey your going home”

“I am home”

“No you're going to your mommy's home”

“Will I see my mommy”

“No but you must get up before the night darkens with fury that their angel must leave them”

“Are you coming”

“No”

“Then I'm not going I want to stay here with you and daddy”

“Daddy will go with you but I must stay”

“NO I WANNA STAY WITH YOU TOO.” Delilah screamed so loud that birds from all around flew away with fear in their beating hearts

“What's going on in here come on Delilah”

“No”

“Lie come on now”

“No”

“Lie”

“NO”

“NOW” Lie ran into Craig's arms in fear as Erik yelled for her to come

“Go Delilah please I'll come to visit you when ever I can”

“Okay” she said with her head down, Lie walked over to her dad who picked her up and Craig watched as they walked to the palace.

“Where is that little girl”

“Hey I'm not that little grand mamma”

“Oh yes that's right today you are 10 years of age happy birthday Delilah”

“Its Lie remember”

“Oh that sounds like a rude name for a girl”

“Mam remember she's my wife's little lie”

“Oh yes I remember” the queen put her head down then Lie ran over to her and gave her a big hug

“Come on Grand mamma you owe me a present”

“Oh yes of course" the queen was in her 90's now and Lie had turned 10 that day.

“Be careful with your grandmother Lie”

“I will be” Lie said gleefully. Erik went to the grand doors right when the bells rang.

“Presenting Queen Ala and Princess Lina of South Wind” Erik opened the doors as the Queen and princess walked in. Queen Ala had long gray hair and a long silver gown on Princess Lina had knee length dark green hair and long thin light green dress on with a shell necklace and green gloves.

“Welcome From the Song Kingdom to the South Wind”

“Thank you Sir and who might you be?”

“I am Erik the husband of the descended princess Netalia”

“Oh well hello you must be the sunned son”

“Excuse me”

“Oh never mind you must not know yet”

“Know of what”

“Where is the Queen”

“She will be here soon. Please come sit down” both the queen and princess sat down on the grand thrones.

“Who was that man outside with ragged clothes?” the princess asked with question

“He is a very close friend of my daughters”

“Oh”

“Ah here is the queen”

“Hello” the queen said as she bowed to the other queen

“Where is Delilah”

“She is outside with some man I tried to stop him but...”

“No he's her friend”

“Oh my word” Erik went outside to Lie as the other women talked.

“Mother and Queen may I be excused to leave for the garden”

“Why yes my dear go ahead” princess Lina followed Erik outside

“So is that man a slave for your daughter?” she asked Erik hopeful

“No just a close friend now if you don't mind” Erik walked to Craig and Lie as Lina made a grossed face.

“Daddy look, look Craig finally came”

“Yes I finally got through”

“Well then hello Craig” both shook hands “Craig your how old now”

“I'm 19 Sir and isn't Lie 10 now”

“Yes I am I'm almost all grown up”

“Yes you are, oh Craig Lie this is princess Lina of South Wind”

“Hello Princess”

“Hi Lina”

“Now Lie you must address her as princess”

“Oh no she doesn't, hello Delilah'

“Hi”

“Hello young man”

“Hello mam” Craig bowed to her. Lina walked closer to the group and as she did Craig looked at her with starry eyes as he saw her real beauty come into the light of the sun. Lina's long hair glistened in the light, and sparkled pollen arrayed around her. Right then Craig knew he was in love with her.

“So Craig you are 19 on the day that Delilah is 10”

“No I was 19 yesterday a day before little Lie”

“Oh you call her a Lie”

“Yes I nick-named her Lie because she was Netalia's secret lie” said Erik

“Oh how cute” Lina gave one of those smile's that you can tell they don't like something you know.

“Princess may I talk to you over here”

“Yes of course Erik” Erik and Lina walked over to the wall and around a corner.

“If you do not like it out here why did you follow me”

“Because I was waiting for this” Lina pulled Erik close to her and kissed him passionately and desperately.

“What...”

“I really like you Erik and that is why we have come both my mother and the queen are planning for us to marry so you will have a wife and Delilah will have a real mother instead of a peasant”

“Oh but I don't need a wife”

“Yes you do let's go to your courtiers and I will give you much pleasure”

“No thanks I think you're the one that need's a husband but it will not be me”

“WHAT NO ONE SAY'S NO TO ME”

“I didn't say no I just said I didn't need or want a wife”

“Jerk” Lina slapped Erik and walked back into the palace. Seconds after both queen and princess rode back home leaving the queen confused.

"What did you do to Lina”

“Nothing I...”

“You refused her luxury and now who's gonna be Delilah's mother”

“Nobody she's fine without a mother and plus you have no right to try and court me with other women”

“I have every right you are my son now and I will do what ever I want”

“NO”

“(Gasp) what did you say”

“No I will not be a piece in your game and neither will Delilah”

“Oh you, you Ahh” the queen walked inside leaving a frustrated yell.

 

~~~ 4 years later ~~~

“Dad”

“Yes Lie”

“How come Craig hasn't come to visit for a long time”

“I don't know he might be busy with his farm and his father needs care cause he's old”

“Oh okay well I'm going for a dip in he crystal pond”

“Okay make sure you stay in the pond and only the pond'

“Ya I know what's in the river I'm not stupid”

“No I know you aren't your 14 years of age since 2 day's ago”

“I know he, he” Lie giggled then ran out of the castle. Since Lie had been growing up her hair was growing longer. Delilah now had waist length blonde hair, her hair youst to be brown but from being in the sun so much it lightened. Delilah usually wore her hair down but today she wore it up in one of those princess bun styles if you know what I mean. Delilah wore a short white dress that had blue line ribbons framing it. Lie ran to the pond and let down her hair it had been 4 years since they had seen Craig and 3 years since her grand mamma died. Lie removed her dress and under garment's as she settled in the water. As she lay with her feet in the water and her hair covering her, a man walked down to the pond to bath. He had really dirty hair so you could not tell the color but his eyes were a dark color almost with a shade of blue, he had a not yet grown beard and was tall with a nice pack. His clothes or now shorts were ripped almost to shreds and he looked very tired.

“Who are you?” he asked angry

“(Gasp) who are you?”

“That is none of your business now leave”

“NO”

“How dare you this is my pond and you are just a young girl aren't you afraid I would KILL you”

“No” Lie hopped into the water and washed her arms or acted like she was, her hair floated on the top and still wrapped lightly around her body.

“Who are you I have never seen you in the market before”

“Duh my father sends servants there he would never let me go”

“Oh why not and how can you have servants if you have to bath here”

“I like to swim here and I'm not leaving so you can either get in here while I'm in here or leave” Lie said as she dunked under the water. When she came back up the man said.

“I'm not leaving but I am not bathing with you so why don't you just leave before I call some friends to take you and do their bidding with you”

“I'M NOT LEAVING and that's, that” Lie turned around and when she did the man grabbed her arm twisted it behind her and put a knife to her throat.

“You look very young and I don't want to hurt you but...”

“Then don't and I'm 14 how old are you”

“I'm 23 years of age”

“Okay well you seem old enough to know that if my father doesn't find me home by dark he will send guards here to find me”

“Well then who is your father”

“King Erik”

“WHAT” the man stumbled back.

“Yes and I am Princess Delilah” she turned with a slight smirk on her face

“Little Lie”

“What how do you... Craig?”

“Yeah I'm so sorry I didn't recognize you” he bowed on the ground as Lie got out of the pond, her wet hair covered her body which was pretty grown for 14.

“It's okay Craig I knew you would have never hurt me you wouldn't hurt a fly would you” she kneeled down in front of him and hugged him. Craig subconsciously hugged her more suddenly he felt her breasts against him and realized.

“Oh my god you have grown so much”

“Oh yeah” Lie blushed cause she forgot about pushing her body against his.

“You should take a bath at the palace you look so dirty and your hair is just awful”

“You're so kind but I can't”

“Why not the queen has been dead for 3 years and you and my dad are the best of friends”

“I'll bath here you should go home"

“Okay again no not until you come with me”

“I...” Lie looked at him so seriously “Okay” he let out a sigh of defeat

“Okay hold on” Craig turned around as Lie put her dress back on and dried and fixed her hair.

“Okay come on” He followed her as she walked him to the palace though eh knew where it was.

“Dad look who finally came for another visit”

“Oh hello Craig” Erik came out of his room.

“Hello Erik you sure haven't aged” Craig bowed

“Much”

“Excuse me”

“I haven't aged much but I have look at this gray hair and wrinkles like crazy”

“He, he dad come on now I'll show Craig the bathing hole upstairs”

“Okay oh remember Betty the handmaid made some blankets to dry with”

“Okay” Lie bowed then pulled Craig upstairs. Craig blushed from the warmth from Lie's hand then he quickly shook his head and thought `she's 14 and I'm 23 she's way to young but she has been growing into a quiet beautiful swan'

“Okay I'll have a maid come fill it with warm water and put some soap in, here's some berry smash that cleans hair and you use it for your body too okay”

“Okay”

“What happened to your brown hair”

“This dirt is covering it”

“Oh your filthy”

“Yeah I know”

“He, he” Lie walked out `He's really cute Duh he's always been cute man but he'd never love me he probably thinks I'm ugly and too young for him' Lie thought as she called for warm water. In the bathroom Craig took off his ripped pants which were now shorts and got into the warm water and washed. Erik sent a servant to invite Craig to dinner and give him proper clothes. In her room Delilah put on a blue dress that flowed past her feet and a couple inches long on the ground, her hair was down except for 2 thick strands on each side which were in loose locks in hair bracelet's. Craig received a long white jacket and black pants with a white shirt and black shoes, maids brushed his hair in the back motion but he just put it back forward again.

“Delilah mam someone is here for you”

“Okay” `Huh maybe it's Craig I wonder what he's wearing' she opened the door to find a young man about her age with black hair in a black suit.

“Hello Princess Delilah I am Prince Dylan of the West Wing's”

“Oh hello Prince why”

“Your father sent for my family to come for a ball tomorrow night but wanted us tonight as well”

“Oh well excuse me I need to find someone” Lie went to find her father and ask about the ball. “Dad”

“Yes Lie”

“Why are the West Wing's here”

“Because I asked them to come”

“Why”

“Because they have a son who is 15 and you're 14”

“Dad no"

“Yes please it's for your mother and grandmother they would have wanted you to find someone”

“But I have someone already”

“Oh who”

“I can't tell you yet I don't know if he feel's the same way about me”

“Just give Dylan a small chance”

“Fine” they went down to the dining area where Dylan and his family were seated and Craig awaited them to come down. Craig bowed and smiled at Lie as she made sickening faces to where Dylan couldn't see.

“Delilah can I talk to you over here”

“Okay Craig”

“If you don't like him why is he here”

“Cause my dad asked them to come for tomorrow's ball can you stay for that too”

“Okay but why don't you like him”

“He's cute and all but I like someone else”

“Oh who”

“That's for me to know and you to find out soon” and Lie gave Craig a small push

“What” Lie laughed as she swished her hair in Craig's face and they all sat and ate dinner with Craig and Lie laughing together all night.

“Wow Erik that was the best food I have ever tasted”

“Isn't it the only food” everyone laughed except for Dylan, actually he just watched Delilah and how she hung onto Craig.

“Delilah how about you and the prince go for a walk in the garden” said Erik

“What okay”

“Yes that should be fun for the kids to finally talk” Lie and Dylan walked out as the adults kept talking about the ball plans now.

“So Dylan what does your garden look like”

“Oh it's just roses and stuff nothing special”

“Oh what's the ground like”

“Pretty much the same”

“Oh um...” Dylan put his hand around Delilah's waist and pulled her closer.

“I do have one favorite thing though”

“Really w…” Dylan pulled her even closer and kissed her passionately and smiled when she moaned into his mouth. His smile grew bigger as he felt her breast push against him and her warm body pulled up. Delilah broke the kiss for air.

“That was...”

“So I guess you liked it”

“Um...” Lie blushed

“So Delilah was it better then that 23 year olds kisses”

“What I have never kissed him”

“You wish you have don't you” Lie stared at the ground really embarrassed “We should go back in”

“Wait” Dylan pulled her close again and they started to really kiss and Lie actually kissed back.

“Hey kids I see you have met very well”

“Huh oh hi Craig” Lie blushed when he came out

“It's a very nice night isn't it”

“Ya so what's up”

“Your dad said you need to bath and sleep for tomorrow”

“Oh okay bye Dylan” “Night Craig” she looked at both of them and walked inside

“You're a bit old for her don't you think so”

“Excuse me”

“It's pretty clear you like her I mean she likes you”

“I'm 23 she's 14 she's like my sister I'm like her brother”

“Oh ya right I saw how you two clung together it's out in the open now and even the king knows of your little crush”

“I'm sorry but the king is the one that asked me to be her guard when she was born and I guard her to the highest peak and I will always protect her”

“Can you protect her from you”

“What”

“Oh don't deny it you like her and she likes you but now she's mine and in the future she WILL be my wife”

“Okay and I'm happy for you two but I have to get to bed now” Craig said as he walked back inside disturbed that a 15 year old knew something that nobody should know. As a maid showed Craig his room he felt as if they weren't alone Craig looked in the corner and saw Lie hiding.

“Miss can you leave now I'm going to bed”

“Yes sir.” Craig locked the door behind the maid then walked over to where Delilah was hiding

“I wish Delilah was here so I could.” Craig started to tickle Delilah and she popped out giggling

“Fine, fine I give up!” she said still giggling

“Why are you in here” he said a bit seriously

“I wanted to talk to you”

“Oh about what”

“Oh never mind now”

“Oh come on you wanted to tell me now talk or another tickle spree will be won by the fair princess Lie”

“I can't remember now”

“Okay then” Craig started to tickle her again till there was a knock on the door. “Who is it?”

“It's Erik I wanna join in on the fun”

“Oh no it's your dad hide” Craig said jokingly

“Come in dad” Lie said opening the door. Erik came in and they all stayed up late talking and laughing.

“Okay now we have to sleep,” Erik said yawning and practically asleep

“I don't wanna sleep” Lie said yawning

“Come on Lie I'll tuck you in” Craig said picking her up. “You know for a 14 year old princess you aren't light”

“Oh shut up!” Lie said getting down onto her bed

“Okay good night”

“Good night Craig” she said as she fell into a deep sleep. Craig walked out of her room and went into the grand dining room to get a snack.

“Hello Craig” Came, a dark voice

“What... Oh Dylan”

“It's Prince Dylan”

“Oh yes sorry”

“Why are you still here?” Dylan said irritated

“Lie wanted me to stay for tomorrow so I will”

“Why don't you leave her alone”

“You know what your starting to really bug me I don't care if you're a Prince I'm gonna kick your ass or I wish I could”

“What to weak to take me on”

“No it's just Lie like's you so I don't wanna hurt you cause that may hurt Delilah”

“Ha, ha, ha oh really I think your just to weak to even hurt a fly”

“Boy I AM NOT WEAK I'm just to kind to hurt a fly”

“Really I just think you are a pathetic slave that they don't even pay”

“Oh that's fucking it” Craig lifted Dylan off his feet and pinned him to the wall “You wanna say that a grown man is too weak to hurt you then you are sadly mistaken cause I can do more damage to you then the guards can. Remember there are knives in here and we are all alone”

“Not necessarily” Dylan said then snapped his fingers. West wing's guards came hopping in from all corners and they dragged Craig outside and beat him to his last inch of life. In the morning Dylan went into Delilah's room to wake her but found her crying on her bed.

“Delilah what wrong's you”

“Craig was almost killed last night”

“Oh he's just a servant”

“NO HE'S NOT... He's like my best friend in the whole world I would kill myself if he died”

“Well he's not dead and neither am I” Dylan sat by Lie and kissed her she didn't kiss back though. Dylan didn't take no for an answer so he laid Lie on her back and kissed her more passionately but she still didn't return the favor. Finally Dylan locked the door got on top of Lie and started to take off her gown but she just got up and said.

“No”

“What why not it won't hurt”

“I don't care I am not ready and I...” She trailed off and looked outside

“What come on finish”

“I'm not sure if you are the one I should be with”

“WHAT”

“I'm sorry but I must ready for the ball” Lie opened the door and Dylan walked out angrily. Lie ordered for water and put bubbles in it while the bubbles were being stirred she took off her nightgown and got in soaking up the scent's of roses. `I don't understand he's cute and sorta nice but no I can't I just he's not the one' she thought then washed up for the ball.

 

4 years later

 

"Delilah"

"Ya I'm over here Dylan"

"Hey what are you doing tomorrow's our wedding day"

"I know that I'm not married yet so I can do what I want I am the princess of this land!" Delilah said playfully

"Yes I know that but you are 18 you shouldn't be fooling around with stupid things like this ball" Dylan said snatching the ball from Lie

"Hey what's your problem I can do what I want when ever I want"

"Not without me you can't" Dylan said with a smirk then started to bounce the ball around Lie both of them laughing. Up in the castle Craig stood at the window watching the two play, he was heart broke but happy for Lie. 'I'm 27 she is like my little sister so I love her like that but why, why do I have these other feelings I can't stand this for 18 long years I watched her grow and now she is a grown adult but I cannot have her. God her long blonde hair, petite body, and beautiful everything else no' Craig shook all thoughts from his head when he saw Dylan look up at him with an evil glare. Erik had remarried 2 years ago to Lina's sister Sara. They now walked towards Craig smiling.

"King Erik"

"Craig" Erik said both bowing

"Queen Sara"

"Erik" she said in a soft elegant voice. Sara had orange red hair that flowed to her ankles and soft light tan skin. She was about 5ft and a perfect waist.

"Craig we" Erik bumped her softly "I have been monitoring how lonely you look and I want you to meet my daughter Coco" a young blonde walked forward she too had ankle length hair. She wore a yellow knee length dress and yellow boots. She had eyebrow length bangs and orange eyes. She was very skinny and had long legs that showed in a sexy way to Craig.

"Hello mam" Craig kissed her hand. "But mam I am but a servant"

"Yes I know but here and now you are also part of the family even though I have been for only 2 years I can tell how close you are to Delilah and Erik"

"Yes mam but I cannot"

"Why not you can't say that my daughter is not good enough for you"

"No she is better than good but I have no heart to give to her since mine has already been stolen by someone else”

“Oh I see well I wish happiness to the both of you”

“Thank you mam”

"Thank you sir" Craig bowed then walked outside to the old log cabin in the woods. He wanted to cry so badly but then he heard a knock.

"Who is it" they opened the door

"Hey Craig"

"Lie you shouldn't be here"

"Hey this is my home too I spent a couple years here"

"Yeah those were some fun days"

"Ya are you okay though you walked really fast here"

"Yes I'm fine"

"I saw the look Dylan gave you and the look you gave me"

"What look"

"Craig I'm not as young as you think I am"

"You're 18"

"No when my dad found me I was already 2 so actually I'm 20"

"Yes and so you see I'm not a little girl anymore"

"Yes I suppose you are right princess"

"Ha, ha don't call me princess just Lie you know that" she walked closer to Craig and sat down "Craig I saw the look's you have been giving me all these years"

"What do you mean?" he said startled as she moved so close he could feel the heat of her body.

"I mean I know how you feel about me" she looked at him seductively

"I'm sorry princess but I look at you as my sister and you are getting married tomorrow"

"So" she said in a pouting position

"So you are going to be a queen soon. And you love him don't you"

"Yes but"

"But he loves you too and wants to marry you aren't you happy"

"Yes I just"

"You should get some rest for tomorrow" Craig kissed Lie's forehead

"Okay" she hugged him then went over to the door

"Night 18 year old"

"What how did you"

"I'm not that dumb either"

"He, he" she ran out giggling but she didn't go home Delilah ran to the crystal pond and took her clothes off. As she got in she heard something close by. She looked around and saw nothing, assuming it was just a rodent she went under water to wet her hair. As she got above she looked over near the other water hole to see a woman in the water.

"Oh miss get out of that water dangerous creatures are in there" the lady kept bathing "Mam please get out" Lie pleaded. The lady looked at her; she had scales on her face only some and some on her arms.

"These creatures are not a danger to me"

"They kill all"

"No not me" the lady bent over and picked one of the things up and threw it into the water were Lie swam

"Oh no!" Lie screamed alarmed but the fish didn't harm her. "Why isn't it killing me"

"Because you are like me"

"What do you mean" Lie looked over to the woman who was now gone as was the killer fish in her water and usually she would want to go home but suddenly she heard something coming into the cave so she hid underwater. In walked Craig he wore only ripped shorts reveling his muscles.

"Craig!"

"Oh my god Lie what are you doing here it's night time!"

"What are you doing here!"

"I come here to swim"

"I think you're here for her"

"Who?"

"The fish lady"

"Oh her no she really doesn't like me much for..." he traveled off and looked over to the rock where he first held Delilah.

"What please tell me"

"She hates me and your father for taking you away from her"

"Why"

"Because she was supposed to watch you when your mother was away and when your mother died she left the women to take care of you and never let anyone take you but then we found you"

"Ooh, oh" Lie said intrigued then sad when she remembered her mother.

"You should go home"

"It's a wonder why the fish didn't hurt me"

"What"

"She threw a fish in here and it didn't harm me"

"Oh wow that's odd"

"Maybe it's because she cares for me"

"Maybe but you need to go home"

"NO!"

"Lie you must go home"

"My name is Princess Delilah daughter of Princess Netalia"

"That's what I'm afraid of"

"What why what do you mean"

"Lie men are coming and they really don't care who you are all they will know is that you're a female and that's all they need to know"

"They haven't oh never mind I need to get you out of here come on get dressed and run home"

"Ok, okay" Lie hurried to get dressed then ran out of the cave.

"Oh thank god she got out before they"

"Ahh!" he heard Lie's scared scream

"Delilah"

"Hey Craig look what we found out side running all alone" he heard a strong voice say as five men came walking in with Lie struggling to get out of their grasps.

"Koi put her down"

"Why oh come on don't you wanna have some fun with us I mean your old enough now"

"Yes I know but do you know who she is" the men looked down at the young maiden her slender body that was wet a seeping through her dress. Her long golden hair, bright eyes, and beautiful face like an angel she was.

"No I do not know this small angel"

"She is Princess Delilah daughter of Princess Netalia and King Erik of Song town."

"What! You mean to tell me that this is a princess ha, ha, ha you must be joking she is beautiful but she is out alone in ragged clothes"

"Because she swims here and what princess would want to ruin good clothes"

"Sorry Craig but if you don't wanna join in then you can leave"

"Please you guy's"

"If she is indeed the princess then why don't you get the guards and king on us"

"I can take you myself"

"All of us" the men stood up to tower over Craig

"No but I can fight one of you at a time"

"Ha, ha, ha" all the men cracked up laughing

"Look Craig either leave or help"

"Then I will get the guards"

"Go ahead" Craig went to run out of the cave when... All went black as he was knocked out. He woke up seconds after the men started to walk over by a rock and set Delilah down.

"LET GO OF ME YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES"

"Whoa such a foul mouth how old are you 10"

"I'm not even short enough for that I'm 18 now let me the fuck go" Craig got up and hit Koi over the head with a log

"Ow shit you ass now look she's running away Kaywatii go get her and you to Merck"

"Yes sir" Craig and Koi fought while the other two men ran after Lie.

"Got ya"

"Let me go" she struggled out of the first mans grasp and ran closer to her castle when the other man grabbed her arm and threw her backwards towards him.

"Ahh!"

"Shh! It's me Lie"

"Oh Craig" she let out a breath of relief

"Let's go" they ran to the castle doors when Koi and the other men blocked them and stabbed Craig

"CRAIG" Lie let out a piercing scream as the other men smuggled her mouth.

"Craig you were a great helper when you were younger but now I just can't trust you anymore. So little girl you really are the princess yes Mesho here recognizes you so I'll just ransom you" The men took Lie as Craig fell to the ground. A guard who had heard Lie's scream came running around the castle walls to find Craig he immediately brought him into the castle to the King.

"Sir I found him in front of the doors almost dead"

"Thank you"

"Yes no offense but he had a very girlish scream could it have possibly been a maid"

"Maybe but go check on my daughter first"

"Yes sir" the guard ran to Delilah's room.

"Well Craig it seems you have been getting hurt a lot"

"Huh Sir Lie she..." Craig fell asleep when the guard came in.

"My King Delilah is gone"

"What how we must wait till Craig wakes maybe she is wondering around search for her before the vermin's that did this get to her"

"Yes sir" Guards fled the castle in search as maids searched the castle grounds.

"Sir I'm sorry but we cannot find Delilah"

"Where is Delilah, King Erik Craig would know wouldn't he"

"Yes he would but Craig is still asleep I'm sorry Dylan but"

"NO SHE IS NOT DEAD HOW COULD YOU GIVE UP ON HER SHE'S YOUR DAUGHTER"

"Yes I know but she has been gone for a month or more now and we found this" Erik held up her dress.

"So she could be wearing something else now or even"

"Oh no I wont hear of it a princess with no clothes never"

"Then she"

"Dylan you need rest tomorrow we can talk to Craig"

"Yes sir."

In the morning the king and Dylan went into Craig's room to find he was gone as was his clothes and all but one piece of paper that read. "Dear king Erik I have gone to find Delilah for it is my fault she was taken I am sorry and will drop her off at the golden bridge when I find her."

"That bastard took her didn't he" Dylan raged about

"No now settle down he say's he will find her so he will find her"

"How do you know that"

"I know him very well as does Lie he will find her no matter what it takes he cares for he like a daughter"

"Yes sir but may I still venture out looking"

"No now go on and get some food you haven't eaten for decades"

"Yes sir." Dylan went to the kitchen and saw Coco the queen's daughter.

"Hello my prince" she bowed in a soft voice she asked "Would you like something to eat" she smiled kindly at him

"Yes thank you"

"How is the search for Delilah coming if I'm not intruding"

"Oh no you aren't we must stop for the King is letting that servant set out for her alone"

"How dangerous do you think so"

"Huh"

"Do you think it's a good idea"

"Not really but it's not for me to trouble anymore"

"If you want rest then I can bring you your food when it is done"

"Thank you" he went upstairs into his room and put on only pants. Dylan sat on his bed and looked out the window when Coco came in with a tray of food.

"Oh I hope I did not intrude"

"No. Why do you think you are intruding all the time"

"I was brought up that way I guess it comes out even though I know I am a princess now"

"You were not born of royalty"

"No my mother and I were peasants till she married the King Erik of song"

"Oh well then that's very interesting are you a"

"Oh yes of course only till marriage can I do that"

"Oh well then you are a princess rules change don't they now"

"I suppose but only with the true man I love can I do such a course" she replied as Dylan got up and put is hands around her waist.

"Over here"

"What"

"You can put the food over here" he led her to a table and she sat the food down quickly and walked to the door. "What's the rush don't you want to talk I mean you are no servant you are a princess of this castle"

"Yes I know but I am not the true princess"

"You are till Delilah comes back"

"I have to go" Coco turned but was pulled by her wrist over to Dylan. "If you say I am the princess what is stopping me from calling the guards on you"

"Nothing so why don't you huh" he grinned

"I... I have to" he kissed her neck and collarbone as she tried to talk.

"You have to what" he kissed her softly on the lips then started to unbutton her dress. Taking the first outer skirt off he started to remove the 2nd to the last layer.

"I have to go" she said quickly then ran to he door but he stopped her and pulled her to his bed.

"If you have to go and you are the princess call the guards come on call them" he forced

"I can't"

"Why not"

"Because I'm scared"

"Of me"

"Yes" she answered lowly and looked down as a tear fell from her eye

"Why"

"Because I..."

"You love me don't you"

"I don't know you that much"

"Do you love me Coco" he whispered sorta evilly

"No" she whimpered

"Fine then go leave me" he pushed her away and looked back out of the window.

"I am sorry sir" she opened the door then looked at him with sad eyes. "You were not born of royalty either" she whispered to him. Then she walked out closing the door behind her he heard what she said and knew that she was right. He got up and leaned against the window.

 

Craig wondered by some caves and heard argument.

"I think we should say we want all their money"

"No we want women"

"NO, NO, NO we will tell them we want both or we can say that they can have her if they give us all gold then we keep her" all of the men laughed as they plotted their dumb ass scheme. Craig sat behind a bush with two swords he pulled them out and jumped to the opening only to be pulled back by two larger men he had never seen before.

"Let me go"

"Shh!"

"Who are you?" he whispered

"We are here to help you get that girl"

"Yes but who are you"

"Nobody now you can't just jump in there come with us"

"I can't I have to help Delilah"

"Who oh that's her name yes well you must come with us we will get them in there sleep"

"Fine after I get her"

"No now"

"No" then the men knocked him out. Lie who was sitting by the opening saw this and tried to scream but was gagged. Then the other men pulled her in.

"So princess what should we do" they took out the gag

"I think you should let me go and I will bring an army back to kill you"

"Oh that's mean"

"Maybe we should kill her and say se is still alive"

"NO YOU STUPID we will have fun with her then get money and just keep her for our own benefits"

"I can just give you money so you can go buy a girl for each one of you charming guy's" she said getting scared.

"Are you still clean"

"Excuse me that is none of your business"

"Oh men she is clean this will surly be fun to hear her scream" the leader went close to her and she could smell the raw meat in his veins.

"Let me be first" a more shrimpy man came forward.

"NO I will be the first now leave"

"We should fight for who shall be first" another man came up.

"Ya that's a good idea" the leader stood up “Who wants to challenge me"

"I do" a younger man came up she put her knees in front of her body to block all exposure. One man tried to spread her legs but couldn't. Another pulled her ropes off but she then jumped up and tried to run away. She got out of the cave and got about 20ft. Away when a man grabbed her the same one that took Craig.

"Let me go please" she finally started to cry pleading to be let go.

"Shh! I'm here to help you"

"Who are you please take me home"

"Hold on I'll take you to me shelter"

"No I must go home" she started to shiver from having only a thin skirt on. The man took of his shirt and gave it to her exposing his attractive muscles.

"Now come on I have someone you'll know at my home"

"Okay" she tried to get up but was so tiered from the whole month she fell asleep. The man picked her up and ran to his home hiding behind trees from the other men. In the cave the two men were fighting.

"Let's stop and find her before we die for nothing"

"I'm sorry sir but I am here to save her not fuck her"

"WHAT"

"Yes by now she is already miles away being helped home by my partner" the leader got so mad he thrusted to hard at the wall that his sword came back and cut his leg. The other man ran to find his partner.

 

Craig woke up to see a young girl next to him asleep he looked closer to find that it was Lie

"Delilah wake up wake up please" he shook her only to feel a hand on his shoulder "You killed her didn't you"

"No she is only asleep"

"Thank you who ever you are you will get a large reward for this"

"Who is she"

"She is Princess Delilah future wife of Prince Dylan"

"You mean she is the song princess"

"Yes why are you so shocked"

"Because the song princess is cursed"

"No she isn't"

"Yes by the lagoon of piranhas"

"What"

"Who ever touches her will die and she wears my shirt"

"She is not cursed she is only a young girl almost 19"

"I do not care get her out of here now"

"I'll be on my way when you untie me"

"Never you have to stay she must leave" the other man picked her up and walked to the door

"NO I HAVE TO STAY WITH HER LET ME GO"

"No she will be put back into the lagoon"

"Where are we"

"We are next to the lagoon" Craig was shocked to hear this

"How I have never seen anyone near the lake"

"You want proof here" the man picked him up and showed him, they were on a boat on the water the other man held Delilah over the water and let go.

"NO" Craig yelled then jumped in after Delilah. Under the water he saw the fish coming towards him he finally broke the ropes and grabbed Lie he swam as fast as he could to land but was surrounded by the fish. He stopped and they came in closer but right when they were inches, form them the fish swam away. Craig looked around and saw nothing then he saw a larger object coming towards him he started to swim and got to land when a large wave took Delilah back under. He jumped back in and saw something pulling her away he followed it to he cave. Above the water he saw a lady with Delilah he got out when he felt the fish come closer.

"Who are you" the lady looked at him then disappeared into a puddle leaving Delilah covered in only grass and nothing else.

"Delilah are you okay" she turned around and screamed "Lie, lie it's me it's okay it's me Craig"

"Oh Craig thank god" she wrapped her arms around him and started to cry

"It's okay"

"She was talking to me"

"Who that lady"

"Ya she told me you were going to die you and my dad and Dylan"

"I'm not going to lie your dad could die of old age soon but I'm not going to and neither is Dylan"

"I don't want anyone to die" she held onto him tighter.

"Come on you have a wedding to finish"

"I don't want to marry him"

"What why not"

"Because I love someone else"

"Oh who"

"I can't tell you not yet"

"Why not"

"Because he doesn't know yet either so it wouldn't be fair"

"Okay then but what are you going to tell Dylan"

"That I don't love him and I was only going to marry him to make the other guy jealous"

"Why"

"Cause if he loved me then he would tell me"

"Not if he truly loved you and wanted you to be happy"

"He should have known I would never be truly happy without him" she smiled and then noticed what she was wearing.

"Well I promised your father I would drop you off at the golden bridge and I must keep that promise"

"Why don't you come back to the castle with me"

"Because it was my fault all of this happened so I must leave"

"No please don't leave me"

"I have to princess"

"No I wanna stay with you"

"What about your father and Dylan"

"My father will die soon and I do not love Dylan"

"Yes you do and you must marry him to live"

"No"

"Please do this for me"

"If you truly love me then you will want me to be happy"

"I do want you to be happy you are like my own daughter"

"Your daughter that's all"

"Yes and I want you to be happy"

"Well fine then I'm only like a daughter to you so I will go" she whispered

"What"

"Yes I'll go" both of their faces dropped in sadness.

"Well we need to put something different on you then"

"Ya but I don't have anything else"

"Here you can wear my shirt and pants"

"What are you going to wear"

"My torn shorts that I brought with me"

"Oh okay then" Craig took off his shirt and gave it to Lie he turned around and walked behind a rock and gave her his pants. Then he put on his shorts. (If you are wondering why she didn't wear his shorts then think a month no shaving with a knife can turn out bad).

"Okay I'm done," they both said at the same time. Craig turned around and looked at Delilah who never put on the clothes instead she got into the water to bath.

"You should wash up too"

"I will after I drop you off"

"No get in now and that is an order there is enough water for both of us"

"I can't"

"I'm not going to bite"

"No but they will" he pointed to the fish in the water. "Please get into the other pond before they hurt you" he ran to her

"It's okay they wont hurt me"

"What"

"I told you before now get in" she pulled him in. he turned away from her right away before he saw he body.

"Why don't you look at me"

"Because I"

"I'm not going to hurt you now turn around I'm almost all under water anyway" he turned around and she swam closer to him but he went back. "Are you scared of me or something"

"No it's just you are like a daughter so"

"Oh I see fine whatever" she swam away from him and he could feel the fish tug at his pants so he went closer to her and they went away.

"Oh now you wanna come close"

"The fish" he looked scared and she saw his face become a boyish look.

"It's okay they won't hurt you when you are by me" she went closer to him and pushed herself to him

"Uh I..."

"You shiver what are you still a... Oh my god Craig you are still clean" she laughed and he blushed in embarrassment.

"No"

"Yes you are"

"Ya I mean"

"You spent all your time taking care of me. And you did that so well so let me take care of you" she wrapped her arms around him.

"Lie I told you"

"I love you, you not Dylan I have always loved you and no one else"

"Yes I know I love you too"

"Yeah as you fucking daughter I mean didn't you ever know how I felt"

"Yes I did and I felt the same way I still do but I can't"

"If you want me to be happy and you love me the same way I with you then why not"

"Because you are so young"

"By 7 years and that mean's nothing to me" a tear dropped from her eye.

"I'm sorry" Craig hugged her but she held his face and kissed him and instead of stopping her he let her through and kissed back lovingly. They stopped and went to the cave. Craig put her out of the water and laid her behind the rock.

"Why did you say sorry if you are with me now"

"I was saying sorry to your father and Dylan"

"Craig I love you so much"

"I love you too" he leaned down and kissed her she pulled him down to her and went to take off his shorts when they heard rustling outside.

"Huh who is it"

"I must be Dylan and guards"

"Please I want you not him"

"You have to go home I'll come for you another time"

"Craig" she whispered as he gave her the clothes. He then went out a hidden way when she was dressed. Dylan came in to find her

"Delilah your alive"

"Craig" she whispered again as Dylan picked her up and brought her home. One month later Dylan asked Lie to marry him and she said wait. Another 4 months pass and she tells Dylan she will marry him the next day. She thinks to herself 'he made me wait so long. If Craig truly loved me he would have come back his boyish face is gone from my mind now' she started to cry softly. The sun went down revealing the full moon. She walked in the garden path when she saw.

"Craig your back"

"Yes but I cannot stay"

"What why not please I waited so long for you"

"Your getting married why should I stay"

"I was waiting my father died and all I had left was Dylan I needed help and you didn't come back" she ran into his arms but he didn't hold her. She couldn't feel any emotion from him. He pushed her away and started to walk on with a broken heart when Delilah pushed him down. They looked up and saw an arrow fly by. They got up and saw Dylan.

"Stay away from her Craig she is mine"

"Dylan please don't hurt him"

"Lie go inside" Dylan let another arrow go and Lie went in front of Craig when a fish appeared in the way of the arrow stopping it then the fish died. Lie pulled Craig to the cave and Dylan followed confused why she was doing this.

"Delilah stop" Craig said pulling from her hand

"Craig please I love you"

"I love you but you have to stay with him now"

"No I want to stay with you Craig" her face looked like a little girl's face now.

"Lie please just leave"

"No Craig why are you doing this"

"Because I have to go"

"Craig no" she held him but he pushed her away and she fell to the ground.

"Lie I'm so sorry I didn't mean to hurt you" he leaned next to her with the saddest face she had ever seen.

"Craig I..."

"Lie please I'm sorry"

"I know you are but I'm so confused why"

"I love you I do and I always will but you are soon to be a wife" the opening to the cave was gone now only leaving a wall of stone. Dylan stopped and searched for the opening.

"If you love me then stay please"

"I can't"

"Why not" she pleaded

"I don't know I just can't" he answered sadly. Lie leaned over and kissed him and they kissed but this time not so lovingly.

"You don't love me as much as you youst to"

"I love you more"

"No you don't and if you cannot love me as I you then I guess you should go" the stone wall started to disappear slowly.

"I do love you Lie. I love you more than anything else in the world I would give my life for you"

"Prove it" she said seductively. Craig pushed her down and kissed her harder than ever. She moaned into his mouth as he started to run his hands over her stomach. The wall began to cover again. Lie removed Craig's shirt as he removed hers as well. She lifted her leg between his legs and smiled. They broke for air.

"Craig I love you too"

"I know" they both smiled and Craig took off the last part of her clothing as did Lie to Craig. From here I gotta stop but yeah you know what they did and they both liked it but I think Craig liked it the most. In the morning the wall was gone and the two walked out to find Dylan asleep he looked up with a tear stained face.

"Delilah I give up tomorrow I will leave"

"I'm sorry Dylan for all of this"

"No I am truly sorry for this" he lifted his bow and let loose three arrows at her one went in her chest one in her stomach and one on her left thigh. The force of them pushed her to a tree and she fell spreading blood every where. Dylan died and revealed a large wound on his back. (Unknown to where it was from).

"Delilah" he whispered before he died

"DELILAH!" Craig screamed her name as she was pulled back. He ran to her and picked her up. He carried her into the cave and a wall reappeared there again.

"Delilah come on don't die you'll be okay come on be strong please I love you" he panicked she started to breath again she tried to sit up but failed and hit her head against the wall.

"Craig please don't leave me"

"I won't I'll never leave your side I love you"

"I love you too"

"Lie you aren't gonna die you can't"

"I wasn't ready for him to shoot me but I... I guess it's time I love you too Craig"

"Lie come on just rest we've come this far, waited this long not now not when we could finally be one!" blood started to travel down to the water. He looked down at Delilah who was now dead. His tear stained face was red from wiping so much salt from his eye's the burning in his heart would never forgive him.

"DELILAH!" he yelled franticly while the lady who had been seen by only 3 people came out of the water and now held her hand out. Delilah's spirit walked out of Delilah's body. She was all blue almost looked like water. Her hair was down touching the ground and she looked beautiful just like her mother once did long ago.

"Delilah"

"No" the woman answered

"Who are you"

"She is not Delilah anymore just like I am Netalia no more"

"Why NO GIVE HER BACK TO ME" Craig went to grab Delilah but went straight through her and Netalia.

"You took her from me now your soul will die as I take her from you"

"Why I love her we are supposed to be together" he looked down and whispered almost. "We are one we are together always"

"Wait for me" Craig looked at Lie's body and saw her mover her lips once more and say those last three words.

"I WILL I'LL WAIT FOR YOU DELILAH I LOVE YOU!" he yelled as both women disappeared. Later Craig picked up her body and walked to the water.

"I will wait for you always Delilah WE WILL ALWAYS BE ONE I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU AND WAIT FOR YOU TILL THE DAY WE CAN DIE TOGETHER!" He had been trapped in there for a week now with no food and only a short supply of good water and his loved one's dead body. He kissed her softly then put her in the water as he watched the fish take her under he saw the bones of a puppy and the water turn, red. He leaned over to the other side and threw up. A month passed by as the wall was now gone he disappeared but not alive and to this day kids bath in the crystal water and hear the last screams of Craig and Delilah. Any woman that comes into the cave will always be taken under water and will see the spirit of both Delilah Princess of Song, and Craig her true love. Even though that amazes many scared people, the one thing that calms them and fills the land with joy is when they hear. "I love you Delilah. I love you Craig. We are one and have finally waited and die together".
